Just had an interaction with what seems to be the owner trying to be macho guy. The liquor store is not very well ran and they don’t have a great selection. As you can see the reviews especially on Yelp they are pretty terrible and it’s no wonder why with this guy in charge. There’s definitely better places to go in the area
Good selection. Really nice staff
Generally really nice employees, but the owner is another story. After I asked owner during the same visit twice to put on his mask (and follow his own rules he posted at the entrance), he just ignored me.Its fine there are plenty of corner stores in GH with better customer service.
The Ladies that work there are super nice. The prices are very high but is convenient....
Prices are to high though their in an nicer neighborhood but didnt carry my favorite beer Hurricane by Budweiser a malt liquor. 8.1 percent not for the faint of heart but a smooth taste compared a Steel Reserve.
Everyone that works there is super friendly
Parked here to run across the street to get my mail, planned to return to buy some things before leaving. Chubby Mongoloid employee comes outside to tell me I can’t park there. I said I’ll be back to buy something in a minute, anyways your parking lot is completely empty. “Doesn’t matter, hurry up” No thanks clown, I think you forgot why you made that parking rule in the first place, to serve more paying customers. Cool moves.
The Workers and owner of GH Liquor treat customers with respect and kindness. They keep a variety of items... Good people.
Great assortment of beer and hard alcohol. Wine is hit or miss but you definitely find some unusual varieties here. The staff is very friendly.
The neighborhood store. Nice selection but anything refrigerated usually needs to go in the freezer for a little bit when I get home. Friendly staff and they often have free tastings on certain Fridays.
Worst liquor store in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5 mins to another store.
Great little neighborhood shop!
Went in to buy a bag of chips with my card and the person behind the counter told me that my card declined. Went back out to my vehicle to check my banking app to see what was going on with my account and saw that the charge did go through. I went back in to confront him about it and he claimed that he tried looking for me and that it did go through but the paper in the machine was stuck and thats why he said it didnt go through. I was parked right around the corner so I dont know where he looked to try and find me but it seemed to me that he was fine taking my money and letting me leave none the wiser. When I told him I no longer wanted the chips after being lied to like that he told me he didnt know how to cancel the charge on my card. He ended up giving me the cash value instead. I would avoid this place unless you are paying cash.
The Lady that works up at the from counter is really nice. The store is very clean and organized.
I walk the dogs everyday for an owner who lives a block down the street. Ive come here numerous times and always had a pleasant time, its a liquor store so its hard to mess up service, you would think. One time I went and there was a bald tall guy behind the counter speaking to a friend, ignored me for 5 minutes while I stood at the counter with my dogs waiting to pay and go. He was very rude and gave me a hard time about using credit even though it was well over the minimum.Second time was today. Went to walk the dogs, had to stop and pick up cigarettes and water. The famers was set up on the same block, wanting to support local over 7-11, I drove all the way around the block, saw a few no parking for farmers market signs in the lot and parked my van. Went inside, same dude, wouldnt let me use my coupon and was very rude again. I said alright Ill come back. Went to leave and there was a sign in the way, the guy, who is also the owner saw me trying to leave and I asked Could you move the sign so I can get out of the parking lot. He says No, you are not a customer you shouldnt have parked here. That is the last time I will ever go there. Had to get out of the van and move a sign he put in front so I couldnt get out.
Just drinking
Completely rude customer service. Guy was on his phone for nearly 5 minutes while I was in a hurry to check out. Didnt seem to care at all. Seems to be too busy chasing away people that park near his place. Better liquor stores are right around the corner
Great location, super friendly night staff, great selection. Awesome local vibe!
Employees there are all very nice people
Great selection of beers, wines, and spirits. The salespeople we very friendly and accommodating very clean store
Great wine and beer selection and super friendly staff.
Great corner store and liquor store. Robert was very helpful and prices were in li e
Whoever the bald guy is running the store needs to be fired, absolutely no customer service skills. Very rude to a nice lady in there, I just walked out went to 7-eleven. I dont write many reviews but this is a store to stay away from.
My local liquor store. BIG selection of craft brew. Some grocery items in a pinch. Friendly service.
Favorite store
Didnt have my flavor
Rude rude rude owner. Ive lived in the neighborhood for a long time. I try so hard to give people multiple chances but this guy is just rude. There are so many liquor stores within the direct vicinity its just not worth supporting this guy.
Nice selection and a few deals
Go to spot
Good selection here, friendly service.
This place did not let me do a money order. Waste of time wont earn my business for liquor or snacks.
