I love this location. Me and my father try to come here once a week. Not always really need anything before, but during the visit finding many things we need and for affordable price.

This is a shout-out for employee Anne. At roughly 10 am on Saturday, 10/23/21, I was having trouble finding an item. Anne was walking past me, purse over her shoulder. I assumed she was off the clock and on her way home, but maybe she wouldnt mind a quick question? I asked her, Are you on your way out? and even though she was, she helped me willingly. It turned out not to be a simple question. She scrolled on two devices, called someone else, and then she walked me over to a different aisle, where she connected me with another employee before she left. All the while, she was gracious. Thank you, Anne! Great customer service, Target of San Dimas!

Great place to shop. Employees are honest, kind, and just amazing. Store and bathrooms are always very clean. 3 restrooms available. Mens womens and a single restroom.

Best pick-up service ever! Because I was able to check in when I was on my way they already had my order waiting in the parking lot. The employee was super Pleasant and cared about his work. Highly recommend!

Store was clean and not overly busy. Today I could find parking with a reasonable walk. Sometimes the parking lot is a zoo and have to park far away from the door. I had a question and found a order filler that could help me. I found most of what I was looking for. The checkout had short lines.

Who doesn’t love Target. But sometimes this one isn’t always stocked with things but probably out of their control. Customer service is not great but there are some helpful friendly associates. They don’t enforce mask rule, sign is on door but I saw a few women walking around casually without one .

I was using the handicapped cart (broken foot) and I mowed into a shelf cause the cart was wider than I thought for the turn. Maria, who was stocking in the bathroom accessories section, was incredibly sweet and helpful. She put back my destruction and made sure I was alright and emphasized if I needed anything to ask her. I didnt have a good experience with Tracie at the door coming in, so Maria really changed things around. 5 stars all the way for Maria!

I like Target, I actually had a great cashier and (I walk with a cane) I had a crew member that helped me get a shopping cart, that was a first and I didnt even have to ask for assistance, I was impressed.

Its was great shopping trip.

Been shopping at this location for years, way before they made it a supercenter. Unlike most places I frequent this place has improved its staff (that is to say, the places I frequent generally needed no improvement in staff, to begin with). The restrooms stay clean and prices are fair. I found the electronics staff to be very helpful today and self checkout is a blessing at this location.

Ayesha is thee absolute best manager I have ever interacted with at any Target location ever. I had a minor issue with my drive up that I unfortunately did not notice until I got home and since it was late and the store was closed I was not able to call until this morning. fortunately my issue had already been resolved through the app however I thought maybe a manager should know what happened so that way it could be prevented in the future, so I got Ayesha and after a few minutes of talking I realized I was talking to somebody who not only really understands just the concerns that a customer might bring but also the bigger picture. It was interesting hearing the connections she made as I mentioned that I just got the wrong item by mistake. Thats when I knew I was not only speaking to the right person, but the best person there that can ensure there will be a difference. I greatly appreciate speaking to you on the phone today and I look forward to stopping in the next time Im in the area and saying hello to you, in case I dont catch you before you have your baby, I just want to say congratulations and many blessings to you and your family!

Manager did not regulate number of trading cards per customer so scalpers bought all of them. Employees were rude, telling us to hurry up while seeing what remaining cards were left.

Hey Target: Catharyn in the San Dimas store is the best Customer Service manager on the West Coast!San Dimas was the only store within 5 hours drive of us that had an item in stock my son and husband wanted. The item was NOT available for online purchase and pickup. But, was it actually in stock? Often these items are not updated. Lunatic son and husband set off on a four hour drive to purchase it.Meanwhile, mom called to find out if this trip would be for naught. It was a busy Friday night. I fully expected to get the bum’s rush, if anyone even answered. The call kept ringing back unanswered from the department to the main line and Catharyn kept picking up. Finally she said, “I’ll just go find this myself” and marched back to the department, found the item with the help of Michael. Item had been opened. She and Michael took the time to inspect it and report to me the condition. I explained that my husband and son were on this crazy sojourn and could they please hold it until they arrived. They did!I could tell that Catharyn was very busy, but she was so upbeat and helpful. You never know what is going on in people’s lives. My son had had a traumatic experience that week and this sojourn with his dad was great therapy. Target Management: WHATEVER YOU ARE PAYING CATHARYN, IT ISN’T ENOUGH.

