Loved the place. The staff were kind and polite as always. Even though the cashier had difficulty processing my gift card and there was something up with the System were it wasn’t giving me the discounts, but at the end the issue was resolved.

Since when is travel size not eligible for buy 3 get 3??? Disappointed. Also customer service was lacking with the exception of one young lady who seemed to be maybe a team leader or a manager she had exceptional customer service the rest of the staff stood around awkwardly like a middle school dance up against the wall just staring at customers as if the customers would bite them if they got too close. additionally there was an awkward security guard who stood outside and just stared through the windows and I overheard him speaking to the girl who appeared to be the team lead on how he caught someone stealing and showed her where he was standing and staring at this individual so that was a little bit of a turn off not so professional. this is not my favorite bath & body works. However, nothing so major that I wouldnt give it another chance. I am curious why site to store isnt available at this location as my last online order I had to hoof it down to South San Francisco at the shoppes of Tanforan. Things are curiousr and curiousr.

Kiran is AMAZING!! I called over 15 stores in the bay to see if they had a particular item and every associate had the worst customer service and did not take the time out to help me other than Kiran. She not only took the time to look in her back stock, on the floor,and also ask her colleagues but she called me back less than 10 minutes later to let me know that she found what I was looking for in ANOTHER BACK-STOCK!!!! Clearly, Kerm has a lot of passion for her job!! Thank you for making my day and New Year Kiran! I really hope that management & corporate sees how she made a huge impact on a customer! Hats off to Kerm! ☺️

Was visiting San Francisco and went in to check out and do a return. If you go there be warned they make theyre own return rules. I brought 2 items in with my receipt because they were a gift and the person didnt like the scent and they informed me you cant exchange a sale item (even with receipt) for one that is regular price. Which I know isnt true. I had checked before I bought these and was told I could exchange product for product. Will never go back.

My girl is a teenager who likes to take care of herself a lot, so I decided to go in here and buy many things for her and her personal use, she will love it thanks to the ladies who helped me choose the fragrances this is not easy for me .. .

It is one of my favorite place to get candles, sanitizers, hand soaps and other things and it is also my fav places to shop.

Staff are always really lovely and genuinely want to help you. I wouldnt say the products are cheap, but sometimes one doesnt mind paying a little extra for that sense of luxury. I will always shop there, and my sisters and girlfriends love their bath and body works treats!!

This has been a mall staple for years and this location has a great variety of their many many products. If youve never been, be prepared to smell everything, and leave with a few things you didnt know you needed.

Wonderful place!When i was went to san fransisco, my daughter very wanted to buy lotions and pocketbac for herself, we found a super cute sellet that called jacki she was super sweetie and helpfulthe shop is very clean and smells amazing!prices for pocketbacs are very comfortable for everyone, in my country theyre super highlove this shop! if i will come back to san fransisco, ill never miss that shop
