DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILERTerrible experience. Took almost 3 weeks for helmet to ship. Tried to cancel order and was told it already shipped even though it staid it was still processing my order on their system when I was logged in. Finally received an email with shipping info the next day. Helmet arrived with small defect (broken visor screw). Called BB and I tried to return the helmet and was told I would receive an email with return info (email never arrived). Called back and was hung up on. Called back again and went through return process, again. Asked for customer service persons direct email so I could send pics and videos of broken part to expedite return. Even with direct contact info and following up I never got a return email with return info, an update regarding the return process... or any response.Id advise you make purchases from reputable retailers instead. I will never shop here again.

Ordered my parts, which were small and readily available, over a month ago. Ive called multiple times to see why they havent even begun the shipping process, only to be assured that its going out tomorrow. Im not normally a review writer, but I urge you all to shop somewhere else. This is, if you want your order in the same calendar year, or at all.

Very poor customer service. They delivered a part to an address I had 15 years ago (even though the order prior they did deliver it to my correct address), did not attempt to get the part back when I told them that was the incorrect address, and refused to refund me the amount I paid ($139) even though I did not receive the product. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Garbage service. They dont send any confirmation emails or updates and operate on timelines of soon and not ready yet when you call for updates. They will hang up on you as well. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Dont ever buy anything from this company. I ordered a part online which they didnt have in stock but charged my card $400. This was on april 13, I asked for my order to be cancelled it is now april 26, 2021 and I still have not received my $400 refund. I tried contacting this company customer service number but no one will answer. I now have to go through my credit card company just to get my refund! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. First, they sold me a part for 300 dollars that I find out later, has been discontinued by the manufacturer for years. Days after I order, I get an email saying that the part isnt available and i will be refunded. 15 days after the day I got the email and 4 phone calls later, and I still dont have my money.. not to mention, the customer service people were so rude. They wouldnt let me finish my sentences. Cutting me off and then saying I was being rude for continuing to talk over them when they tried to cut me off. Watch out! The item I have been referring to in this review is still for sale on their website. This could happen to you! Who knows how many other discontinued parts theyre selling and will continue to take money for from unsuspecting people just like you! Bot me, I will never give this dishonest business another penny. Hopefully they go out of business soon.

I Ordered 8 items from them 3 MONTHS AGO including a clutch assembly and suspension parts, 2 of my items (an O-ring and a Bracket) are on backorder with no ETA, due to these 2 insignificant items, all 6 other of my parts that are much more important and listed as available/instock will not ship, they are choosing to hold my entire order over these 2 items even after stating that i would just like my other 6 items shipped and the backordered parts shipped when available or refunded, it has been the largest hassle dealing with BB than any other bike store. Stick to Motosport.com or Rocky Mountain ATV ladies and gentleman

I ordered on Feb 27. It’s March 15 now, and I just received another email stating my parts are delayed. They have 3 or the 4 parts, they claim, but are still waiting on another one to come in. I thought I was saving on shipping but now I see it would have been worth going with another company. I really needed these parts for my sons four wheeler and sadly, a month will go by and they still aren’t here. I will note that the charge went through on my card very quickly, but that’s the only thing done fast.Update: 03/24/2021: Since the parts never came in, I canceled the ones they said were holding it up. They said I would get a partial refund and they would send the other parts. I’ve got nothing from them, and now no response.UPDATE: 04/05/2021: I finally received a partial refund and a partial order.

Awful customer service, they lie to you that the order is cancelled (due to parts not being availble)... then they never send the refund and just keep the money. Its a great business for them.If you used a credit card, inform the CC company to issue a chargeback and go after the funds. These guys will not refund a responsible vendor should.

