Best customer service not for a vape shop but for any shop

This place is the best for all of your smoke shop needs! They have their own juice they can mix up for you. They also carry other pre-bottled brands (I prefer their own in-house stuff) they carry glass, hookah, loose tobacco, etc. And the staff is always patient, chill and knowledgeable.

I dont live in San Diego, so walking in to this shop I was surprised. It is not a traditional brick and mortar vapor shop. They sell only their own juice, which to be fair isnt bad. So if youre looking for a certain juice youve had before, like I was, you wont find it here. As for the quality of the product, dont expect the testers to taste like the bottle you take home. They mix the juice right there in front of you, which would be fine (cool, in fact) if it werent for two things. First, there are no measurements taken. If your juice contains flavors such as honey, cream, marshmallow and caramel, each in specific percentages, well, all of those ingredients go into the bottle... In what appears to be a rough eyeball guesstimate. Second, since its made right in front of you, it hasnt steeped or blended properly (not a huge deal, but it can make a big flavor difference). The staff (the one guy in there during my visit) was nice, knowledgeable and helpful, though, despite the fact that he wasnt even using the juice they make and sell there... The only real positive thing about this shop is that the prices are awesome, like half the price of premium juice at a regular retail shop.TLDR: Low prices, but you get what you pay for.

Everyone there is helpful. Really great pricing and great vape juice. You can tell from cheap knock offs and cheap juice to quality. If you are a beginner to this. They will teach you without feeling uneducated. You get to know the people that work there and become almost family. Recommend them to the fullest!

This is, in my opinion, the best vape shop in SD. Amazing selection of juices, great prices, and absolutely fantastic staff. Really friendly group of people who are knowledgeable and honest. I was a newbie when I first visited this shop and never felt like I was being talked down to or treated like I was naive (even though I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted).

Dude who’s always working here is super chill and helpful. The juices are unsurpassed and aren’t expensive. This place is great, go check it out if you vape! Highly recommend strawberry and kiwi or mojito flavor, my favorite by far.

While the prices were reasonable, all the juices we purchased have the same bland taste and the guy working there seemed annoyed we interrupted his episode of family guy to have to help us.

Its a shame to throw a product you bought a month earlier in the trash. When I tried to contact them explaining the problem with my device, they told me that they could not help me because it had been more than two weeks since the purchase. Hearing such a thing in 2019 is really creepy. Avoid buying from them. ⭐⭐

Ive been looking everywhere for Cheshire by Catapiller which I buy for roughly 12$ for a 15ml I bought the same tasting juice exactly for 18$ a for 50ml, he made it right in front of me and because of the D*ck heads FDA he had to give me cotton to change them myself. Probably the best place to get juice. They have shelves FULL of juice you can mix and match, Im not going anywhere else

The WORSE customer service I ever had. Bought the product before my trip to Europe. When I tried to charge the batteries it didnt work. When I came back from my trip, went to shop and explained the problem, they said because Its more then two weeks( it was 3 weeks after buying), they cant help me and I have to contact whoever made the product, which was in Chinaaaa.I kept emailing the company it took me a week to get respond and they told me that I have to take pictures of product explain the problem and send product back, when I went post office They said it will cost $ 20-30 to send a package, the product cost me around $50 LOL this is crazy .So I decided to contact the shop here again and ask for help. .Mike gave me the phone number to the Manager, I left 3 times message and he never called me back. FANTASTIC DEAL ...DONT EVER BUY PRODUCT FROM THEM .
