Four out Five - customer service must be worked on - however the managers always make up for their employees. Reason why its my go to. The cashiers at the exit are super sweet and courteous. Guest service needs some work with their customer service. One of the downfalls of ordering online and picking up curb side at this location. They have the best selection of healthy plants - electronics like outlets and such - very limited. I love to order paint from this location also. Their paint department is knowledgeable and provides great insight when choosing colors and brands.
The customer service at this Home Depot is amazing!! The day my husband and I went in all our questions were answered and all the employees who spoke with us were super kind and helpful. We will be making the drive to this location for our future visits. Im telling you that the employees go beyond to help you with what you are looking for and give you suggestions and are very knowledgeable in the area they work in. The store is well organized and lots of items in stock.
Great stop to all pro customers to get what they need before heading to the major congested freeways. Service is not all their but will save you the headache of stoping else where.

My kids and I used them for a few adventures ( mostly scared our friends ) originally bought them for Emergancy use only but they turned out to be used for a Friday night of screams and scares! Lol

I came to this home depot to do a curbside pickup on my order. This was the first home depot that actually had a person sitting in the curbside area and greet everyone who parked there. Since I already checked in through the website, she went inside to get my order. I was bascially out of there in like 5 minutes so I was very happy with the speed.

My daughter and I went to get some flower pots as we are rearranging part of our front garden area. We are both picky regarding what we like. Home Depot did have a sufficient selection for the two of us to agree on what we like. Picked up the spray paint I needed for repainting my Flamingos project too.

Did Not Find Exactly What I Want, Yet... I was Happy?
I ordered an item online and went to pick up. In the store they said oh, it was cancelled by our system meanwhile because we dont have it in the store
I had ordered a kitchen faucet online to pick up at the NoHo HD. But when I got there they cancelled the order saying there werent any in stock but that the Foothill HD had some. Frustrating. So I drove the 30 minutes in afternoon traffic to Foothill HD, only to find there were none displayed. WILLIAM the manager tracked down the SKU and found the faucet on top of the racks above the interior doors - Totally different department!! He personally got a forklift and got the faucet down. Awesome 👍🙏🏼😎!!! Rather than shrug it off when none were displayed, he went the extra mile! THANK YOU 😊

This review is not about this location, but about Home Depot locations in general. What can I say about Home Depot besides, I have gone to all my local Home Depots to try and find what I need. I always look online for inventory before I go to my closets Home Depot to buy the item. I would say 30% of the time I dont find the item that online showed was available. Some of the times it shows the inventory at 4 plus. So, what I have done is look up on the upper shelves where they keep the excess inventory and always find the item. Annoying!
They are always so accommodating and offer great prices.

Looked for a washer/dryer that has a sterilization mode and i found them at Home Depot. Purchased a GE washer/dryer set, items were delivered 10 days later. Unfortunately the dryer did not work. Called Home Depot to return the GE gas dryer which was picked up 6 days later. The company Temco picked up dryer on 03/30/21 and gave me written confirmation GE dryer which included the item #, model and serial # was picked up. I asked the gentleman who picked the dryer how i can get a refund because i did pay cash. He said for me to call Home Depot which i did. When i called Home Depot I was informed i would have to come in and show my receipt to get my cash back. But when iaskec for the girls name, the phone was disconnected. On 04/04/21, i called twice i spoke to 2 different employees. I explained to the 1st employee ( she did not give her name when she answered)the situation of the dryer being returned, I also explained to her i had a purchase receipt and receipt confirming dryer was pickedu on 03/30/21. The employee stated that i must come in with my receipt to get my money back. I asked for her name and the phone disconnected. I called again, employee answers gives no name, retold the story again . The employee states i must come in to get a refund, i explained i paid by cash, she interrupted me and stated if you paid in cash you get cash back but you must come in. Well i go in 30 mins later and i can not get my cash back because the item does not show being returned even though i have a receipt with GE dryer serial #, model #, pickup date, driver signature. This receipt also includes the company Temco and name/signature(which he said that it was proof item had been pickedup) of the person who picked it up. It took 6 employees in customer service to help or figure out what to. Of course in the mean time the line is going out the front door.The employees all dont have name tags on are talking among themselves. At least 15 minnutes go by and they are all huddle together not helping the customers in line or even acknowledging them. All the (6)employees end up standing behind one employee who states i talked to you on the phone but u didnt say it was a dryer. I replied yes i did tell you and i also stated i had a purchase receipt and return receipt from Temco. She replied well we cannot give you back your cash because we need to confirm with GE that the dryer was returned. I replied you guys here always cjange your answets that why i called twice. Since you admitted to talking to me on the phone why didnt you check then or call GE . Her reply was because you didnt tell me, we started to exchange words but another employee stepped in and said we will call you tomorrow after GE is called confirming the GE dryer was returned. Lets see if i get a call. Your employees need customer service training especially in appliances. Why do you have rude employees working there?
There is a wonderful consistency about home Depot that makes you feel confident no matter which store you go into and this is no exception. Prices ease of buying and customer service are exceptional
Long line at checkout moves very quickly so thats good. But theyre out of old work electrical box? Thats just a small round fixture for mounting a vanity light and they dont have it. Boo!

