Great customer assistance, staff is friendly & helpful. Prices are more than fair for the good- quality shoes in stock. The store is spacious and sparkling clean.Only issue would be the tiny parking lot outside of the store- though they do have an additional parking lot, across the street.

Excellent variety. My only issue with this store is lack of larger sizes( Mens t shirts)... very few 2x or larger sizes. I ask a staff member why???? ..Her reponce, When we order product we receive the standard sizes( for this store), and receive only select larger sizes....The clerk did state that if you see a shirt that you like, but the size is to small, they will call another store and see if they call located your size, And they can mail it to you..Wow! Who offers this service!. I am very impressed with the staff and the service they offer!. This is how its done!. Great job!.

Clean and organized. Friendly staff, they greet you as you come in making you feel welcome. Shoe selection is really good and pricing is fair not too expensive and good quality shoes. Didnt need the bathroom so not sure if there was any available to the public.

Security here was super helpful. Unfortunately I dont remember his name but he was able to get me the shoes I wanted from another store and place them on hold for me. Super helpful and got in and out QUICK .

The cashier and the manager had a very bad attitude,the only person that was nice was the man at the door to greet You in and out.

One star only because they have a lot of choices in shoes. The clothing choices is a whole different story. They have one little corner for women’s clothes, BUT for men’s clothes it was practically the whole left side wall of the store. That’s pretty messed up WSS.

Exceptional Service ! Was approached several times by staff in the isles in a respectful and orderly fashion. Also I always carry a backpack into stores and was NOT made out by staff to feel like Im there to steal something. Store was clean, neat, everybody following coronavirus protocols and mostly everything was in its place where its supposed to be. Not scattered all Over the place like other stores. Big thumbs up 👍🏽 to Stephanie was very kind, professional, & patient, she helped me set up my WSS APP account.Definitely recommend this particular location to ANYONE interested on getting some New Fresh Kicks. A total covid hot spot, their store capacity is at 91?!? Theres people opening boxes and leaving shoes everywhere, kids running around, the bathrooms are filthy and I feel bad for the workers who have to clean it all up and risk getting sick. I stepped in and left within 5 mins because of my paranoia.

Get the kids shoes here just about every time they need them. Good selection. Fair prices. Cuz i do compare. Better deals for kids than adults. But overall wide selection.

Ok service! They just direct you where to go, but they dont actually walk you to help out if you need it. Looks like they have good selection of shoes, but hard to find sizes. Usually out on sizes between 6.5 - 8 Everyone however, is very courteous. They do have restrooms for customers as well. Another plus is they keep everything clean and organized

I just bought 6 pairs of shoes and qualify for two $ 25 dollars gift cards. The customer service was excellent. The young lady who helped us was great and the gentleman at the register was fantastic. Me and my family enjoyed our visit and plan to return in the future.

Common shoe store. You wont find any of the rarer brands or nicer shoe models. I only stopped by to see what kind of bag selection they had and was dissappointed by their lack of variance in bag models. All backpacks and duffel bags. No messenger, no hybrid packs. All just very low end, academic type stuff.

They also need a bigger parking lot and where workers other than that its okay. Today we waited 15 minutes for someone to assist us when they were called through the speaker there arent enough workers there to assist the customers and theyre rarely have the sizes that we are looking for which are 12 and a half and up.

Good selection but lacks in size options

Service was fine but the Filas I purchased there fell apart in two weeks! no exaggerating they were high tops and the bottom of one shoe came completely apart at the heel on the other one started separating as well. The only thing I can think of is this place has to be selling fake knock offs of name brands I dont even walk that often besides taking kid to school so these should have lasted much longer.

They have a pretty decent selection. Each location is a little bit different but if youre looking for a specific size in anything try calling first and dont expect a lot of people that work there to help you unless they are not too busy.

Went here yesterday and I enjoyed it but this time I went and this cashier named Jasmine with braces was speaking low and she had a montone tone. Seemed like she hated her job.

Good store, lots of different shoes for everyone. Unecessarily long time in line. It took me about 8 minutes just to get in front of line with 2 people in front of me.

Staff was welcoming and everyone worked as a team constantly offering assistance.
