Office personnel is very nice and looks like they have a lot of packaging supplies LIKE A LOT. But the dock workers need a to increase their moving speed and not to drang their shoes on the floor! Increase productivity!!!

Love this place. Always helpful sales. I only dont like the fact that they dont have anyone working on holidays. Summer is a very intense and busy period in moving business, so I guess you have to buy supplies in advance.

Where should i begin? I been coming to.this place for a while and this last trip i came to buy 2 flat dollies (piano with rubber and black fabric ) and after 1 month the paino dolly start coming apart and the reason why ? BECAUSE IS NOT STRONG AS THEY USED TO SELL THEM BEFORE, NOW IS MORE LIKE LAYER OF THIN PLAYWOOD AND I DIDNT BELIVE IT, BUT MY FRIEND TOLD ME, DONT GO THERE ANY MORE AND ONES YOU ARE LOYAL AND TRUST SOME PLACES AS A SMALL OWNER I FEEL CHEATED AND DISRESPECTED, IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THE SAME QUALITY, AT LEAST LOWER THE PRICES AND LET KNOW THEY CLIENTS, NEVER COME THIS PLACE AGAIN !! I rather pay for an use one on Craiglist and it will last longer for sure !! SHAME ON THIS PEOPLE !

I went there to rent a dolly that I needed for my business. I only needed it for one day, but they only offer a weekly rate. Use it for 1 day, or use it for 7 days, one price only. They were completely inflexible, despite the fact I explained I will be in there renting things from them all the time. They were very take it or leave, so guess what, I left it. Took my business elsewhere

5 hours of waiting for pick up and there is no space to park complicated to park and no one will pay attention to you, there is no order, those from the office are on another channel and the chargers on another they made me lose 5 hours to 6 hours I do not recommend it to pick up cargo here.
