I recently bought a used vehicle and needed to equip it with a Bluetooth stereo. I went with Mobile Connection because of all its positive reviews. I am extremely pleased with the result.At the time I arrived I was the only customer, so the salesman/installer met me in the parking lot and walked me into the store. He listened to my needs, discussed my options, and then showed me what they had available. The sale was quick and painless and for a great price. I left while he installed the unit. It took him about an hour. When it was done he took time to walk me through the operation of the new unit. He also boxed up the stock stereo that came with the vehicle. It couldnt have been a better experience for me.The store has its own off-street parking lot entered from Celis. There are two garage bays in the parking lot where all the work occurs. The store entrance is also on Celis. The interior is basically a giant cavern of speakers and audio components that goes from floor to high ceiling. The atmosphere is one of low pressure professionalism. They have a waiting area in the parking lot, but theyre also adjacent to the San Fernando outdoor mall for a way to kill time during installation. They offer to call when the work is done. The stereo is warrantied by the manufacturer, but the labor is guaranteed for life.
