Five stars i would go do it again some of the vehicles are a little expensive but reasonably priced for people who need the help getting a car without establishing credit or if you ruined yours like i did mine.. they’ll come through and get you in something nice deff recommended all around

My son brought a 2013 charger there less than 4 months ago The car is now not running after he repeatedly took the car back asking them to repair it and now they have had the car in one of their shops for almost a week and still have not said whats wrong with the car and refuse to give him a loaner vehicle .The worst customer service ever .

Customer service very well I have no complaint are friendly and attentive, but they want to take advantage of the situation that many of us have ... personally taught me good cars and trucks that they could rate according to them. but after making the application run credit etc exaggerated for the deposit, very high payments etc and the worst were for cars that nothing to do with what I was interested or promised. they dont deny you a car but their cost is very high

Very fun and welcoming employees. Very helpful. Very accommodating. - this was when I barely bought my car. 2 weeks later I had to take it in to get the transmission replaced! They said 1 week and ended up keeping my car for a month! Now a few months later the battery is messed up and they say they cant do anything because its not under the warranty. All of this after they had initially stated that they have all of their cars checked by a mechanic before putting it up for sale. They said everything was as good as new. They are scammers and liars! The cars they sell are low quality and have a whole bunch of problems that you wont notice until after youve had it for more than a month. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been trying to connect with someone in regards to my vehicle that was purchased three months ago. on May 1, 2020 It has been a hassle since DAY ONE!I purchased the car from Ganas I was in the office for eight hours. I paid and signed and did everything on my part but was waiting in the lobby for hours I saw others purchase a car and leave and my Husband and I were still sitting there waiting I asked our sales agent to please expedite this because I had two small children waiting with a babysitter and the babysitter needs to go. Finally after the last call I got from our babysitter I told the salesperson I am going to need the keys or my money back only for the manager Amy to come out and throw my money at me and yell here! she humiliated me in the lobby the whole experience was ruined I told the salesperson just that she then spoke to Amy and told her why I was upset that I had been there already for eight hours and I had two small children under the age of 9 at home waiting for me. I knew it was not the salespersons fault so I told her I would go forward but that I felt her Manager Amy owed me an apology I waited an hour and the apology never came instead the paper DMV plates that I was waiting eight hours for were installed. A photo was then taken the day we purchased the car and Our photo we took speaks VOLUMES you can see that I was clearly crying in the photo because NEVER had I had someone throw money at me like that I reached out to her manager and never got a call backI was told when purchasing the car it would take a month for my plates to come in I purchased my car May 1, 2020 it is now August 8, 2020 and I have still not received my plates. i have received ZERO communication from Ganas Auto not even a courtesy call for saying Thank you for purchasing the vehicle NOTHING! I have called customer service and am placed on hold only for the call to be disconnected and I continue to call and just that the call is disconnected.Today Saturday August 8, 2020 my check engine light came on when I called the car dealership the person on the line makes an appointment for Thursday I told him I need something more urgent I need the car for work only for this person to be VERY confused and say Ohhhh Urgent? then place me on hold and then come back on the line and say I have to transfer you to the El Monte location. I then spoke to a woman named Goletti who made a service appointment for Monday at 4PM when I asked about a rental which is on my contract she then places me on hold for 35 minutes and then the call disconnects. While I was on hold with her my Husbands phone then rings and a man named Ruben Castro called to make an appointment for servicing my vehicle only for him to now schedule me for Thursday in El Monte Ca if the car is giving me trouble why would I drive it 40 miles away? when I have a Ganas Auto less than a mile away from my home. I asked that I please speak to his supervisor only for him to say I mean were closing in ten minutes.. I said well ill wait can you please get them? He then said I mean I had a hard day I mean were close to closing its not that serious. I said Yes it is! he then said Hold On! there was silence only for what I thought was him placing me on hold in reality my husband and I were sitting in the car speaking to this person through bluetooth only for him to chime in on my Husband and I PRIVATE conversation and say Why are you going to call a lawyer? Thats stupid! in reference to what I said to my husband when I asked him Doesnt this fall within the Lemon Law?I was placed on hold today for a total of two hours I can not get a hold of anyone in management I am referred to the website to email management only to get an error autoreply these passed three months. I worked HARD to purchase this vehicle only to be lied to, no communication and ZERO respect to even hear me. I have held my end of the bargain and paid my payments on time Never late and I pay well over the amount due only to be treated like garbage.

