I ordered a rack from these guys and it got stolen from my front porch but they sent me a replacement rack at their own cost which was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend these guys!!The customer service is next level! They got me the replacement product with in 2 days shipping from California to Columbus Ohio!I was ordering the rack to start a side hustle of delivering for Uber eats via bicycle. A good way to get exercise, do my favorite activity (riding my bike), and make some extra money to save up for an ebike. I’m super super super pleased with everything about this company!!! First time visiting the location with a recommendation from my neighbor. Big SPECIALIZED/Cannondale shop, so expect to shell out some money. Youre not getting some Wal-Mart/Target janky bike, but some of the best quality bikes out there. You get what you pay for. We purchased a nice turquoise Cannondale Quick for some relaxed riding. Also replaced some parts on my old Trek. Everyone there is knowledgeable and wants to help out. They can also tune up your bike if something needs to be replaced and make recommendations if youre a beginner like me. Overall, loved the vibes and would recommend to anyone learning to get into cycling.

Ian was wonderful to my wife and I. Great help on helping us get our early anniversary gift for each other. Every thing we asked he had an answer for and and product that we needed. I took his advise and we are the happier for it. Give that young man a raise!!!!

Great store, BUT very uncomfortable shopping with what I want comfortably without the store staff hawkeying me every second and following me around and looking at you through every gap that they have in the store. Hard to believe people still steal merchandise now a days.

Staff are friendly. Theyre quick to check if youve been helped. Even though theyve got a lot of bikes to service, they were able to finish my tubeless conversion in half an hour. On another visit, I had a few things done to my older bike and it was finished the next morning. Great selection of bikes, parts, and accessories, too. But the 4-star rating is because when I tried to claim a warranty for my Roval rims, the guy said it only applies to carbon rims. When I checked with Roval, they said the warranty is applicable to ALL Roval rims 🤷‍♂️

I like going here when I can.. The staff is nice and always ready to help. No matter how busy the store is there is always enough staff to assist you. They have a large selection of bikes and accessories. I find Incycle better than the other local bike stores as Incycle prices are more reasonable for parts and accessories :) havent bought a bike here yet, but I go here to get my bike parts.

Had an issue with a bike that was shipped from Incycle. When the bike got to the location the battery charger and pedals were missing from the bike box itself. At first I thought that Incycle didn’t shipped the charger and pedal and out of haste I blamed Incycle for it. I later found out from Keith customer service manager that the shipping box was opened and retapped by fedex and it could’ve fallen off and left behind. Anyways I made a mistake of blaming Incycle and I was rude to Keith about it when I was at wrong. Keith accepted my apology and needless to say he went out of his way and took care of the issue. I want to thank Mark Smits for all his help and dedication to his customer. And Keith for a great outstanding customer service and I want to thank Incycle for being the best bike shop out there.

Hello Incycle of San Dimas my name is Dominic and I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years I’ve even moved many miles away and still drive to you guys. I do this because I have good memories with my dad there and your employees have always been the best very helpful kind considerate knowledgeable just amazing and in all my years not once has something happened that left a bad taste in my mouth, that’s because you all hold yourself to a high standard and I respect you for it, but because you guys are the best and I would like you to stay the best you should talk to your staff about respect for the customers I’ve been to your store 2 times in the last week buying parts for my bike and this time the 3 time I needed the work actually done to it and I brought everything in and i just simply didn’t have enough money I was short just 20 dollars no big deal and I apologized said thank you and told him I’d be back another day because I wanted it done by you guys and I walked out and if my friend wasn’t there and heard him complain about my lack of funds I wouldn’t know about it and to be honest I wish I didn’t, because now your employee has ruined almost two decades of positive experiences I’ve had at your store all the way back at the smaller location some doors down and although I don’t wanna blame the store I don’t know if I’ll be going there anymore because I just feel embarrassed I don’t want an apology at least not from anyone but the gentlemen who helped me if you can call it that to be honest my friends think he was quite rude and not helpful but I believe in growing as a individual and I believe he just has more to learn about respect and customer service, I forgive him just please at least say things somewhere else so ur customers won’t be hurt because that is indeed how I feel, take this post at face value I only want the best for the shop that I hold dear in my heart I don’t like to complain that’s why I took a day to think if I really wanted to say something and I wanted to come in person, but I didn’t know if my time and gas would be worth it so I made this review. This place has an incredible amount of inventory! They have an impressive number of all kinds of bikes - even a unicycle. They specialize in road bike & mountain bike parts & accessories but also carry kids bikes & some BMX bikes too. Tools, clothing, parts - you name it, they have it. Quality stuff too. Employees are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and available - meaning, you dont have hunt someone down for help.

I dont recommend going to this location Ive been to the Rancho Cucamonga and Chino location and all of their employees were very nice and helpful. The San Dimas location has poor customer service. I was about to make a purchase and let one of the employees know that my wife is on her way so she can look at the bike but apparently 20 minutes before closing is too late. Also I asked him if he work there because I wasnt completely sure I didnt see what he was doing at the time but gave me smart response when I asked him if he worked there. He said no I just like vacuuming random stores. Dan before that one of the other workers there I think it might have even been the manager ask me if I was doing okay and when I asked him for help he too was being rude.

