Came in to get work boots with a voucher from my employer. Lucy was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my selection. They had a number of options that the voucher would have covered entirely and quite a few more options for the difference after the value of the voucher. Got some really nice boots, fit great. Very happy with the experience.

Great Customer Service! The store is in great condition, very clean and following all safety guidelines. Evelyn the Store Manager and her employee Lucy are there to answer any and all questions you may have on the proper footwear.

The customer service here is awesome. Evelyn, the store manager, and another friendly woman assisted my coworkers and I with finding the right shoes for our job. They were friendly, helpful, patient, and super professional. We tried on many pairs and they gave helpful tips and advice on each pair until we each found the right ones. At no point did we feel rushed. The prices and selection were great, too.

Industrial shoe works right off of McLean so very good store people are very polite and courteous their prices are are good they deal with a dress shoes to deal with industrial shoes steel toe boots non steel toe boots or insoles I would highly recommend this store I gave you the five and I just spent like tomorrow $236 but it was well worth it because of shoes that I got are guaranteed for 6 months up to one year so itll pay off in the long run and the shoes look like theyre very very good so the where the element of time will find out if they are okay so yeah I would recommend anyone just looking for a good industrial shoes or dress shoes to stop into that store respectfully Rudy Tapia

“I’ll have your boots here in a day ok Buddy” two days later nothing! I called again “sorry buddy they sent the wrong size, I’ll order you a new pair, give me a day, ok Buddy” gave them 2 days and I called back and nope! No shoes. “Sorry Buddy, I’ll order them again it will take 2 weeks, sorry Buddy” no thanks. I tried giving small business my business but I’m done. Been buying my work boots from here for the last 5 years. It’s a shame every time I bought a pair the issue got worse.

Never been here was a little worried on shoe selection, but guess what they had what i needed and had a nice selection i never knew i had different size feet but hey i use a work voucher... So its a plus for me.hytech pretty good work shoes...
