I had a great experience doing business with these guys. I worked with Enrique, who was very respectful to my family and I, and Rob, who went above and beyond to help me purchase my 2015 Harley. I was initially having a hard time financing my motorcycle, but these guys did all they could to make the process easier on me. Also, the price reflected what was being advertised, which was really nice to see.

I recently purchased a brand new motorcycle. The 2018 Honda NC750X DCT ABS. The finance manager Robert helped me out a lot as well for Enrique. He was pretty cool and helpful as well. Their prices are great and their hospitality is even better. They really do want to help you out and see you leave out the door with a motorcycle. Couldnt be happier with my purchase. If youre reluctant about purchasing a motorcycle from a dealership please consider going with Temple City Power Sports. Thanks guys!

We also get to chat a little bit, and he is very down to earth. I would definitely give him a call if you are looking for someone that genuinely care about your motorcycle!

I just purchased a Kawasaki Z1000 from Temple City Power Sports. Aaron was very helpful and he went the extra mile to make sure that all of my questions were answered. He was very patient as I inspection the heck out of the bike. He and his General Manager Greg were very friendly and accommodating. I never felt pushed or uncomfortable. I was able to get a very fair price on the bike which was in superb condition.During the signing of the documents, Greg explained everything including my options for extended warranties although he never pressured me to purchase them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, and i will definitely be returning the next time I need to make another purchase. Very pleasant overall experience!

I am new to this area, and I needed some help with my motorcycle after a long trip with no tools. I do all of my work on my own, however with no tools I had to go to the shop. The people here were unbelievably friendly, and the prices were great. They even polished and cleaned my motorcycle while it was in the shop. I would put this as one of the best shops around.

Website marketing draws you in with good looking prices, but then they throw in ridiculous ADM on top if it. Look, added dealer markup isnt going away, its annoying to say the least. However, this dealers ADM is 2 times higher than most other shops around. Was interested in a particular model and they had the ADM at $2650! Thats crazy. For comparison other dealers have their ADM for the same model between $1200 - $1400. I hate ADM, but there seems to be no escaping it for Japanese bikes. This dealer just takes it way overboard. Their trade in value on my bike was just OK, wasnt the lowest, but I my trade was appraised $1000 higher elsewhere. Would not recommend Temple City based on their ADM model.

Called up asking of the key code of my bike, and somehow they didnt inherit the paperwork which alone seems like massive oversight. But even that aside, didnt seem to provide any information for me on steps to take otherwise help my situation. Called up my local dealership whom the bike was shipped to. They also didnt have the paperwork, but by comparison were very receptive to trying to help my situation and steps I can take to get back on two wheels.

I bought this bike after finding it online at Cycle Trader. The sale was pretty straight forward cash, out the door. No real complaints. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Erica was my sales person and did a great job. If I had a small complaint, it would be that when I changed the break-in oil out, I found that the two drain plugs on my Nomad were not properly torqued. They only had about 5lbs/ft of torque holding them in. Not a huge deal, but could have been. Please double check the drain plugs... All in all, a very positive experience. I would purchase from them again. (and I drove almost 3 hrs to get there...)

I Bought my first motocycle this past April 2012, and I was not sure on what to buy; after seeking out several Dealers I came upon Temple City Powersports and felt very compfortable and relax with the service as well as the sales people at the store. They made my experience in buying my first bike pleasant and helpful in knowing which size bike to purchase. Since this was my first time, I was not sure on which bike to buy, Erica my sales person took her time in showing me the different sizes and styles to choose from, this help a great deal and I decided on Honda 250 and found it so my fun to ride (I LOVE MY BIKE). Since this was my first time owning and riding, I needed a bike that I can handle with ease and learn more on driving on the streets. I found that Temple City Powersports to be the only place I will buy any future bikes and I continue telling everyone who ask where to purchase a motorcycle; that they have to go to Temple City Powersports. So everyone here has probably read the Temple City Powersports advertisements that emphasize fair pricing and Low added dealer markups. Well, Im here to confirm that its all a lie. If anyone is looking for a fair deal, look elsewhere because this place is a total and complete rip off.Backstory... I saw an add for a 2016 CBR 600RR for $6999.00... So far so good... I called the store and spoke to the sales associate to said yeah, that bike is gonna be $12,700 out the door. I was soooooo stunned I had to confirm and actually asked if he was serious because that means this place adds on close to 5k in markups? The sales person said yes thats about right, 5k or so.Again.... Avoid this place if you can. At $5k in dealer markups this place has some serious ethical issues. Putting out advertisements that boast low dealer markups and fair pricing is a flat out lie.