I’ve been in many bike shops in So Cal. The people here are so helpful, do a lot of adjustments for free, all with no pressure. If you have a low dollar bike, you may end up with a much better bike if you are serious about getting in shape. See Abe for a bike fitting, worth every dollar. We ride about 100 miles on the weekends - comfort is the key. All great people there, do visit for yourself.

I was going to purchase a new bike frame set, tarmac s works called the stores a few times and a price was given so we waited a couple of weeks to pay for frame and buy it, when was ready to pay for the frame call the store to confirm the purchase and the gentleman gave me the assurance that the frame will be a that cost, Im not going to mention names since is not needed.They for sure went from one person to another and all asking for names, you cant possible write all peoples names when you call but they keep asking for all other peoples names every time phone call was transferred from one guy to another unfortunately no one of them can hold their promises.I dont think of all the people I talked to were sincere about the sale, I had the impression that I was absolutely ignored the all time until I told them that I want it to buy the frameI had written down the price they gave me to the penny and the new sales person-manager didnt honor that!The store who had the bike then started telling me that they wont sell it for that price the manager will discount one hundred dollars because otherwise he will be loosing money on the sale and just went on and on with a sad story about how he was going to loose money.I told him not to worry about it, that if they were a little more professional on their business to honor something they tell a customer not once but a few times, after customer goes the extra mile and put the money together for the purchase then they change their mind, not very professional is all I can say. Me as a business owner have never done such a thing to any of my customers.Very disappointed with this situation how bad they work with people on sales, is not about not getting to buy the frame is all about how they act when something they promise goes wrong, Im sure they are not going to miss a single sale but a customer like me is another customer and is all about the principal behind this.When you need to buy a bike make sure you get signatures of the sales person or contract in writing of more than likely you end up with more than a few salespeople involved and neither one of them will honor their promises when it comes to buy the bike.I think this is a very important review for manager to see and understand why they are left, is how responsible your are with your customers as your business depend on customers and customers depend on you to obtain that product that they like upon an agreement verbal or in writing, is not that complicated.I have never experienced such a thing with other dealers when purchasing bicycles and supplies, is unfortunate that I had to go through thisAfter reading all these negative reviews about the store I concluded that I was right the way they treat people, they want you to come in and dry you out, that is why they give you the wrong prices on the product and when you are ready to buy all changes.Buy somewhere else and online with so many stores now no need to go through that stress, the more customers they loose the sooner the doors open for a better shop that will treat customers with respect and honor their prices.Do not recommend to buy there.

Great experience!Patrick was very helpful got me into a saddle with an extra tube and multi tool. While riding home I got a flat at the Starbucks on Bonita and as I starred to switch it out Patrick just happen to be there and helped me switch out my tire. So impressed by this shop defiantly buying another bike here.

These guys are always great. Come here for wheelchair tires, and they take care of it quickly.

Im posting this review not about what a great bike shoo this place is, ( although it really is a great store) but Im commenting on the good people working there. Recently I was stuck out of gas in the parking lot in front of their shop. I had no gas and no money on me. As I sat there wondering what to do, one of the guys leaving work at the shop pulled up and asked if i needed any help. I told him my situation and without hesitation he said jump in ill take you to get some gas not only drove me to the gas station but gave me a few dollars to get the gas! Of course I had him folllow me so i could get some cash to repay him . I was very grateful for his kindness and generosity. That was a really cool thing for him to do! I dont know his name but. Go support these guys and give them your business! Thanks again!

They have good service, everything you’d ever want in a bike shop, and employees are very helpful. If you’re getting your bike serviced, they’ll go out and find you if they have any updates. Also, you can pretty much just walk in, which is really convenient. It is understandable that stores gets busy, however, if you’re going to control the flow of customers you should have associates available to support those customers in the store. As an energetic first time customer and willing buyer I was particularly upset that I was pointed in one direction and then left to figure it out for myself for over twenty minutes without being addressed.I specifically came to this location knowing that their staff is knowledgeable and with a wide selection of options. As a larger rider, I had particular questions that I needed answered to help my decision making and find the best fit for my needs that I cannot get online. Unfortunately this store, on this day, failed to meet the needs of an atypical customer and lost any attempt to gain a customer. They were perfectly capable of helping a customer of typical size that had entered the store after my party.

After taking a closer look there were several areas missed on the cleaning. So I paid $150 for tune up and cleaning. Spots that were super easy to wipe (which I did when I got home) were missed.

