Needed to find a storage unit fast, extra space came up when 8 searched on Google. From the very beginning where I called extra space to see if they had availability to when I signed the lease for a unit, the customer service was awesome! Sarah at the call center answered all my questions and even confirmed everything twice to re assure me. When we got to the San dimas location, Vicky helped us out. Vicky showed us around and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. Thank you!

First time ever needing a storage unit, so I went online and found this location in San Dimas which offered a great deal for a 10x10 unit. There is also an option to get earthquake insurance, which is a great option for us Californian residents! I filled everything out online and through the phone and it was ready for me immediately, which was extremely convenient. Vicky was a great help and extremely friendly and personable as well!

Customer service rep Vicky was very polite and prompt. I reserved a unit online and was a little upset to find out it had been rented out and that reserving only reserves the price and not the unit itself. That doesn’t make much sense to me to reserve the price if the size unit you needed isn’t available after it was rented out underneath you. However, Vicky was a woman of her word and called me as soon as something in my size range was available. I have her to see the facility or my unit and will update this review as soon as I do.

The customer service provided by agent Victoria was impeccable. She is definitely a key to success and as a business owner myself she is a keeper. With such service I feel comfortable my belongings are safe and secure.

I tried calling around and storage units are extremely hard to come by right now. (Aug 2021).I walked into Extra Space and Vicki was welcoming and was happy to show me the one of only two units left. After looking at the unit, I decided it was the right size so I said I wanted to rent it. She was helpful with signing me up and it took no time at all.I would go back in and rent from here again if needed.

Vicki is a very nice and professional lady she is a asset to this company she truly cares about the facility and does a good job keeping the place looking clean better than any of the storage places Ive been at in the past!

Needed a fast storage unit to put in some wedding gifts, sports equipments, and other appliances while we moved out to care for my father. Within minutes of my request they called to schedule a walk through of units and to get us started. By 2pm that same day we were moving our stuff into our new unit. Stress free, great staff, very clean and so easy!

Needed a storage space for some mattresses. Aaron hooked me up with a unit at a great price. He was friendly, helpful and explained everything very well. Aaron was busy..had several customers to help all at once...including me. But he got us all taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

This is a great place to store stuff you cant keep at home. The employees are helpful and friendly. They make sure that you have everything you need so there is no hassle storing your boxes/items.

This place is like buying a car in the 70s, they ask you to give a 5-star review while youre still doing your paperwork, I had the storage unit for 2 months before they raise the price on me $14 and another two months were they raised it again. When I told the guy that I would have to go somewhere else if they kept raising my Price He said bit my business didnt matter because they had so many students from college going home during various months throughout the year that they rarely have an empty unit and I was lucky to have gotten one of them. I hate leaving bad reviews but I would not ever use extra storage if theres another option, you cant even get a hold of their corporate office when you call the corporate number it automatically routes you to the local facility where your unit is..

Great staff and service. They upgraded some of the doors last months to a bright green color. Well maintained. The only thing I dont like is the price increase notices I get from time to time. Also good location and safe to visit at night.

I had an appt to store my things on a Tuesday but called the Monday morning before to see if I could start the process a day earlier. Aaron was very helpful when I called and even suggested alternative ways to help me get the paperwork done in LA (where I’m from) for expedited service once I showed up at the San Dimas facility. When I showed up, everything went very smooth and communication was also clear and to the point. Highly recommend for fast and efficient service!

My unit was on the second floor and while reorganizing it one day, David (one of the managers) was making his rounds to make sure the facility was secure, was kind enough to mention that a bottom floor unit, bigger and less expensive than what I was renting was available. I jumped at the opportunity. He took care of everything, making the transition as smooth as possible...the definition of exceptional customer service. The other manager is also one that I have nothing but positive experiences with as well. I highly recommend this place... for their clean and secure facility, but above all their great customer service.

I was a customer of this location for a number of years and recently went back and rented from them again. Aaron and Rene are awesome and treat me very well. The facility is clean, safe and convenient. I have no hesitations recommending the San Dimas location.

Ive rented here before and it was great dealing with Aaron. I had to get another storage once again and found Rene was just as great of a person as Aaron. Both Aaron and Rene are great people that I was able to connect with. Most storage facilities are the same, but I feel that who you employ makes the difference!!!
