Martha provided excellent customer service. She went beyond my expectations. From the moment my husband and I arrived she made us feel as we were the only customers. Because of her wonderful customer service we ended up buying more than one item.
Went here visiting from out of town. Was interested in buying a belt, the representative had the worst customer service. We had the belt in our hand but decided not to purchase it just by the experience she gave us (None). Please send her back to 101 customer service training. She lost the company a sale and could had been multiple items. Seems like she was making assumptions and too worried what was going on around her then her potential customers. Decided to go to Gucci and purchased two belts there. She should probably take a visit there and learn a few best practices.
This LV is by far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had at any designer boutique. The store manager Helen was one of the most disrespectful salespeople Ive ever encountered. Incredibly disappointing to be treated this way by a brand representative. Go to the full store instead, or pick another designer. Wont be getting my business anymore.
Shockingly poor customer service. The sales attendant did not know what she had in stock and wouldnt bother to find out! One wonders what luxury actually means in terms of experience.
Worst customer service experience. Never mind the brand, and money spent. Period. Client services was just as bad, if not worse. Hours on the phone, hang ups, non returned calls, no receipts emailed, no tracking. Credit card charges without confirmation. Beyond disappointed in the LV brand and lack of customer care!
Liked the feel of the store. A little disappointed on the service. I couldnt find a sale associate to help me right away. I had to ask. Once the manager sent a sales associate she was very helpful.
Professional staff works hard to ensure top of the line service representative of the brands reputation. If merchandise is not available at this location, they work swiftly to secure desired items.
Went in last night for a new pair of shoes and had Lauren Acker help me. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had in a store. She went beyond the call of duty to even help me find a pair that was in Vegas and get them brought into San Diego. Keep up the great work
Superb knowledge of their products. They know their consumers well. Customer service is always on point. I have never had bad service at ANY LV store. I will return for more : )
I go here to buy purses or handbags for my wife on special occasions, she likes them so its OK I dont really have a big opinion about the place
Failed by the system. Employees were nice enough but waiting for 2hrs to process a gift card payment is unacceptable!