Crowded and a long trip for nothing. Purchased a Shimano 9100 RD on ebay. Local pick-up available at San Dimas store. Wrong, the part is in Santa Clarita....not so local. Why offer local pick-up when the part is elsewhere 🤔

Been coming to incycle Bicycle shop to get much needed energy jells, sodium sticks, and a variety of electrolyte powder mixes for Refueling durring endurance rides as well as for recovery and repair of muscles after Cycling..I also get repairs or upgrade components to be able to keep up with todays Cycles that are always comes out with improvements to make it such as competitive as it gets.This bike shop is like bicycle heaven especially if you are into Cycling..I find it hard to leave without spending a couple hundred dollars..but to be able to make more efficient without expending alot of energy its becomes alot more enjoyable to ride with todays demands to keep up with the competition..

Outstanding service. We originally intended to only buy two bicycles, but the care and attention the team showed us compelled us to also buy a copilot bicycle trailer, mounts for our car and other accessories. I could not have asked for a better experience.

This place charged me for putting on the wrong part. They knew it was the wrong part and still let me ride off with the bike. My bike frame was ruined by the chain because it kept getting caught. Not sure why they would install the wrong part unless the person doing it was just doing the job and didnt know any better

I bike all the time so i am basically here a lot repairing and upgrading my bike as much as possible. First their customer service is awesome. Someone is always present helping you and answering your questions. They do amazing repairs and always get my bike back to normal even after every fall or scratch. The prices are a bit high, but i believe you get what you pay for. Recommended.

Wow, This place is what you would call OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Today I was at the San Dimas location to have them check my Giant Trance and adjust the derailleur. They fixed it right on the spot and it runs PERFECT. Prior to this I had taken and called another Covina Shop and they just told me that they were too busy. Moving forward, Incycle is the shop for me. Not only are they very professional but they also take very serious the Covid safety regulations. This shop is QUALITY!

This Bike Shop is NICE!!! Love the Service!! I went in today to check on my 90 day check up & from the time I walked in the door I was Greeted by every employee. Matt told me that my bike was in good condition & suggested that I bring it back in a few weeks. I thought that was So Cool!! He easily could have checked it & sent me on my way but since he saw that I didnt really need the tune up he extended it to when it would benefit me. I dont know what it was but the tall older employee was very rude to us at the door.They claimed thwy were sold out of some parts, i figure theyve been extremely right now. So we decided to to take our bike elsewhere. I dont know why but i had a nagging feeling he wasnt truthful.Please tell me why when i called 4 mins after thwy actually had all the parts?Ive been helped before by someone named Abel and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, this other guy was very rude and dismissive. Spent a solid 2 hours here test riding 8 bikes, some of them multiple times, until I was confident in what I wanted. Got to the point I was VERY familiar with the path around the block. Awesome selection, and amazing customer service.

In late June while visiting Southern California from the East Coast, my F29 Hardtail’s lock was cut and the bike stolen. Late on July 1, 2019, I emailed Incycle-bicycle a couple of questions with regard to their advertised Scalpel Si 5. The next morning I took a gamble and began the three-hour journey to San Dimas assuming my questions would be answered satisfactorily. Incycle-bicycles replied to my email when I was less than an hour away from their location, to which I replied I would take the bike and would be there to pick it up in about an hour. I was greeted by Brian when I arrived, I explained who I was and why I was there. Although they had the bike I wanted in the store, Brian insisted on having a different bike sent over from the warehouse because the bike in the store had a scratch on it….In about an hour Brian had the new bike delivered from the warehouse, assembled and had me fixed up with everything I needed to hit the trails. He was attentive while being empathetic to the fact I drove three hours all because my bike had been stolen while on vacation. I could not have had a better experience anywhere. This place rocks!

The San Dimas shop is very friendly. Everyone is helpful on the phone and the mechanics are very generous with their explanations. Ive been at shops where you get Yes/No answers and the are we done with the questions look. Not the case here. Ive been very happy with the services Ive received for all 3 of my MTBs: Ive gotten suspension work done, Bottom bracket and drive train TLC. I highly recommend this place.

Bought a mountain bike and a hard tail for my son. The team at incycle is very knowledgeable and patient. Michael worked with my son to size him, cut down the seat post to assure a good fit. Made recommendations on stem sizes. The value for product and service really put incycle above others. Huge selection but small shop service.

Had mountain bike tuned up at platinum level, their highest & costliest.Took about a week, because they had to order a part.In the end it was not cheap but the bike is feeling great & needed it.But probably their mid level repair service - silver - is good enough.

$50 and change to put two thorn resistance tubes on my lil 18 speed huffy bike!! The tubes them selves cost about 28 bucks and $22 to put the tubes on!! The tech Izzy was real cool fast & professional but I cant give a five Stars for the price I paid!! I Dont like to deal with the whole putting them on my selves,, so obviously its my fault but come on shouldve been $5-10 bucks max to install the tubes when there already kindve expensive!! I will not be going back there!! Izzy was great thow!!

Needed a size that wasnt in stock in Pasadena and drove to San Dimas to pick it up at that store. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful. I also found that the merchandising of the San Dimas store was more conveniently organized. To be fair, the Pasadena store is a significantly different layout and set up. Either way, the staff was helpful at both locations.