Do not order from Bike Bandit!!on 3/24/2021 I ordered MC parts from Bike Bandit that I was told were in stock. On 3/26/2021 I received an email stating the manufacture had discontinued the parts and they were cancelling my order. on 3/29/2021 I called customer service and was told my refund was being processed and I would receive an email with a confirmation number, I have not received this email. on 4/13/2021 I again called customer service and that i was being processed that day and I would get an email and see it in PayPal. today is 4/26/2021 and I have not seen a refund or receive any email on the matter. I do not understand how it take 23 days to receive a refund with today’s technology. This Company is dishonest, and I would not recommend or purchase from this company. On the phone with them today and was straight lied to again!! Trying to get me refund I was told that they talked to billing only to call back an hour later to be told the person that does the billing is not at work today. No Customer service and Lies!!!! if I could give a zero star rating I would!!!

Complete and total fraud company, avoid at all costs. I had purchased from here in the past with absolutely no issue, but as of last year they apparently have fallen off their rocker. They couldnt get half my order because it wasnt available, so, no big deal just refund me. Well that hasnt happened yet and its been over 10 days. The other half they send me a notice theres a delay in shipping, which would be ok if it wasnt for them sending that to other customers over and over for months. So it seems they want to take your money for parts thatll never ship because its just a racket.

Ive ordered from BikeBandit a few times and never had any issues till fall of 2020. I ordered 4 parts for one of my motorcycles on 11/23/2020. Mind you these are not hard to find parts. Many emails regarding items being on backorder. Was notified 2/11/2021 that my parts were on their way. Then I get a voicemail 2/16/2021 that it was shipped to the wrong address-not my fault. Now to wait again!!!I understand the covid thing but you would have thought they would have given me a discount on order or something toward a future purchase. Four months of waiting for parts right now is a little ridiculous. Now, Im not sure I want to wait 3-4 months for tires!! Very frustrating. I ride all year around therefore, winter months do matter to me. Glad I have more than one bike to ride.

Ordered several parts online that showed in stock. 30 minutes later I received an email saying all the parts were on nationwide backorder, which is NOT true. They should show accurate stock so others dont have to go through the hassle of looking up part numbers and the time ordering all the parts only to be told they cant get them. I’m a dealer and have been working with BileBandit for over 4 years and have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars with them. I know COVID has impacted many business and I have tons of grace for that but over the past year, BikeBandit has not risen to the occasion. We placed a return for $50 (1 of 2 we’ve ever had), last year on an order that we initialed waited 5 months for and finally had to go somewhere else. That return never was processed by BikeBandit in a timely manner which again, I gave grace for but they will not accept accountability for delayed processing and have passed buck onto us saying we are late in filling the return regardless of showing them all the documents that prove otherwise. This is just one circumstance of many over the past year and we have vowed to never work with this company again. No returned calls. Attitude with customer service. No stock on so many items. Extremely delayed everything, deliveries, returns, shipping, refunds, etc. we can no longer pass their incompetence to our clients any longer and have reached the end of our patience and it seems we aren’t the only ones. Online Returns process is broken. They claimed a return is easy but in fact its been impossible. For three weeks Ive been trying to return a $500 helmet that does not fit. There is no auto generated return label. There is no Return Authorization form under my account. Emails go unanswered and attempts to reach by phone are met with hours and hours of hold time. I do not trust this company. They are sketchy at best. Borderline scam. This is the worst online experience trying to return merchandise I have ever had. I will never purchase from this company again.

I purchased 4 tires and lithium ion battery and 3 sets of brakes on June 12. The four tires I did receive (the last one on the 23rd) were shipped in 3 shipments.Between about June 16-23 I had to contact Bike Bandit 4 times. The first two times I emailed them and got no response. When I finally called and got to speak to someone (after well over half an hour,) they assured me that the rest of my items would ship out on the 23rd. Upon looking on the website on the 23rd, the items were shown as delayed. I then called and canceled the rest of the items because they couldnt tell me when I would receive them.I understand that C19 may have slowed things down a bit. But I also feel that for good customer satisfaction, you need to keep your customer informed. Dont just tell them nothing and leave them not knowing. If they couldnt get me the brakes and battery in a timely manner, just let me know and I wouldnt now have a bad feeling about Bike Bandit. Because of this experience, I would not use them again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