Never again shopping here security assumed of me walking out wit items and when I walk back to return the stuff I bought caught him scanning every item I was going to but as wall to him told what I had to say never assumed of person he right away threading me wit the police when I haven’t done no such crime on top told me leach is store best believe I spoke to manager or his boss of security .. but never again .. Store is always dirty and very rarely do employees actually help. Horrible with pick-up orders. Placed an order on a newly released, limited quantity and supposedly ONLINE for PICK-UP ONLY item. Then receive an email that the order was canceled. As they took it upon themselves to sell the item in stores anyways and screwed over the people who followed the rules.

Love the variety of items

I contacted Target (Corp) about this before, most recently about a week or so ago with no response. The San Dimas store has gone downhill in a major way. They only have two registers open regardless of what day or time I go in, so the line is backed up all the way to toys (despite having plenty of staff around the store, many of whom I see chatting with each other). Many of the shelves are very poorly stocked. I am understanding of COVID complications, but other stores have no problem staying stocked at this point, including other Targets. Also, some staff are rude or just clueless. We waited for five minutes at customer service for a return. We could hear employees talking around the corner. Another staff member kept going in and out and presumably never told them people were waiting. By the time they came out, six people were lined up behind us. The staff members never apologized for the wait or even acted surprised at the long line. Its like this location is TRYING to go out of business. I only shop there out of necessity now and instead try to order online or go to Walmart. What is happening at that location??

My experience at the San Dimas, CA Target today was absolutely horrible. It took over 20 minutes to checkout. They had two lanes open and an employee directing people to the two lanes, with the line being down the store and around the corner to checkout. They absolutely needed to bring more people on the registers. After making it through the single line and being directed into an individual register line (with four or five people in line per register), they finally opened a new register. However, they allowed the people behind us in the long line to go checkout first. Whoever runs this Target should absolutely be fired. This was absolutely atrocious and I would love a follow-up phone call to learn more about what happened to make Target customers this evening to have such a horrible experience.

Its a one stop shop. I can come in for grocery and clothes. I can even find some supplies for kid projects.

I love target- I hate Walmart. Targets are clean, and have everything I need. Clean stores and friendly team members. Plus they have the cutest stuff you didn’t know you needed. Don’t get me started on seasonal items or how fabulous the beauty section is.

Convenience and friendliness of staff. I had to pick up my order with my three boys. The staff made sure the boys were well entertained as they are all toddlers. They offered them stickers and high fives. The cashier even loaded my cart. Excellent service

Efficiency is what I expect from shopping and Target is that AND courteous! This particular location continues to be clean, friendly, organized, and easy to get in and out.

I frequently shop at target, so much so that when we moved part of my list of needs was a home within 10 min of a Target store. We have always had positive experiences at this store. I wish I remembered her name but the other day we had the most wonderful cashier. Not only was she fast and efficient but she was able to engage and have a conversation with our son. She was beyond sweet and kind. I really do wish I knew her name because she deserves to be recognized. Thank you target for your superb customer service! You have gone above and beyond!

Cashering Clerks. Customer service payment people and managers dont know much about their credit card services. The associate in Electronics was impressively very helpful, even though I couldnt use my new credit card. I left and purchased Milk and other items at Traders Joes instead.

Disappointed about the lack of employees working registers. To regularly have a 4-5 person deep line with a 15-20 minute wait doesn’t meet a fair standard of customer service, IMO. Luckily there are enough Target’s around that I can take my business to one that is better managed.

This is really nice and cool store and has almost everything you needs. Target always has everything I need and their customer service/return policy is great.

I ordered items on the 25th of November. Today I went to pick them up and they had put the items back. They were paid for and one of the days was a holiday. They said they only hold for 3 days, today was day 4 and yesterday was Thanksgiving. So, Im not likely to be shopping at Target again anytime soon. I am handicapped and the electric carts was a plus, but I will shop online at Amazon from now on.

