Ive been here for years. These new employees or new management are very slow. I like the previous management. What happened?!🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I’m amazed . Came to get mom some toiletries because she’s down at Holy Cross and needs some emergency stuff (wipes, hand cream, deodorant, undies) As I walked around grabbing her stuff I found myself wandering around confused. I used to come here back in the day and I came here for emergency because I didn’t have time to go to Target. My expectations were low coming in I’m sorry .My receipt says Martha helped me. At first I thought she was a manager because she was so patient, yet efficient and alert. Did I mention how... hesitate to say it...”happy” she seemed to be ? I’m used to workers at RiteAid looking frazzled, over worked, tired, angry and usually alone with long lines . Not my visit. Martha was even working two registers when the line started to get long. Thanks Martha. And manager - thanks for giving my hood a nice RiteAid. Just cuz our people are low income doesn’t mean we don’t like and appreciate a nice RiteAid.PS pls stock up on the undies, had to buy my poor ma some smaller and younger style than she likes.

Unfortunately, they dont know how to fill a prescription. When you fill 1/2 the prescription its not really filling the prescription. Seems like they need more training. Im upset because I had to wait two days to go there and find that only part of the prescription was filled... they dont even have the decency to tell you over the phone so you dont make the trip.

I usually dont have much good to say about the pharmacy, but this past Saturday was different. The three employees that were there were very helpful and had great customer service skills. The pharmacist was a tall, middle aged gentleman with glasses and he was very nice, went out of his way to assist me with a vaccine. The Asian lady who is a pharmacist is nice too, but I havent seen her in a while. Anyway, it was a good experience for something that I really didnt want to have done but had to.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years now and I have no unusual complaints. I time my visits when possible to avoid waiting in a long line and I usually get in and out pretty fast. The staff is helpful and friendly, including the pharmacist and they even know my name!

I came here in search of some hand soap last week. Like every other rite aid, prices are high. That, however, is not the reason Im giving it a one star. Im giving this store a one star because of the huge rat I made eye contact with shortly before it jumped onto an empty shelf.

Jessica is awesome!!!!. She help my family today at the ice cream counter. There was 9 of us All shouting different flavors and she was able to hear and help us with all our crazyness. Going on. Thank you Jessica. Your the real MVP!

Unreasonable people leave unreasonable reviews. Ive been using this pharmacy for at least 13 years with a brief pause when I had Kaiser. Theyre so consistent, friendly, and accurate. In fact everyone at the whole store is, although theyre understaffed sometimes in the rest of the store (ice cream is hard to get). Im not sure how they could do any better than they do. I have a lot of options that are convenient for me to use. Above all others, I continue to use this riteaid for the friendliness and personability of their staff.

I experienced a horrible example of homophobia at this location by the staff and when it was brought to the attention of management nothing was said to the employee. So disappointed, I dont think Ill be coming back to this rite-aid

Pharmacy takes forever to drop off prescriptions, slow workers here they need extra help .. this is the worst place to get medicine from if you can avoid this place please do so.. service sucks

Coronas in Stock but not always refrigerated, so I took it upon myself to stock up their fridges even though I dont drink anymore . . . Your welcome NFL Fans !!

Is not open at 8.00 am or employees are not ready at 8.00 am. For customers.Pharmacy...same thing ! Or worse.I went to Walgreens...