This company is a joke! I wound not recommend this company EVER! There stating a 3-4 week ship time but I can go to my local company’s and have the parts in hand within 2-4 business day... All they are saying is where short staffed because of covid. So tell me how does the local company’s get them and have the parts in my hand so fast? It seems like this company is blaming the pandemic for there own reason. To be slow at shipping. So the time frame that they state is a lie, it will take 3-4 weeks to get your parts!!! I placed orders from BikeBandit.com in the past with no issues. The last order was, however, a terrible experience, and I will not order from BikeBandit.com ever again. I placed an order for Triumph OEM parts on 10/26/2020. For weeks and then months I continued getting emails indicating a delay with my order. When I called the first time in January I was told that my order would come in about a week. When I called again on Feb 15, the CSR blamed Triumph for the delay. This was a lie. I cancelled the order on Feb 15th after waiting *4 months* - a week later on 2/22 I am still waiting for the refund. Sent email asking about it and I havent received a response, but I will given them a couple of days. The same day I cancelled the order, on 2/15, I placed the same order online with a Triumph dealer. The order shipped today 2/23 even though we had a massive snow storm everywhere. BikeBandit failed me miserably. OEM Parts buyer beware.

Ordered several items from bikebandit.com On Tuesday June 30, 2020. Received a quick email the next day. Stating I would receive an email with my tracking number soon. I used bike bandit because there website said my items ship within 1-2 days. They were not the cheapest but I am on a time constraint and needed the parts faster. Called today because its day 3 and I have not received any tracking number for my packages. Spoke with a representative after being on hold for over thirty minutes. Who told me that they havent even received the parts from Honda yet. There website says in stock and ships in 1-2 days. Do not order from these guys they lie about in stock items. I know everything is delayed do to the corona outbreak. But they mislead you into believing that they have items in stock when they really do not. Go ahead and order from the cheaper sites at least they tell you. Upfront how long it will take. I will update my review if and when I receive my order.

DO NOT BUY FROM BIKBANDITI ordered a large order back in Mid-May and was promised 2 day delivery. By the beginning of June I reached out to Bikebandit daily through online chat, phone calls and emails with no response. By Mid-June I purchased My parts locally because i had not heard back from them or received my order. In July I disputed the charges with my Credit Card company who they responded to immediately, but i still had not heard from them. I Received a return label for part of my order but not all of it. August I received Half of my order and returned it. I still reach out weekly to get my money back and return their second shipment with out any assistance. BikeBandit is a joke. They can hide behind COVID but their customer service, website and staff is horrible. Good luck getting your parts or your money back.

Great prices and selection of parts. Only downside is the sometimes lengthy wait times to speak to customer service reps. Also they could probably reduce that if they allowed customers to request returns on their own via the website rather than making a call. They did however resolve my multiple issues in a timely manner once I got a hold of them! Good folks

Poor customer service. Sat on hold for 15+ mins both times I called. Got hung up on the first time. Simply asked the associate to hold on while I tried my request on their website and he said it will work. I have to go. I said be patient and give me 2 mins and all I heard was a click from him hanging up on me. Poor service. Then I get an email next day that they canceled my order.

Look for another source for motorcycle parts; common OEM Honda oil filter not shipping, customer service phone number may be a hoax, chat not working, not sure if contact by email pretends to send and they definitely pretend to answer. Amazon ships immediately and arrives as stated. Everyone needs to earn a living so gave 5 stars.