An absolutely zero hassle experience. The order was easy. The communication was well executed. The pick was about as close to walk in and walk out as possible, and the woman who helped me in pick up was nice, smiling, and quite pretty.

Target has great selection and fair prices. The stores are usually easy to shop and the employees are helpful. Even now, when people are panic buying TP and hand sanitizer the store was well stocked except for these items. The San Dimas store is in the middle of a remodel, and I look forward to seeing it when completed.

Target employees always have a ready smile for me. And even if they have to go out of their way to assist me in finding a product, they always do. I feel so comfortable at Target San Dimas because Im treated like Im part of the family. I always get the warm fuzzies whenever Im there. Its probably why I end up spending more than I should each time I visit!

The sales associate Adriana who rang me up was so nice. The customer before me was disagreeable. Adriana called a floor associate to answer the customers questions. When she tallied my purchases she smiled. I felt like family.

Store was clean and well stocked with a convenient location, came in at the end of the holidays and still tracked down some great items and was able to check out fast.

Store going through flood remodle so shelfs are not fully stocked at this time. Call ahead and see if they are done and everything is restocked. Very frustrating not finding item that web page said wes in store.

Target stores are convenient, most items are stocked, displays are easy to find any item to purchase, it is colorful, easy to maneuver around the entire store. There is no item on the floor, everything is being replaced in its proper place, I love the store.

What the Heck, Target? I get that its the Holidays and things are crazy, but the store was a mess. My biggest concern though was my experience at checkout. The woman who rang me up asked if I wanted bags. I said yes, because I forgot mine in the car and wanted to get out fast. She mumbled something and started scanning my items. After a minute of ringing up and placing my items on the end of the register, she stopped and looked at me. She mumbled something about bags. I repeated, yes I would like bags. She mumbled again so I said excuse me? to which she responded you have to do it. Okaaaaay.I have been to plenty of stores that have you bag your own items. Thats not a problem to me. The problem is 1) The Mumbling, 2) Her tone with You have to do it and 3) The bags are behind the counter. Why would I reach around the counter and bag my own items, then pay you 10 cents per bag? How uncomfortable. Really unhappy with this experience and not at all thrilled to come back.

A nice friendly neighborhood Target. Once youve been inside one Target, youve seen them all. This location has friendly staff members, organized aisle, and enough cashiers too keep the flow going. I have never had a problem at this location, and Its just overall a good experience.

I ordered some detergent and 2 packs of toilet papers because the promotion. They offer free $10 gift card and free $5 gift card when buy 2 of these items. my order total about $100, and I suppose get $20 gift cards back from target. I picked up my order at local store, but they cancel my gift card order once I picked up the order. This is not the first time!! Is anyone has the same experience? Will not buy from online again

This is my favorite Target. The customer service is great here and it does not get as crowded as other Target stores in the area. The store is always clean, well organized, and its easy to find what youre looking for. I also notice the staff seems to be generally happy and is more than willing to go out of their way for you. They must have a good H.R. team??

One of my favorite spots in the store is the dollar bins right when you walk in.I usually shop at the La Verne store but occasionally I stop at this one when Im in the area. It makes me crazy looking through the dollar section there because its a complete unorganized disaster. No order to it what so ever. Its like a clearance section the day after a holiday. It just looks trashy to me being that its the first thing you see when you walk in the store! Staffs generally nice. But this location is set up entirely different from the others near by. So every time I go in there Im walking in circles trying to find things what I need. I think I will stick to the La Verne Target for sure!

Not the best Target but still better than Walmart, barely. Lines are always long the dressing rooms are always messy.

Have to go to guest services at least 80% of the time to correct a failed cartwheel or other sale problem when scanning the app barcode. Not sure if its just their computers but it is without fail and very frustrating. Also had to bring in Targets own coupon policy (printed from their website) to show the general manager since they were mishandling coupons and being unprofessional about it. In his defense he did admit their own error and claimed to have retrained checkout staff.

Employees were helpful and kind but the store was a bit of a mess the most recent visit. Overall I would go back they have all the essentials and the employees were great