A year after my first post let me tell you, Martha Velasco is a great sales person without a doubt, but the company she worst for is the worst. I had issues with them the second month, they said I had no insurance and starting deducting money from my payment. Then charge a late fee because the payment was not paid in full. To that they wont call you they let the amount go high so they can come and repo the car. Maybe thats how they get their money. I found out because I go online evertime i make a payment. When i call them they said i had no insurance, my broker send them again my papers. Now everytime I make a payment we have to email and fax the insurance declaration. Just today I receive another letter that I have no insurance. If you can stay away from them

Do NOT buy cars from these guys. They just take your money and dont care about anything else. They say there going to fix what ever problems the vehicle has but they never do. An then they ask you to drive to El Monte dealer for any mechanical problems and the mechanics there do NOT know what to fix or they do mickey mouse jobs. Customer service is even worse. They dont know anything about your account and just keep transferring you to other reps.

Forget this place. Im a first time buyer. No license. Learners permit only. These scam artist tried giving me a used 2011 accord with over 100,000 miles for $20,000!! They want you to pay every 2 weeks also. Go to another place nearby. I got a 2013 cruze for half the price and less miles somewhere else that was faster. Martha thought she could fool me just becus im young and first time buyer. All they were doing was walking around talking about food.

Im not going to lie to you but this place help me out getting the truck but Im giving them just one start because they dont stand behind their word and they give me a truck without gasoline but besides that they told me they going to fix my truck because its shaking a lot so I brought it down next day and they toll me bring it momdat and we will give you another truck while we fix your now they have me like that since 2 weeks already and now they want me to drive all the way to el Monte because they dont have mechanics here in the valley so before you buy a truck or car do your research hopefully the owner of this dealer can see this because hes going to lose some business

Watch out for these fools theyre like a rent-to-own company basically youre buying a car 4 twice as much just so you could re-establish credit they fully take advantage and set up in areas where theres low income and poverty stricken but if you dont want to pay double dont go to ganas Texas company they think they can come out here to Cali and take advantage of poor people and people who have bad credit I understand you pay more money when you have bad credit but not at their 25% interest rate you can go to a local loan shark in Pay less I dont think theyre going to last in Cali

When I asked for his manager or supervisor he refused several times and hung up. I do not recommend this dealership and I am embarrassed that this dealership is promoted as and geared towards our Latino community! We deserve better!

These peoples are crooks. They lie straight to your face they promise you one thing and do another. My husband and myself bought a 2009 Dodge charger it broke down two weeks later had to send it to the shop and then we had other problems they said they were not warranty but clearly in the warrantee the issues were covered. Gannas refused to fix my car so I had to send it to my own mechanic and dump $1500 into it a month after I purchased it. They also raise my APR without telling me . I am taking them to court to get my money back for my repairs they are the worst car dealership I have ever been to they are absolute crooks and this has been a nightmare . Stay clear of this company they will lie to your face to make you happy and then stab you in the back.

My magazine was requested by them. While we waited for our car, they asked us to leave a good magazine. At the time we did not know that the car we were going to take had defects until later. Our car has a blow from the front bumper, it uses a lot of gas, the back lights always burn out, the car registration came very late and there are still a thousand problems. They call every so often to see if one is going to pay for their things and they go out with blowjobs. We have our car, yes, but instead of helping us, they gave us a car that they painted beautiful and thats it. If you plan to grab a car from here, THINK TWICE !!! Other magazines like mine are true !!!
