They’re the worst footlocker in the city i walked in asking for my jordan 4 military blue and they gived them to me and it looks like it just came out from the vietname war

Anyone who knows me knows I love feet! Love coming here to spend a few hours watching all the feet, really relaxes me

If Foot Locker sold food do you think there could be cankle issues?

Bought a pair of vans today at Lady Foot Locker very nice store lots of choices just size 8 wasnt the best size to have in there theyre out of a lot of stuff in size 8

This Footlocker in San Francisco off of Market Street have the most impatient and untrained employees in my 20+ years of shopping experience at the chain shoe store. I dont know who the manager was, but it is obviously an unprofessional and Ghetto store to describe it nicely. The lack of customer service skills is somewhat not surprising. The unfortunate thing is, if this store was in a different location; it wouldve been shut down already. They are only getting the sales due to the location. Anywho, I will definitely wont come back to shop; but will only come by the way of business.

I wore my shoes only once and the manager refused to even switch it for me. It is the first time that happen to me.

I WENT IN HERE TODAY 11/4/20 TO BUY A PAIR OF NIKE TENNIS SHOES THE MALE IN THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE FEMALE TO THEY BOTH SHOWED ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I LOOK FOR THAT IN ANY STORE I SPEND ME PEANUTS IN ITS A GOOD THING TO SHOW THE CUSTOMERS SUPPORT .

Normally its one of my favorite stores. Today I had to return a hoodie I bought a few days ago. I paid $100 cash and the balance of my purchases with a card. She would not give me back my $100 cash. She insisted that she put it all on my card. Horrible customer service. The employee should ask how I want my funds returned since I paid half cash half card.

A very good footlocker. They have a separate pl lace just for basketball. Its awesome and they do have really good customer service!

They had the exact model and color I was looking for. And they helped me in the fastest way Ive ever seen in a shoe store. I asked for the sneakers pair and they had it for me in less than a minute. And that happened twice. Staff was very helpful and efficient. It seems they have good inventory of shoes in the store.

Friendly staff but limited options for products/shoes. Given the fact that i love shoes, I want to find them in the color of my choice in the design I select from the store.

First time to this particular location. Very big womens athletic wear and lifestyle shop. Been to other locations before this location just like the others in terms if merchandise. Staff not too friendly here though, just there for a pay check. I probably wont return unless Im in the area end need something specific from here ugently. Probably wouldnt recommend as better service is available everywhere else.

I just love watching the new videos inside this store. I know just a small thing, but Ive caught some pretty cool videos. And also, I work so much that its hard to catch videos to my favorite song, so that get a big plus from me.

Theres so many shoes to describe. I love shopping here for some basketball shoes and some of their dope shirts. They have a fantastic staff as well as a variety of shoes. Like running, casual, basketball, etc. I love shopping here or just even looking.

They had a great selection of shoes that you can find other places.

Plenty of trainer shops around here but this was was the most friendly and helpful.

Their return policy is extremely inconsistent (different guys tell you different things), and it was hard to reason with the store manager. I would not recommend buying here at all.

I wish to warn all customers who shop at this Lady Foot Locker. I had my iPhone stolen by the person who was serving me. I was visiting from Australia and it could happen to you. I knew it had been taken there and when I threatened to call the police to view the CTV footage they did say that this individual had taken my phone. However the phone was not returned, they have not apologised and offered me any form of renumeration which is unbelievable. They stated that the main office in New York would contact me - NOTHING!!!!. It was the photos on the phone that I wanted the most. They ask for ID and when they see you are from overseas, they know you will leavening the country so be careful if you are visiting. Put your phone in your handbag!!!!

I was really unlucky with the staff I guess. Really not helpful at all. At the end it worked perfect for me though. I found the same shoes $30 cheaper at the outlets.

Their return policy is ridiculous. Do not buy shoes here.

Their staff was so unfriendly and outright ignored me standing right in front of them and having said Hi with an article in my hand that I had a question about that I left again. Horribly unhelpful.