First off I just want to say if you’re planning on purchasing anything from Bike Bandit, DONT!! I repeat abort mission right now. I placed an order for a Fuel tank almost 10 Days ago and have not been able to receive any accurate updates from them, I have called several times and one of two things happens, the number is disconnected or some unenthusiastic employee picks up the phone and has no idea what is going on with my order, Last time I called I was told my tank arrived and just hadn’t been processed yet. This was about 4 days go. Their chat has been offline forever but, today it was up and running so I thought I would try that. The consultant told me my tank hasn’t arrived yet. Wait, hold up, I was told by someone else my tank is there so, who is giving me the right information? The consultant representing this “great” company then told me that it’s possible it arrived but, he doesn’t know. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told a manager would just give me the same info. I get that these are hard times and the virus has made everything take a bit longer than usual but, not following up with customers, not even giving them updates after they spent hundreds of dollars on parts is unacceptable. They keep going on and on about how everything is currently delayed but, there was no delay in taking my money before pretty much kicking me to the curb. I am hoping I receive my part before the end of the week but, until then I urge you to take your money elsewhere.

It surprises me I just found this company but they have earned a customer for life.I put in a small order for two helmets and one happened to be the wrong size and I was dreading the return process... For no reason as it turns out. I called and they helped me work out who I needed to talk to and put me in contact to save me some trouble.Once I explained the issue the rep. (Jerome Foley) was very helpful and walked me through everything and was very genuine, funny, and ensured there were no questions. It felt like small town brick and mortar personalized service even though the company is huge and has been in business for more than 20 years. You dont get that anymore and just that made me want to come back... But then I remembered their prices.They beat or match EVERYONE out there-local or on line. Plus they have a rewards program that knocks that price down even further for return customers and have head to toe hear and parts for nil tie styles of riding and it sounds like pretty much all of them ride themselves.I could go on, but the bottom line is that you should give them a shot and I feel strongly you wont be disappointed even if things dont work out perfectly and you have to make a return.Companies that rudely care and have great customer care are a dying breed, but this is one that holds themselves to the highest traditional standards and still stays competitive in todays online market... Give them a shot and you wont be disappointed.

Placed an order 4 weeks ago for some basic oil change service parts and a factory sensor. I have emailed them several times. Never have I ever had a company care enough to say the parts will be a little later than expected, but they are coming. I thought this was an excellent courtesy. Great customer service! Ive used BB numerous times throughout the last 10 years. Mainly for business. Ive started using them more for personal. Recently i purchased a set of tires and Hunter helped with a couple of questions after my online order. Big help. After receiving the tires I noticed a defect in one of them. Called and Hunter answered the call. I explained, sent pics and in less than an hour i had my issues resolved. No arguing, no problems and excellent customer service. The initial email I received about my tracking number for my package was not working and I was unable to track it. If it werent for #Travis and his manager #Jerome I wouldnt have been able to get the package delivery information. They really went above and beyond what they had to do. Buyer BEWARE! Stay away from this company!In good faith, I made an order with Bikebandit (Perfect name by the way) on May 7, 2020. I immediately received an email about the purchase and in the email, it was started that another email would be sent when the items were sent. After a week I tried to contact the company via telephone and waited almost an hour until I was disconnected. After another week I tried again to contact this company and waited close to 40 minutes before having to hang up. On May 20, I sent an email explaining that I still hadn’t heard anything about the shipment of my purchase. Their web site stated that it would take approximately two days before I would receive a response. After NINE MORE DAYS on May 29, 2020 I finally called again, this time resolved to wait until I spoke to someone. After 47 minutes the phone was finally answered. At that time, I was told that the items I ordered were sitting in their warehouse and would be sent out as soon as they had the time to send them. Because of the virus, they were short on staff. I asked about the email response I never received and was told that they were behind THOUSANDS OF EMAILS and were returning them as soon as they could. Because they could not tell me WHEN the order would ship out, the BAD ATTITUDE of the person I was speaking to, and that I had ALREADY WAITED 22 DAYS, attempted to contact this company numerous times through phone and email and received NO RESPONSE, I cancelled this order!There is absolutely no reason that a company should act like this to a customer! No amount of commerce is worth the frustration! These items were ordered for the birthday of a nine year old girl and thanks so much for doing such a pathetic job Bikebandit! I have made several orders with Bike Bandit. Great prices and good service. They are very patient with me when I call with questions. I had to return a part because I ordered the wrong one. Hunter took good care of me and attempted to find the correct part for me. Hunter explained the process and sent me a shipping label while I was still on the phone. Let me begin by stating maybe BikeBandit has been severely impacted by the current state of world affairs. Before you continue reading know that I will give them an opportunity in the future and update this review accordingly.Items listed as In Stock or Available arent necessarily readily available. It seems that if they dont have it on hand they must first have it shipped to them and then it is shipped to the customer, keep that in mind if you pay for expedited shipping as that will only apply to the shipping from BikeBandit to the customer.Emails to their Customer Service department go unanswered, their Customer Service chat tool appears to not work, and my average phone wait time to speak with a Rep has been 40 minutes with one instance of my call being disconnected after being picked up.These experiences are based on two separate orders placed in April and May of 2020.

