My wife and I happened by Rumeur and decided to look around the store. The owner, Tricia, helped us and provided possibly the best customer service weve ever experienced anywhere! She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and did a wonderful job of sharing the exquisite merchandise in her store. Her sense of humor was delightful and she made us feel very comfortable and appreciated. Tricia is now our favorite small business owner and we look forward to visiting her store again soon. After five years of trying to find a comfortable, well-fitting bra (post mastectomy) I am happy to report the ladies of Rumeur fit me into one yesterday. Not going to lie, it’s still taking a minute to get used to but I’ve spent the last several years in bralette type bras with little to no support.If you’ve been in my shoes take the time to visit and share your concerns. Tricia will help you sort out what can work for you. So worth the time and investment for me.

I didnt realize this little gem was here and found it by accident!I am extremely hard to fit and Im very particular about the cut and style of my bras. I went in for a fitting and met the owner, Tricia and I could not be more happy with her help and my purchase.She listened to everything I said I wanted, pulled what she thought Id like and really paid attention to what was important to me. She really knows her inventory and the industry.What a great experience, I will definitely be back!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a shopping experience before. But I could not wait to get home to say that I had the most enjoyable experience at Rumeur today! It was my first time at a privately owned lingerie store and it felt like a wedding dress shopping experience! The store owner made me feel welcome, comfortable and excited the entire time. She was just the right amount of attentive, without being pushy. She helped me adjust things, gave me honest opinions, and recommended things I wouldn’t have chose for myself but ended up loving! This is a small business that I plan to continue supporting because I just adored it so much!!! I stumbled upon this place and WOW. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Best bras and lingerie store in San Diego. Tricia and her team are so welcoming and genuine. They really care about helping women feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. I highly recommend getting your bra fitted- it’s their specialty and it was far more accurate than Victoria Secret! Highly recommend :D
