Both the employees at the store gave us undivided attention for over an hour. They were enthusiastic and extremely well informed about the brand history and piece materials. They took us through every section of the store through fragrances and books and they helped us out and explained what would suit based upon individual styles. The finest employees. We left fully satisfied and complete with the purchases.
By far the best store experience I have ever had. Usually people feel out of place at a luxury store and are scared to even walk in, let alone try clothes out. Both the employees at the store gave me and my friends their undivided attention for close to an hour as there werent any other customers there. They were unbelievably enthusiastic about us trying on their clothes and they were extremely well informed about to the brand history and piece material too. They were encouraging us to try on pieces and they even asked us to come out of the fitting rooms and show them what we wore, quoting an employee Margiela pieces truly come to life on the body! It was almost as we were all friends hanging out. They took us through every section of the store including fragrances and books and they helped us out and explained what would suit us based upon our individual styles. The nicest employees at any store Ive ever been to. After I left the store, I found all the other boutiques on Union square to be substandard compared to our friends at Maison Martin Margiela. Would easily give more than five stars if I could.
Super friendly staff at a higher end store is something Ive never experienced until I visited this store. They recommended me pieces and let me try them on to show them, and also gave me a great lesson on how to know what piece comes from which season (says on the washtag). I will definitely come back here when Im in sf again to buy something.
Went in with my girlfriend and had one of my favorite retail experiences. I forget his name but the guy that helped us knew so much of the history of the brand and was incredibly informative. He showed us the replica perfumes and we chatted a bit about GATs. Super positive vibes. He even recommended us a restaurant to go to since it was our first time in SF.
Juno was so helpful! This is a premium store and they got great service, too. Patient staff and everythings just nice.
Worker didnt know Euro to US size conversion? And didnt bother to check? Isnt that your job lmao
I was walking down the street to my interviews. It was Californian kind of sunny outside, how I regret not purchasing that pair of Madison Margiela+Mykita before I flew here. Just as I was lamenting, I looked across the street and bam!😳The staff here are great, really sweet customer service, cheerful loving environment, super nice shopping experience, love the Mykita collaboration shades. This is one of the bigger store in the States. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that even the smallest size for women’s apparels is still waaaaay too oversized, it’s common for lux brands, though a bit sad for short girls like me (5’4), if only I’m 3 inches taller😂
A warm thank you to Abe for friendly assistance today, and for showing me around the store. Beautiful!
Maison Margiela employees are like their clothes. Real, personable and attentive to the details while keeping it simple. Love this store.
Some of the most knowledgeable staff Ive seen at any store.
Very friendly and nice sales staff. Excited for them to be in San Francisco.
This was ...and could still be high fashion
Juno is the best!!
I cant help going anywhere in the world ^^;These designer stores are based on the customers appearance or attitudeJudge their audience and respond accordingly,Of course the guy who responded to me gave me a gentle serverLooking at the attitudes of white female employees to other Asian customersBeyond Margielas conceptI didnt tend to ignore it ^^;Dont be surprised by this cold attitude.I hope you dont get hurt or feel badIm more Asian because of the corona now.Anyway .... There are a lot of new things ......... ㅎ
Superb I will work with them
