Our sales person Catherine Coroneos was great! We were looking for a good quality comfortable desk chair. They had a huge inventory of chairs. We tried out several. Catherine would direct us to what we needed, answered any questions. Then when we were ready to buy she was very accommodating and even gave us a discount. Great service great selection!!

I initially contacted BOO Furniture to have some free consultation, a popular service they offer. I had the free consultation about a project I was going to start, and after our first meeting, they understood my idea. The expert that helped me was Stuart, a smart man who suggested the perfect office furniture for my project. He even talked to me about electricity things that I was not aware of at all. He save me money for sure with his suggestions.After that, I started the project with them. I used their Space Planning, Interior Design, and Installation services. Everything was great.

After searching many places for a desk, and after receiving one that was not put together correctly, I finally found Office Outlet! They were very professional, helped me select the exact color, provided a loaner desk until mine arrived and delivered it when it came in. I cannot say enough good things about this company and just wish I’d have found them sooner!!!

I dont normally write reviews, but wanted to share about the excellent service at Business Office Outfitters. Catherine was our sales assistant. There was no pressure in anyway. They have new, as well as used office furniture. Catherine listens to what you are looking for, and will show you both- new inventory as well as used. She also sent me emails with photos of new inventory that would be coming in that she felt I may be interested in. When I would email her back, I would always get a quick response. It wouldnt matter what time of day, she always was quick with her replies. She also gave us very reasonable prices for what I purchased. We ended up getting two new desks, and two used cabinets. I highly recommend this store. They are always getting in new inventory. I went back multiple times.

We were remodeling our new home, and wanted to get some office desks, filing cabinets, etc. We went to a few furniture outlets, and settled on Business Office Outfitters. Katherine greeted us, but applied NO sales pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing a few pieces of new furniture, but also a few USED pieces. We had to go back and forth, measuring our narrow room and comparing the measurements to the furniture. Katherine took our calls, and then called us back within minutes. We were even able to put a few items on HOLD, so that we could go figure out if it would work. We couldnt be happier with our purchases and the service we received. Go often, because they keep getting used items in, almost every day. Its like a consignment store; the inventory changes daily.
