The people here are great!Too bad their Managment does not care that their store is so hot! Their AC is broken and although it doesnt affect the customers Im making this review for the eyes of their owner. How can you feel comfortable leaving for who knows how long and leaving your employees to work in the heat. They were very hesitant to let me know how long its been like this but from their face expressions it seems like its been almost a month!You have great employees, but have some ethics. Dont make them wait for you to arrive so you can look at it. Like come on. How can you be so cruel.Shout out to the employees there you truly make that Michoacana profitable, and I am wishing all you guys the success you deserve in your future endeavors.

First time here, so many things I wanted to try... finally decided to get the mangonada. It was refreshing and filling 😌 so yummy!

A Nail was on my icecream🤢🤮😡 i never tought something like this would happen from Michoacana! Deff the last time i eat icecream from any Michocana Place🤮😫Please be more clean when making this. This was soo horrible. I kept trying to bite until i realized it was a nasty nail.

A wide variety of fresh sweets and aguas frescas. This location unfortunately could not make the order I wanted them to even if I requested a certain way. The location in Arleta offers better customer service.

Mangoneada is always deliciousTheres one closest to my house but this is my favorite. Not only taste wise but service as well. Wonderful customer service, very friendly and polite. Serve orders fast and accurately plus the place is super clean.

I specifically called and asked for my tostilocos to not be spicy and I can’t even finish them for how Spicy they turned out to be 🥵.

I went to the store expecting a good esquite, it was nasty it had A bad taste, it seems like it was from 2 days ago, didn’t have no flavor what so ever payed total 10 dollar, had to throw it away . Bad experience!!!

I absolutely love this place. They carry so many items that you can find in Mexico which is amazing and so nostalgic.

I love their Popsicles, but I dislike their bionicos they have very poor quality fruit and the yougurt sauce is not as good. Is just a plain yougurt sauce.

The few times I have gone the “register crashes” and they ask me to wait outside, I get frustrated from waiting so long and seeing them serve others that I end up leaving, wouldn’t have ever came back if my gf hadn’t kept insisting she craved their stuff. Definitely not coming back.

Ice cream, pops, agus fresca, a d smoothies are delicious! Just be sure to practice being patient. Theres a lengthy line most of the time.

Great place for ice cream

My first time going and I wasnt disappointed. Now I see why theres always a line and definitely worth the wait, which is not long at all. The employees are nice and explain the delectable and awesome ice cream flavors. And the non ice cream items are amazing, especially the corn. Im happy, my tummy is happy and I will definitely be going back for more!!

Waited here 32 mins! Line was super long. And only ONE worker taking care of clients and cashing them out. He was very nice BUT there should be at least 3 people working. I was there from 8:00pm - 8:35pm Ridiculous wait time. All I wanted was a cucumber water. Never going back!

I discovered La Michoacana yesterday and fell in love with the quality of the products offered so much so that I came back this afternoon and purchased another $30 worth of ice cream bars for my daughter and her family. I plan on frequenting this beautiful little shop often. My only complaint would be today one of the customer service employees named Mary intentionally looked past me and asked the lady behind me if she was next. I repeatedly said excuse me to which Mary never made eye contact with me or offered to help me. I finally had to say her name out loud, MARY, I am next. She was rude and offered me no help selecting or answering any questions I had. She pretended to not know English. The lady next to me answered my questions and magically Mary understood and said Thank you. It is bad business to ignore a customer due to race. I had a wonderful young lady help me yesterday and she explained several items I was interested in and even suggested other items I may like as well. Mary should be reprimanded if not fired. That kind of action is unacceptable. I would also like to suggest opening a La Michoacana in Santa Clarita so my family can easily enjoy your beautifully skillful quality products. I am in love.

I had to go try la michoacana for the first time not too long ago, and they made a really bad first impression. I had noticed that it always had a line outside the place, and I finally realized why. The place has 2 employees that work like if they were falling asleep. Honestly the workers were terrible and were unfazed of the very long line of people waiting eagerly just to get an ice cream bar. They would get more money and more people coming in if the service was better because they wouldnt scare away customers because it takes too long. Other than that the ice cream was great, I had no problems with it.

We beat the line. Got there around 3pm during the week and there were only a few people ahead of us. The girl that helped us was very nice. The mangoneada was delicious. Got the medium for $5.75. Took it to go. Place was slightly small. Cashier, older lady needed to be a little more friendlier. Still gave it a 5 because they had good quality ice scream. And a good variety.

This place is great for the different types of ice cream flavors they have. Can get crowded during the day and night. They also have malts and drinks available. They are really good. Not expensive. Great for the hot weather.

Its a decent ice cream shop although nothing ever really compares to the real deal. I personally dont feel the products taste like the ones in Michoacan. But hey, just because it doesnt suit my tastes doesnt mean it wont suit yours? Doesnt hurt to give it a try.

Taro ice cream is the all-time best. I got for one every week. Its a must. The raspadas arent that good. Too sweet with too much sauce, not enough liquor.

So I went tonight, we got there shortly before 9:32 and they said they were closed. The sign outside however, CLEARLY states they close at ten. We managed to get some pallets, even though thats not what we had gone for. The employees there were rushing us, and they even turned people away. Even thought it was before 10. You guys should honestly either close at the time you say you close or change your signs.

They have many unique ice cream flavors if you are wanting to try something new. The inside is colorful and have many other snacks to choose from aside from ice cream.

I dont hate it..but no one speaks english..an they dont understand my broken spanish..

By far one of the beast creameries in Los Angeles. They offer an amazing Mexican styled Ice Cream variety. But be warned. Sometimes the wait can be over an hour. Go to favorite: Mexican Street Corn with Hot Cheeto crumbs.

Their products are delicious!!! Definitely worth the wait.Maybe they should develop a better system to move the lines quicker.

Went to visit my brother and his wife in San Fernando. My wife and I wanted some ice cream & they suggested La Michoacana. When we arrived and the line was out the door. First indication that the place was good. As we entered in, we saw the wide selection of fresh drinks, homemade ice creams, paletas & deserts. I enjoyed watching the customers ahead of us as they were ordering. I ordered a fresa & milk paleta. One of best I ever tasted. The wait & the price was worth it. I will be coming back.

Walked in to buy some ice cream around 11 am on a Thursday with two employees behind the counter. Walked from the front to the rear of the store, looked at the flavors, not a word came out of their mouths. Left and got some candy at Rite Aid instead.
