I absolutely loved the service and experience at this hearing center. Both of my parents have hearing loss and have used hearing aids for many years. Will and Naomi were very helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Will repaired my moms aids and we purchased a new set for my dad at a great price. He went above and beyond to find a great price within our budget. My dad is extremely happy to be able to hear again. He does not have to worry about changing batteries ever again since we went with a rechargeable set. Best part is that the test and consultation is FREE! They also allow you to test out Hearing Aids during your appointment. Prices are reasonable and service is the best! So glad I found them.

The girle (Bree) at the san demas location is very helpful she made me feel comfortable and made sure that if I had any questions she answered them and she made sure that I understood, that to me is excellent business tactics. So I am comfortable in knowing that she is there for my questions and solutions. Very good service.

My mother at the tender age of 87 felt that she needed to have her hearing checked. The testing of her hearing suggested that it was time to see about hearing aids. The service we received at My Hearing Center was great! It was sincere information and recommendations that suited the needs of my mother beautifully! Most importantly they were not pushy we really appreciate that! Id recommend their services to anyone!

My friend and I both met with Will Dodd for our exams. We requested to be together for our tests. She and I both were happy w/ our experience, at My Center, and w/ Will. He explained the anatomy of the ear, the purpose of the test, etc. Due to cool technology, we were able to see inside of our ears. Will explained the outcome of our respective tests, and how to protect our hearing from further loss, due to environmental factors. My friend was reluctant to have her hearing tested. She turned out to have below average loss in one ear. I had some loss, as well. My friend and I were both very happy that we saw Will, who was professional, clear in his explanation of things, and very personable. If/when I am in need of hearing aids, I will definitely trust Will to help me. Being offered a complimentary hearing test, was very helpful. I will follow up on an annual basis.

The best customer service and professionalism in town. Hearing aids are affordable and can be financed, if one doesnt have insurance. I highly recommend My Hearing Centers in San Dimas. I have not had any major problems with my aids and know that if I do, I know I can return to the center for a resolution...no problem.

Everyone is so nice and informative. I was little apprehensive at first being younger than most of their clients. But as soon as I walk in the door, they totally changed my mind. Im so happy with my Signia Hear Aid, the clarity is awesome, it so natural Ive forgotten numerous time to remove it when I get in the shower.

The personnel at this office are AWESOME! I was treated with such kind professionalism and empathy. I have been to other clinics representing other companies. None have come close to meeting the high bar set by this My Hearing Center office.

I had a hearing test performed on me by Will Dodd. He took the time with me to go through all of the hearing tests and explained everything he was doing as we went along. He found that I had no hearing loss and that everything was ok. Very professional and much appreciated!

Went there several times for follow ups and even had my hearing aids repaired there..purchased an agreement contact for service and was treated fine...last time I was there my aids were checked and found not to be working properly...was told the covers needed to be replaced and would be about $50 to replace them...said they would call when ready...never heard from the Hearing Center again...Why?

Ive had several companies calling and offering me services and hearing aids, but after Ive visited the My Hearing Center in San Dimas, and met Will Dodd, and Naomi, Ive found that theyve had the best to offer, along with their services. They dont just sell you hearing aids, they build a relationship with their customers, and make sure you get what you need, and continue to check and make sure theyve met your needs,. They are an asset to the company.
