Needed an alignment. Previous shop botched my upgrade to 35” tires with a 2” leveling kit pretty bad. From the initial reception to the final product San Dimas Tire Pros was two thumbs up. Aligned nicely, friendly service, very fair price.

Twimc - today around 3:30 I talked with bradly at the front office he gave me a quote of 297.00 for 2 tires out the door . I agreed and waited in the waiting room while they retrieved my truck and drove it to there bays behind the frontDesk where I had no visual . At 4:36 we completed the payment and after we were talking about a corvette I was selling I showed Bradley the pictures of it in my phone and then showed the pics to a tech that was also there Bradly mentioned this guy manual that worked at the corvette ship up the street might be interested in my Bette after about ten minutes I got in my truck and departed Toto my house enroute I felt that my truck was driving rough when I got to my house I had this guy Steve looked under my carriage and discovered my strut was broken and a bent a - arm by the time it was discovered it was well after 5:00 pm so I couldn’t report this til tomorrow morning .I am absolutely shocked that the tech that did the work did not report this obvious malfunction ? Steve my friend thinks it could have been lowered down to fast and when it landed broke the strut abs released my car to me to hide the fact he errored. The bottom line is it was not like that prior to arriving at this place of business . I will be seeking compensation for there error and will keep you posted to how there going to resolve this issue . The reason I went and got 2 new tires was because I was taking my truck up to Rosarito to bring a washer back home now those plans are scratched because of there negligence . I am deeply stressed and traumatized about this whole incident !

Amazing Service! Came in for a tire repair due to a nail in the tire and was in and out in 20minutes max. They have all new equipment so Im sure that made it easier. The guys are friendly and they let me inspect the repair the whole way through. $20 well spent! Very pleased and will return

This business is off the beaten path BUT they have been there since the 70s. Great Family owned business which shows in their customer service. Went it for an alignment for my Lexus RX300 and they did a great job. Gave me the before and after spec sheet on measurements. I got a flat tire early this morning about 6am on 57FWY and had AAA changed the tire with a spare one. Looked & searched for a good rated tire shop nearby and found San Dimas Tire Shop. It was still closed when go there. About 7;30am, someone came in and opened the office. By 7:45am, even though the shop opens at 8am, someone checked & report of condition of my flat tire. Unfortunately my tire was unable to repair due to a large hope damage by a large drill bit. I was quoted for a replacement tire and the price was very reasonable for my Porsche Cayenne.Bradley was so helpful, courteous & friendly and gave me peace of mind.No wonder they have excellent ratings.Thanks again, Bradley & staffs. Highly recommend them.

Happy! San Dimas Tire Pros did an outstanding job. Ineeded tires, ...bad, ..and brakes. I had an oil leak too! I was stressing. But i felt welcome as soon as i walked in. I got tires, alignment, rotors, pads, oil change, (the oil leak was a loose filter!) and for alot less than i expected. These guys were honest,up front, and i left there HAPPY! Enough said!

My fiance & I were driving on a trip from Northern California to San Diego when our brakes began to shimmy and grab. We had planned to stop in San Dimas so looked up brakes shops on Google & found the the Tire Pros. When I called they said come right in. We got there by 2pm. They inspected the brakes & found the whole brake system in need of replacement. We were starting to panic because we had a deadline to be in San Diego by 4pm the next day. They let us get our language out of the truck & started working on it immediately. They had it completed and picked us up from our hotel room by noon the next day. These guys were nicest and most professional people have encountered in awhile. Our trip was back on track thanks to Bradley and the entire team!

We got a flat tire on the side of the highway and we know literally nothing about cars. We found San Dimas Tire Pros on Google and all I can say is...THANK GOD WE DID! We called and explained our situation and they confirmed that they had the tire we’d need. Once we arrived, they were ready for us and the whole process was UNDER 30 MINUTES! All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Even the waiting area had a full pot of coffee and a clean bathroom! Not only did they change our tire safely and quick, but they took the time to check the tire pressure on our three remaining tires. We are also en route on a road trip so they even carefully removed our 100 pounds of luggage to put the spare back in and then put them back in! Cannot praise this place any higher, thank you for saving the day!!!!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Waiting room comfortable if you decide to wait. Ridiculously fast service. Not sure how competitive the price was, didnt have a lot of time to shop around. They do try to upsell with add ones...but not too much pressure. The website wasnt very helpful...I would just call them if you cant easily find your answer on the website.

From the time I called to get a quote to the installation of my tires, San Dimas Tire Pros were great in helping me choose tires for my car. Tony stayed on the phone with me till we found the staggered setup of tires I needed. When I got there they were very helpful and completed my job in 2 hours. Which is fast for a shop. I highly recommend them and will go there for my other cars tires.

Came in for them to patch my tire. That part went fine but then they told me I needed new tires really bad. Gave me a quote for 4 new tires and installation. I purchased new tires not even a year ago and the tread is nowhere near worn down to needing new tires.