After twice the stated processing time, I contacted customer service, where they informed me that there was a slight delay in their warehouse and that my products would be shipped by the end of the week. When they hadn’t shipped by the beginning of the next week, I contacted CS and got the same story. Repeat this process two more times and I was at my wits end. After being lied to and brushed off four times, I canceled my order and asked for a refund. That was a couple of weeks ago and I still havent gotten my money back. DO NOT buy from this company, theyll waste your time, take your money, and leave you up a creek without a paddle. Their customer service department is no help, warehouse processing is subpar, and order forecasting is a joke. Partzilla.com is a much better alternative.

Ordered a few parts, and a couple came in the wrong size. Called back to straighten out and rep was helpful. A month goes by with no communication or shipment confirmation from bike bandit. I realized that the rep did not send the correct amount of replacement parts, so I called to get it straightened out nd cancel an order that had already gotten parts for from somewhere else(getting parts from the UK ended up being faster than getting them from bike bandit). After being on hold for almost 20 minutes (which was faster than the first time by 10 minutes,) a rep answered and I got the first order canceled. When we started talking about the replacement parts he started being kind of short and interrupted me once. When I explained why I would never be using bike bandit again he hung up on me. The only reason I’m not leaving one star is because the experience in the beginning was not terrible.

Marco and the gang at BB really look after you! I purchased a pair of tires for my Yamaha FJ 09 and the rear arrived damaged. I snapped a couple of pics and 48 hours later there was a new tire on my doorstep. Great pricing along with great customer service makes them a winner in my book.

It took a lot of doing to finally connect with someone (2 days of busy signals while online chat was consistently unavailable, no voicemail returned, no response to 2 emails sent, and a long time on hold) but I finally got ahold of #Nate, who was extremely helpful. Id managed to order the wrong tire (entirely my fault for not reading the details) and he helped me through the return process and ordering the correct tire. (Lucky for my bruised ego, he had trouble finding it too.) Id give Nate 5 stars, but the trouble it took to speak with a real, live person knocks down the overall review. Im giving the benefit of the doubt that theyre understaffed right now due to the ongoing pandemic. Itd be great if theyd update that repeat loop you hear on hold telling you to try online chat when online chat isnt available. That was more annoying than the music. Great price on tires, though, and #Nate was super friendly & helpful.

I appreciate their customer support. Recently I ordered a tire from BikeBandit, and they sent it the same day. In a few days tire was reported as “delivered” by FedEx but unfortunately disappeared. I call to the store and explain how important that order is for me so store sent me my new tire with fast “next day” delivery and I was able to install it before my track day. Think TWICE before ordering from this company. I have ordered from bike bandit a few times before and had pretty good luck with them, so on May 9th I placed an order with them and I figured with everything going on with COVID there would be a slight delay. I gave it time and a month after I placed my order I get a generated order update email about a fulfillment delay. I gave it another week and a half before I started to attempt to get a hold of them. I called multiple times each time waiting on hold for 15-30 minutes before I had to just hang up because I don’t have the time to spend an hour on the phone waiting for them to pickup. I tried emailing a couple times The only response back I got was a generated ticket number, never a response to the question I asked in my email. I also tried the live chat which never worked either. FINALLY a few days ago I got a call from them, I politely asked them about by order and when it was going to ship. I was told it was ready to ship and if it didn’t ship that day it would ship tomorrow. That was 3 days ago and I haven’t received any notification of it having shipped and it still says ‘In Progress’ online which it has said since May 9th. I called again today to see what the deal is and spent 20 minutes on hold before having to give up, at this point all I want is a refund so I can take my business elsewhere since I’m obviously not going to get my parts anytime soon.