I made an appointment to test ride Aprilia V4RF and right before I was about to go on a test ride the manager told me he needs to do a credit check to do the test ride. It felt like they needed to know if I can afford that bike before the test ride. I didn’t want to get upset for something so stupid so I just went to another dealer that did let me test ride with out a credit check. I called Aprilia thinking maybe it was a manufacture protocol but they apologized and confirmed that they would never be part of that bad business practice. Aprilia also stated they encourage customers like myself to test ride their bikes to make sure this is want we want before you buy any bike. I had to take my business elsewhere.

I tried negotiating over the price but they werent having it; the bike was a great deal but its always a great feeling talking someone down in price. I suddenly made my mind to buy a motorcycle, so did some research and found Honda CBR 250R(Non-ABS) is the one I can start with my ride. Now its come to search for good dealer and Excellent deal. I call three dealers for the quoteGdale Honda - $5000( $3999 + rest)Berts - $5400 ($3799 + rest)Now TCPS - $4199 ($2999+ rest) . Honestly i called TCPS first as they are located near my home and I suddenly decided buy motorcycle moreover I wanted the same day before I change my mind ;)The price difference says half story now their customer service is excellent. I dont remember his name but he is manager their who helped me to choose between ABS and Non ABS model . Efrain already given me excellent quote, Erica helped me with all paper work and Brain (the finance guy ) final bought the bike in my hand. Only thing I didnt like is they never told me all those finance charges. It was just $180 bucks but I hate hidden stuffs; thats kind of make bad impact for future business. I saw an ad for a heavily discounted 2012 CBR250R and called ahead to ask about availability. I think his name was Todd, he was a bit short about answering but Ill admit I had a lot of questions for him. After that, I went in on the weekend and after deliberating over color choice I had them run my credit to see if I qualified. I was expecting to leave with a decline, but eventually Honda agreed to put me on a bike. It was actually kind of funny because when I asked about the Ninja 250 he flat out told me Kawasaki didnt approve me. Erica helped me when I first came in, and then I think Efron helped as well. Both the sales people were extremely helpful and patient - and neither one of them really pressured me into picking anything that I wasnt ready to go with. When I was signing paperwork, I got suckered into an extended warranty, but to be honest, it wasnt a bad deal since it was HondaCare, haha. Another thing that was funny was when I got there there were 2 black cbr250s and two reds, but by the time I finally made my decision two of them were off the showroom floor. The apparel sales guy was extremely nice, and answered all my questions even though I didnt end up buying any gear, just maintenance stuff. Overall, it was a great experience, didnt take too long (3+ hours vs all day when I bought my car), and I left with a great bike. Maintenance took his time to explain to me everything I should know about my new ride, but then hilariously found out it wasnt my bike I was looking at but the identical black cbr250 that I mentioned was sold to someone else as I was shopping. I would definitely do business with them again, even if it took an hour+ ride in the rain to get back home that night. Thanks Temple City.

I took my 09 KLR650 in for a service a couple times...first time they did a good job on the service, replaced a missing gasket that was causing an oil leak, cleaned up the leaked oil, replaced a missing bolt on the hand guard (I hadnt mentioned that so they noticed it and repaired it as part of the normal service) and overall seem to have done a pretty good job with it. I would give them 5 stars but I had to make an appointment 4 days in advance to get a drop it off by lunch and we will have it done by the end of the day commitment and when it dropped it off they said they wanted it over night because they were busy. Also somebody made a clerical error causing me to be double charged for some parts which I had to come back later to fix.The second time I brought my bike in for service everything went well. They do the little things like clean rear view mirrors that just make you feel good picking up the bike. On the other hand, once again they needed the bike longer than I originally hoped because they didnt have a reasonably priced dual sport tire in stock or available quickly.Their sales department is on par with other motorcycle dealerships and used car dealerships, which I consider to be an extremely low standard. Annoying sales folks who cant quote out the door prices, unclear dealer fees, etc. Makes me miss OTD Cyclesports.
