If I could give zero I would. The most rude service Ive ever experienced. I will never return. They should be ashamed

In house warranty and personable service. Big box stores cannot compete with the quality, selection and service!

We didn’t find what we needed but the service was still good. I will come back for other stuff here. They have lots of different options.

I would like to, just for once, come across a company where excellent customer service and quality of service are just a given. I had a power washer repaired and an attempt at a weed trimmer repair. I ended up taking the power washer to the manufacturer who said it was not worth repairing - Pacific Lawn Mower said the power washer was fixed...NOT. The weed trimmer repair was going to be $179 - yet the purchase price of the same trimmer is $139 - a good company would have recommended a new trimmer.

After pulling and getting flustered trying to start my mower I said to myself, self, you said your going to change the: oil, spark plug, change the air filter, sharpen the blade, clean the carburetor...and then go back to mowing the yard. If I take it in to have it done it will take at least a week. Then blow another week end. I took it in to Pacific Lawn Mower and the NEXT day it was done! They did a grate job.Thanks. I still have to mow the yard but I save a week end.

I brought in my tanaka weed trimmer that had a broken gas line nipple coming from the carburetor. Pacific Lawnmower did the repairs and got it covered under warranty. 0 cost repair and I was so impressed with the service and warranty work, I bought another one. These guys are awesome and I appreciate the great customer service.

They serviced a plate compactor and a motorized wheelbarrow for me. They did a great job with both and the compactor runs like it is new.

Had our backpack blowers serviced there recently that ended up costing $200 for one to be fixed which was just a pull string replacement and a quote of $180 to get the other ones carb replaced. Which we also had to wait for over a week to pick up. Told them when I brought them in what exactly was wrong with them, they decided to charge me an additional $40 for diagnosis and looking up parts diagrams.They never contacted me to let me know what I would be agreeing to. They also never called to tell me when it was ready to be picked up. Then after the grievance about the bill they stuck their noses up at me. I will never go back there and I strongly urge you to stay clear of this shop.I can recommend a much better place, way more reasonable in price, service and turn around time. In fact they are just down the street SAN DIEGO SMALL ENGINE REPAIR.

Total ripoff they sold me a chainsaw for more then what their competitors sell it for same saw and model with a bar and chain, wish they did not give me. Went back to them and the owner would not do anything about it “not a nice guy” I had bought 4 to 6 saws before from them that is why I trusted them.
