Decent grocery store for Asian food but I rarely shop and is in and out most times. Clean place. Great variety. I used to buy the gummy mango candy here but it’s no longer sold here. Don’t expect much help here. You’ll have to find most things yourself and if you don’t see it. Don’t expect they will know why it’s no longer sold here. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out of.
WARNING! Super rude and unprofessional customer service. My mom got double charged for a transaction and I reach out to get the money back. The staff claimed they don’t double charge before she looked at my receipt or check on computer, already denying their possible mistake before any investigation. Even after given obvious evidence, they never apologized and still not yet return the money after a week. Never had such a terrible shopping experience. Avoid shopping here to save your time and money.
Hit or miss on various items week-to-week, but always plenty of good deals and items with shipping for. Top rated Asian market in the area. Been a favorite for many years. Prices better then the other larger chain .
Pretty good Chinese grocery food market that have many popular stuffs. Clean, but the smelling ( smells like comes from the seafoods area) is a little bit strong, it would be a great improvement if they could take care of the strong smelling.
Typical Asian market with typical Asian clientele. Ok so if you’ve ever been to one they are not the newest or cleanest markets. They tend to have a distinct smell of the seafood critters usually located in the back of the store. Lol. But have a wide range of meats, seafood and vegetables that you really have to hunt around for.Prices are pretty cheap for produce and that’s all I get here but they have all the ingredients in one spot that I usually have to go to 3 or 4 different markets for.Oh only gave it 4 stars because the line to check out is always super backed up and there’s only a couple people working. But bought a bunch of stuff for less than $20. So overall it’s ok by me
Small store but nice.
Good place if you are looking for Chinese snacks, they got more than other market.
Convenient Asian grocery store with fresh fish 🐠🐟.
High priced mini market with no fruits selection. They sell grapes.
Not bad. They cram a lot of stuff in this place but the prices are so so...
It is well organized and clean. Fresh produce, all things asian. They have one isleño for soy sauce only. Fish products galore. If you are cooking asian food, you cant go wong here.
Decent market. Has a lot of different Chinese snacks if thats your thing.
Give me my money that you fraudulently took off my debit card. I am in Iowa so how did you get my card number? I tried calling numerous times and you either dont answer or you hang up. What is going on at this store?
This store is great. It has a ton of different vegetables and seasonal items. The fish, meat, and poultry lines the back wall. Everything is priced incredibly well and always fresh. Many of the vegetables are prepackaged, which I love. They have a weekly ad you can view online to check the deals.
A lots choise for veg, poutry, and fruit.
You find everything you need Chinese food
THIS STORE STEALS YOUR MONEY, BE AWAY!!!Very unpleasant experience tonight. I came to this store around 8:30pm and spent almost 40 minutes to collect a lot of grocery stuff(~40 items) tonight, including a lot of sale items. At 9:20pm, I started to check-out. Since most of the items I bought have the product barcodes, I just focused on loading and unloading my items instead of watching the cashier and the price screen. When the cashier told me the total $125, I didnt have time to think further (the store closes at 9:30pm, and several people still waiting for check-out). When I went home, I noticed one item was counted three times (cashiers problem) and three other items got wrong price (stores problem). So I overpaid more than 10%.
Sadly, the practice of physical distancing is not taking place. Too many people where in the store. Lack of signs of physical distancing. Will not be going back to this store.
Pretty standard Asian supermarket. They use a bit more wooden shelves instead of being all metallic to give it a bit of classy feel. The fresh meat part is a little strong smelling for my taste, kinda like the wet markets in South East Asia. I prefer the GW market on Valley Blvd near Rosemead Blvd.
Renovations to this Supermarket surprised me as far as the beautiful end of aisle wooden shelving. The supermarket is well-lit making it bright and looks very well. We had gone to a couple of Supermarket looking for the dried tofu snacks in packets, to no avail, and follow many varieties at the Good Fortune Market. Were very pleasantly surprised at the new look to the supermarket. Good job!
Love Good Fortune. Great produce, love their fresh seafood, and their butcher area is pretty good too. Always finding something new to try with regards to noodles, sauces, and so much more!
I really enjoy their selection of vegetables
Great Asian products
Not very bad at all. Okay.
And interesting place to be if youre not from this culture. Everyone was nice and actually helped us understand what we were looking at.
Its ok. But price too much for grocery
My favorite place to shop my chinese foods..
Typical Chinese supermarket that offers variety of asian merchandise. Produce, seafood, and meat products are less expensive than any American chain supermarket. However, the quality is all over the place. You really have to select carefully to find that piece of fruit, meat, vegetable, etc that you want.