I called and was told someone would follow up. I have heard nothing. Brick and mortar stores do have benefits. This is what service has come to, because we accept it. Bikebandit believes, there are millions behind you to take your place. Good service is not a relative term to me. I did not find it at bike bandit. I am not a number. At least not a number in your customer crowd! Guess I learned something today. As small as my order may be there is another company that will fill my needs. Saying Im sorry doesnt cut it. Two weeks and my orders are still In Progress Phone is a constant busy signal, livechat on the web site is unavailable and no response to emails. No customer service so I have filed disputes with Visa to try to get my money back.

I ordered parts from them on May 23rd. One month later on June 23rd when the parts still had not shipped, I ordered parts from another california-based supplier (and received them in 1 week) and attempted to contact BikeBandit customer support to cancel my order and get a refund. They refused to reply to over a dozen emails to cancel my order, and every time I called within their posted business hours a prerecorded message saying No one is available to take your call, goodbye! and would disconnect me. I eventually had to have my bank reverse the charges since it was impossible to get ahold of them to refund my money. Over two months after paying for my parts (July 28) they shipped them (ignoring the dozens of attempts to cancel the order before they shipped)STAY AWAY from bikebandit, they will charge you immediately for your parts and wont send them for several months if at all. They will ignore any attempts you make to try and cancel or refund your order. Absolutely the shadiest and most frustrating transaction I have ever experienced.

Very upset with these guys. I broke my clutch basket and needed it ASAP. These guys said they could have it in a week whereas everyone else was 2 weeks minimum. Great except for the small fact that they lied and they dont have it in their inventory. Its on backorder and it wont be available for a month and a half. Awesome so that just means theyre walking down to their local dealer to grab the part. Something I tried already and learned that not a single dealer in the US has the part. So instead of me getting the part in a week like I had hoped, Im currently 20 minutes and counting trying to talk to someone in a chat room trying to cancel my order because apparently their phone number does work. Great work guys, should have just ordered from Rocky Mountain in the first place.

Listen, I understand companies are slow due to COVID.....but charging me for a cancelled order over a month later???? SCAMMERS. If someone can handle processing these payments (incorrectly at that), than someone can answer an e-mail, or facebook message... in less than three months time. I will never purchase anything from Bikebandit again! I fully understand that things take longer than usual with our current situation, but I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the order is still processing. I’ve called multiple times and am placed on hold for long periods of time and nobody ever answers. I have written emails to which nobody has replied, the live chat service on their website has been disabled, and it just seems next to impossible to get a hold of anybody at this company. For a company that “prides itself on customer service” I am not impressed at all and will not be using their services ever again. At this point I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that one day my part will arrive... but I till then... I’ll just have to take the loss.

I have ordered parts from them in the past without any problems but my recent unresolved experience, not so much. I live chatted with 2 employees for almost two hours and nothing was resolved. My account was charged, I received no email receipt, and no shipping info and its been twenty days. Why would this take an hour and a half to look into other than you were just drawing it out till you could close for the day and walk away from the computer? Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon so that I can change this review, get me parts and finally synch my carbs.

Bike Bandit has made it convenient to get both factory and aftermarket parts for me. I had an issue where one of the aftermarket fork seals was leaking fork oil. So I ordered OEM ones at the recommendation of my mechanic friend and called in about the leaking ones. #Drew was able to refund me for the aftermarket ones once I showed him what was going on.

Company claims they are working full time around the clock, but the massive amounts of people who have had no updates on their orders for months would contradict that.