Store was very clean and not crowded. However, there never seems to be enough employees in all departments when you need the help. You have to go and look for someone or ask cashier to page someone.

Its a Good home Depot a little crowded the parking lots somewhat of a pain to get into definitely worth taking the second exit out not the main exit you get locked up on that light other than that the home Depot is pretty good everything in general is a normal home Depot
All I gotta say is ISABEL the customer service cashier is SPECTACULAR!! She went above & beyond to help me and my family purchasing a refrigerator! The customer service she provided was AMAZING! First off she came in to work on her day off dressed in regular clothes due to shortage of staff. It was 7pm an 1hr before closing time and the appliances department was busy with no employees there to help. I finally was able to track down one employee but he had to call the right associate for that department to help us. Then out of no where an older lady with curly hair yells out they have no employees right now cause half of them called out and the store closes at 8:00pm!!!Everyone just looked around each other shocked because she yelled it out rude and didn’t care. That was so unprofessional especially since no one was talking to her she just randomly walked by and shouted it out! Crazy later on found out that was one of the managers wow so unprofessional and she needs to be trained on proper customer service. Was not even apologetic but more sarcastically rude! Corporate needs to talk with that district store manager cause that lady needs to be trained or replaced. But the minute ISABEL showed up she apologized about that experience and took care of us! Thank you ISABEL for your wonderful customer service experience! Many retail stores need more associates like you! (:

I was looking to repair the Sunroom roof. I needed a large piece of roof panel. I had no idea but the helpful employees worked with me and I was able to repair the roof before the first rain of the season. Sorry no photos but I would definitely shop there again!

I called 3 times and 2/3 two men answered and were chatting on the line not caring that I was saying hello trying to get a response. I called the third time and finally someone picked up it was a girl. I told her what happened and she brushed me off and curtly said what can I help you with. they need better staff that re ore considerate.

First and formal for the employee who told the maintenance lady that I was a man! I really hope I don’t find out who you are. First of all I’m the security guard of the property secondly judging someone from the bathroom stall because of the clothes they are wearing you are definitely wrong! I felt discriminated and violated of my privacy. I love the management and other employees who I could say they are like family but this individual should be hold accountability for her actions! I’ve never felt so freaking ashamed of myself. The maintenance lady shouldn’t have to apologize for your accusations.

Terrible! Youre on youre own. All employees are busy, out of their work area, on their break or going home. Besides being misinformed I felt like I was bothering your worker. A customer-employee meeting would help both HD & Customer.

Lines go down really quick. The only thing is that they are not enforcing people wearing masks. I saw people getting served without wearing a mask. Although the tellers have shower curtains around the checkout. Didnt like they had people walking around the store with no masks.

I didnt have to wait in line outside but it was Sun evening. I found ample clerks to be helpful. the checkout line was long but moved fairly quick and checkout is much better organized than it used to be.

Never come to this store or rent. Awful service, they seem to be the busiest location so they have least regard for their customers. Just plain rude, specifically an their employee Rudy in the rental department. Go to Burbank, you will be much happier with you experience. Their manager Rosebel wasnt any better, she couldnt care less that I waited for 55 minutes just to speak with her.

Whatever you do, do not buy a water heater from any Home Depot. Huge hassle to get it replaced once it breaks if its still under warranty. They now make you talk to manufacturer and it can be weeks before you can get a working water heater again. Trust me i know!!!!! At the end i had to buy another heater because i could not wait. Look at the receipt of how much money they ripped me off from.