Good market.
Doesnt find what I originally looking for, but produce are fresh and store is fairly clean and organized.
I love this market especially the one in San Gabriel. The price is better 5han Arcadia.
Its an ok place to shop. The food is pretty fresh but sometimes the food is weird. But i do recommend going here
Surprisingly good Asian market. Small but has what you need for reasonable prices. Has a butcher and cooked food section.
Love the veggies here. Love that the workers are always cleaning counters and carts!! Not the biggest store but Im able to find items here that I cant find nearby.
Typical Asian supermarket. No bakery department is a big minus these days. Very few cashiers and not enough helpers. I had to bag my own grocery.
Good price and plentiful of choices. Seems like better than the other Asian market 168 near by.
There is a corner specially dealing with unfreshed some of deteriorated to consumers would make great harm to people health, they should stop this bad promotion act!
They have a large selection of tea leaves and snacks! There are gift boxes and there arent a lot of flies flying around the fruit area.
Found more fresh in meat and vegetables. Not overpriced and convenient in area.
If they have more sales I will go more often.
Bit smelly, but meat if fresh.good quality
Shopping carts are dirty. Member line is not cleared, not point was given if you check out in the wrong line. Bad Experience
The foods are much fresher and cheaper than H-marts.
Things are good, service is extremely bad . The cashier who works at customer service has attitude and rude . I asked for a watermelon frost, there are two kinds of them, she didnt ask me which one I need, she just picked the one she wants to give it to me, I tried to pay card, she told me only over $10 that can use card, I didnt see nowhere that placed a sign showing that ! After paid, I found out that is not the I need, so I told her for exchange, maybe she already did it on her computer, so she seems like I make her did it again and saying why you did tell me that earlier in Chinese. That is so rude ! Store manager should train employee before they work !
Without comment
Bad experience with the employees. Theres dead flies inside where the meat department stores its meat. The produce department is full with bruised or spoiled fruits and filled with fruit flies.
High prices on some stuff, but has a good selection, especially if you are coming Asian food, some stuff you cannot find elsewhere
New supermarket. Super clean. Highly recommend. Extremely cold here though.
Good low prices. Had special live clams that cannot be found in other markets.
This is one of the cleaner supermarket with most of everything you need - fresh vegetables, meat and live fish.
Great selection of Chinese vegetables. Very fresh.
Better price and much cleaner butchering compared to ranch 99
Expect better service from the raw meat & fish department than ranch 99 does. this supermarket is cheaper than ranch 99 also :) happy shopping!
A lot of good product
Clean and organized, with a lot of varieties of food and seasonings from Asia. And the price is reasonable.
Good Chinese supermarket. Get items on sale otherwise it is pricy
This supermarket is new that replace from Hong Kong supermarket, it was not so clean, now has fresh looking and good business, but still smelling when you enter the front door.
Good supermarket.
Their prices are less expensive than nearby markets. Parking lot is huge, you can utilize street parking if lot is full.
Beer, seafood, egg coffee fruits chinese food wine and everything
Meh
Decent place to shop
The direction was clear and easy. thank you
Crowded means good shopping n parking is a bit limited.
Clean and all the vegetables are so fresh.not smell fishy
Very clean and well organized Chinese market.
Nice store friendly staff
No social distancing
Very nice Chinese market!
Some foods are expired and questionable sources to its quality (Large plastic garlic and weird skin color banana from our experience), my sister exam frozen foods which expired over 1 year but still on shelf
It a good for people who like to grocery shopping
Lots of good stuff here
Great place or local asian groceries.
Crappy fruit. Always on the verge of being rotten.
They have alot of Asian grocery to choice from
Good variety and quality, but also saving products
2 blocks from my house, even though they have mostly asian stuff, u can find Spanish foods n seasonings like from Goya!
Not as good as 99 ranch but it is closer to my home and has most things I needed.
Big Chinese supermarket n cheap. But hard to find parking
Lot of choices. Price is reasonable
I finally found a place where sells Tung Chun sauces
NICE Oriental grocery shopping
Go there only to buy crackers and recycling next door
The supermarket has complete products, the price is right, and the parking lot is quite a lot.
If you want live frogs this is your place
Limited parking and too crowded
Friendly, informative and practical for market
You never can find the on sale items.
Lots of unique stuff
Not many checkouts
Dont accept credit card unless you spend $10, the price is more expensive than other asian supermarket.
Its ok but expensive and a lot food old or rotting.
The best place.
Fresh vegetable and seafood.
A little pricy than the other Asian supermarkets.
