Usually reviews express the recent excitement of a purchase regarding workmanship and product. I was using the specialized rake (I received) to remove all the debris the recent winds brought and marveled at my “long fescue” artificial grass I received almost four.... yes I said almost four years ago from Purchase Green. It would be hard to write too many superlatives for this company. Every aspect of their operation is excellent. Just installed artificial grass in our house and I am soooooo happy with the results!! Not only do I not have to pay for gardening service but I also have a much reduced water bill!! Loving the savings! It looks fabulous and very real. I can walk on it without getting muddy and all the kids love to play on it. Be careful. Read your contract and make sure your sprinklers are working before you pay them, I had too issues with their installation. They have covered my sprinklers in the turf area and they want more money to repair it. Lack of customer service is another concern.

I have researched this product including the larger do-it-yourself stores.. The prices here are very reasonable and actually probably closer to outstanding if you compare the actual specs of the products.We will be using a 15x18 ft piece to cover our savannah in the back yard where we put up our pool. It should truly help with the dust and mud this winter.

Im a customer from Houston working with them to purchase their product and then do a DIY installation. So far their customer service has been outstanding and they have made many calls to confirm what my yard looks like before sending me an official quote. I had a recent issue with my artificial turf i stalled by purchase green company more than a year ago and after contacting the company, the regional manager came out to my house, took a look, inspected the yard and he determined that the problem was not caused by their work or material, yet he brought on a whole team to take care of the area, they lifted up a big area of installed turf, cleaned all roots and weeds found under, spread weed killer to insure that the issue is resolved, compacted the ground again and closed it up, they cleaned the complete area and made it look new again, i am more than happy and satisfied with the work today and i was not charged a penny, thank you mike and thank you purchase green

OMG!!! What can I say about this company. So often in life we go thru it without thanking those that really go out of there way for us. I can honestly say that the crew went out of there way every time i had a question or conscern about the product I purchased to answer and explain whatever it was. My wife and I went and visited there showroom where we were greeted by a gentleman named Mark who explained in detail all the differences in there products, He even carried samples out to the parking lot so we could see them in different lighting. We ended up picking out there premeir product and setting up for measure about 4 days later when Mark 2 walked in and greeted us and explained he was the estimator and right away he told us more about there products and then he said Why dont we go measure and get you an estimate now!
