I Bought a Maeda Gi to teach my classes. After I washed for the 1st time the Gi shrank too much.Doesn’t fit on me anymore. I sent a message to custom service and they email back saying no returns for a Washed Gi’s. How I’m gonna know if the Gi is gonna shrink BEFORE wash?Very disappointed with Fighters Market.Was my first and last experience with them!

They have fast processing and free shipping and exchanges or returns. The customer service reps are always happy to help me (even when I made the mistake) and they offer the ability to make payments with afterpay. Not to mention they give you points everytime you buy stuff. Cant say anything bad about them.

Not the place to order from if you need product by specific time. Placed order on Friday and contacted customer support to expedite order so I could get gi by following Friday and paid extra for shipping to ensure that. Order did not even make it to shipping until Tuesday night and finally got expected delivery that is showing Saturday. Customer support was very friendly but didn’t follow through with getting my order shipped. * Update order did arrive on Friday unsure if usps was ahead of schedule or if fighters market called to expedite delivery. Changing order to 4 stars. Would give 5 if Loyal gi matched the size chart. Had to return.

Finally trying my hand at BJJ I was suggested to check our Fighters Market. Not only were they SUPER helpful to someone who knew nothing about bjj, but they were so accommodating. I have since gone back to buy my second gi and always suggest this great shop to anyone newcomer looking to get a gi. Incredibly helpful staff help you pick the right size for you and answer all your questions. They have a myriad of brands for gis, rash guards, belts, and gear. I’ve ordered numerous times with them since my first purchase with them last year. This is definitely my go to site when it comes to fight gear. Like a few have mentioned I would love to see some Saturday hours so I could make the drive from LA to SD and visit in person.

I placed an order and after about a week they never shipped it. I sent an email to customer service and after another 3 days they finally replied.The reply seemed very automated with little concern over my issue. I would not recommend ordering from this website. The process of taking your money is fast and easy but the fulfilment of shipping product is a great obstacle for this company.

One of the best if not THE best fight stores in town. Biggest downside is their hours. Its tough to get there before they close if you work a 9-5. Also, I think theyre closed weekends. Check out their online store of your unable to make it during their regular hours.

I drove with my step mom from Riverside to look at gis the two gentlemen there that helped us were so nice and helpful they helped both of us to find the perfect sizes. Was worth the drive out here !

Ordered three items. One was out of stock even though the site says it was in stock. Even though they guarantee same day shipping, they delayed the entire order and gave me 24-48 hours to cancel the item or order a different item or they will cancel my order. They provided no means of making this change to my order. No response to my emails and all 4 calls I made in a four hour period were directed to voicemail. When they finally answered, they made no attempt to make it right for me and were very rude, often interrupting me. Absolutely atrocious service. I cancelled the order and will never order from them again.

Ordered some fight shorts for my kid. They did not have them in stock like their website showed... Wasted time and inconvenience on my side. If they had truly great customer service, they would have at least offered a different selection at a discounted price.

Good gi’s good prices, Spring sale got me a kings gi for less than $100 and shipping to Canada was free and fast!!!

After making a purchase, the initial item I wanted was out of stock in my size. They were great with contacting me and we worked to find another item that I wanted that could be shipped instead of my initial order. I was very clear with them about what I needed (mostly-black spats that were IBJJF legal). They sent me an option and based on the description they sounded great. The item shipped and arrived super quickly; and at this point I was very impressed with the company. However, as soon as I pulled the spats out of the package we started having issues. The item I received had the correct item number that was listed on the website, but it did not match the pictures or the description. It included a internal drawstring that was not mentioned and a outer pocket on one of the legs that was not in the pictures. Personally, I do not like internal drawstrings and the outer pocket makes them illegal for IBJJF competitions. So I knew I would be returning them. The product itself was great if thats what you needed/wanted - However, it wasnt for me. They gave me a return label - No issue returning them (Still in that process currently, so we will see how it goes).However, my biggest issue is that I left a review on the product just noting my experience with the product versus its pictures and descriptions. I gave it a 3 star review stating that the product was great, just didnt totally meet description or my needs, and I even stated that maybe mine had been mislabeled. I left that review over a week ago, and it does not appear on the site. Its like they are not showing that review. I have received no feedback from them on my experience or why my review isnt showing. With online stores, I rely and read reviews for my own knowledge and if a company is censoring their reviews, it irks me enough to go and leave a Google review to attempt and share my experience.They had so many positive marks during my experience, that Im hoping my negative experiences are just one-offs. However, I will likely not be shopping with them again after completing my initial transaction (since I believe I will be getting store credit with my return).

If you are ordering Kingz merchandise, dont trust the listed sizes. Youth sizes listed on the website to guide you when ordering Gis and belts are way off. I am saying the belt sizes are listed about foot shorter than reality and a Gi I got my son for Christmas based on listed sizes may have been too big even if he were 2 years older. Customer service wont care if you need something in a timely manner, even if it is caused by their error. You may get the (wrong) item fairly quickly but the inevitable exchange process will have you waiting at least a week longer.
