I have been a client of Sparc for a few yes, first at the store on Mission & then Haight. Never have I experienced any problems or negativity. The staff has always been respectful & helpful as well as knowledgeable. I recommend Sparc to my friends, those who participate/indulge in the finer aspects of life. Last night was the second or third time I had the pleasure of encountering Dell. Each time, Dell has been very helpful & easy to deal with, like when you were out of an item I wanted, Dell made suggestions of similar properties. I usually prepare a list & just hand it over to whomever & just relax while I watch while my order is put together at warp speed. I have had dealings with other personel I would sing the same kudos about them, but unfortunately, I am bad at remembering names & I dont mean to slight anyone. If it were up to me, Id give all of them a tip.

Visiting from Ohio, my ID was expired due to our BMV recently being reopened. It was stated that all expired IDS are to be accepted through 2021 but the ID checker just told us we had to leave. I explained the situation and said that other SPARC dispensaries in the area just verified it he said they cant and apologized. After I asked why he cant look it up he sent me to someone else to verify..... he did and there was no issue from there.ASIDE from that, it was all good

Vander was built to deliver in this biz! He helped me though the web site account set up process so that I could get an order for my cousin with MS. We were visiting and his account had expired or something from when he used to live up here. Oh yeah, he said it was because his driver’s license wasn’t on file. Vander set a screen share and helped us through it. Then we accidentally deleted him from our chat 3 times! Still not stoned, we ordered for pickup when we meant delivery. Vander fixed that in the background and the the delivery guy brought it to our front door by the sf ferry building. From the Haight! The service was surreal. Top notch. Empathetic. They have a ver Effective and efficient system; that’s for sure. Product was better than the southwest’s products. 11 out of 10 ⭐️ with me!

I love SPARC on Haight. Small store, but the staff and selections are great. They know me by my name here, it’s my regular dispensary. They introduced me to Wyld (seriously the best) gummies and Raw Garden carts, my fave.Over the years Rebecca and Evan have provided me with friendly and knowledgeable customer service and suggestions, but all the staff here are friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite dispensary, period. I love the helpful, wonderful and amazing crew at the shop. They are very knowledgeable about their store products, which are great.

Product quality was good and prices were fair. That said they employees seemed completely uninterested in assisting someone who was from out of state. First of they made us wait and helped some regular customers ahead of us. The employees didnt have good answers to basic questions. Luckily I had researched some products online ahead of time. Not unhappy at all but the employees customer service could be improved.

It took 3 hours for my delivery to arrive and I did not receive any updates of its progress. Just a phone call when he arrived.

I was concerned about the selection I would find at this SPARC location, but was pleasantly surprised by the array of edibles and of CBD tinctures available to chose from.

Eddie is right on time and selection is great.

Had trouble checking out online but Megan with the delivery team helped me over the phone which I really appreciated! Thanks!
