The Sprout SF team has gone above and beyond during the pandemic to create a safe, fun experience. They scheduled a private appointment before the store opened. Their pre-screening of products saved us hours of research, and we found many of the brands we did find during research at their store. We had a personal challenge with UPS delivering correctly to our address and while we dealt with sorting that out, they worked with us to have items held in store or shipped to my parents. (Id say about 90% of our baby stuff came from them, so there were a lot of moving parts!)They balance eco-friendly products with a down-to-earth mindset. Super responsive and helpful whenever we ran into a challenge. Its a comfort as we head into new parenthood to find businesses like this that lighten the lift and take a human-centered approach to everyday interactions.

A go-to for everything baby and toddler. My favorite is their selection of PlanToys. Made in Thailand, this company has never cut down a tree to make their items. A truly sustainable company. All upcycled trees from rubber tree plantations, water based dyes, organic pigments and vegan friendly toys. Visit sprout and check out their PlanToys!

I have just had one of the top customer service experiences of my life! Long story short: I had purchased a crib from Sprout that had purported to also function as a co-sleeper on their website. Indeed it was not (much to my disappointment), and rather than saying tough luck, Sprout provided me a partial refund in order to buy a co-sleeper. (I think part of the description problem was in the crib manufacturer). So, not only do they have great products at competitive prices, they back up their products and are very nice about it.

I find this place so hit and miss... The stock is good, pretty much everything you might need for little people but just something not right. The staff oscillate between the nicest people you could meet and completely overbearing and disingenuous. Ill go back for sure but its worth noting.

I simply love this shop! everything is so finely showned and selected. Price are correct and object simply handsome. Everything organic and big selection of clothing in bamboo fabric.Definitely my favorite place for my 6m old baby!

Sprout claims that you can return items purchased for a full refund. We found this was not the case even with a receipt that said you could - they claimed because it was a gift receipt and the items were not itemized there could be no full refund, only store credit. Whats the point of a gift receipt then? I highly recommend that people not shop at stores that only give store credit and not a full refund.

Super cute store but smells strongly of mold and mildew. Couldnt be in there very long and didnt want to buy anything because of that. We wanted a crib and mattress but seems stupid if it is already moldy.

Cute little baby and kid clothing store. So many organic clothing options. Great place for moms to be and mamas!

Good source of quality, safe baby gear with useful advice. Also super useful to get the scoop on baby related classes and courses available in the area.

Nice store with lots of organic and natural products for babies. Also, they carry Cleks carseats, the reason for my visit to them. Findking a parking spot might be an issue.
