Bought a clutch slave cylinder for an H series and the mounting holes are not even close to correct. I get that its not something JHPUSA makes but their site describes it as fitting an H series. For me to receive a refund, I need to ship it back out of pocket while losing 20% to a restocking fee for something that wasn’t my fault. I’ve opted for an Autozone clutch slave cylinder that fits and works great.
This was my first time ordering from JHPUSA and they did not disappoint! Ordered Hawk HP Plus pads and a set of Stop Tech brake lines on Tuesday and received them today (Friday). Super fast shipping and they reply to email inquiries real quick. Just wish they could send email updates/tracking so I know where the parts are. I highly recommend JHP!
Despite recent reviews about shipping problems and customer service, I decided to give them a shot. JHP offers Supertech Super Combo valve train kit, which is essentially, JHP taking all of the super tech parts you would need for a valve train overhaul and putting them in one box that only they offer, and as well as being convenient their price was actually better than most. Since I was a bit nervous due to the negative reviews, I called first to verify availability, The guy that answered was able to quickly verify that everything except for the valves themselves was in stock, and he was sure to have the valves in about a week. So after hanging up the phone I made an online purchase for the kit, and sure enough after about 6 days I got a shipping confirmation. The kit just arrived and doesnt seem to be anything wrong with any of it. Ill be sure to give them a few more cautious chances if I need anything.

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!I’ve spent over 10k$ On a single purchase with this company sourcing parts for my project car and it has been nothing but a horrible experience. Items “in stock” that aren’t in stock, exchanging items, wrong items delivered, and no support for a refund/or anything helpful. They are quick to respond to your email with 0 help in return. Every time I’ve had an issue, which I’ve had about 9 issues with my purchases, I’ve been given no help or satisfactory customer support. I haven’t had an issue solved with this company, nothing but trouble and more problems they won’t attend to. They don’t stand by their site or their products, please run as fast as you can! Don’t be like me and give them a shot regardless of some bad reviews.
Poor customer service. Ordered a front strut bar for my vehicle, checked fitment the day it arrived. Didn’t fit properly so I called and was told I needed to send an email with pictures of the problem. So I did, with what I thought were very detailed pictures and exchanged a few emails back and forth. Was eventually asked if I wanted to return/refund item and I said yes. No more emails were received after that. So I filed their return/exchange option the day after or at most a couple days later through the last email I’d received and nothing else ever came out of it.Maybe “AM” shouldn’t be part of customer support.
I ordered rear controls arms for my project car that were listed as being in stock and I paid $35 just for shipping. A month later I was still waiting for them to be shipped. The JHP website has no option to cancel orders so I tried sending an email and I got no response. I tried calling their customer service number 3 times and every agent I talked to was very rude. They would not even let me speak, all they did was tell me to send another email and then hung up. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such rude and toxic customer service agents. I will never recommend this website to anyone. Purchasing parts from them was a huge mistake.

Ordered brakes for my car, was initially told 6-8 weeks wait time. Waited 8 weeks and emailed again, was told another 6-8 weeks wait time. When I call the customer service hasnt particularly been to helpful and has told me to email instead. When I sent an email No one got back with me. Getting the impression that covid is becoming an excuse to slack off.

I had a few shipping issues and then when I got the wrong part (that their tech guy said would work). I contacted them about the issue and found the part that would work so I ask for an exchange. I returned the part (all hardware and each piece was boxed back up) and received a email claiming that some of the parts to the track bar were missing. I know everything was shipped and now I’m waiting weeks for a claim from ups. They completely refuse to send me the track bar I need until this is resolved. I have spent thousands with them and planned to use them exclusively for my projects. I would recommend any other parts company, even if you have to spend more it’s worth it if they are just gonna screw you on $400 part anyway.
I called and asked for a part he said to order it online then I go to website place order they charge $25 dollars for delivery this place is 15 min away from my house I call back and let them know $25 dollars is way to much for a delivery charge thats 15min away from my house can I just curb side pick up? he gave me attitude! and said there not doing store pick ups I took my business elsewhere I dont recommend these guys to enyone bad customer service

Ive been buying parts from this company for more than 5 years now and theyve really helped me out. Theyre always quick on shipping and have excellent packaging. Always get free stickers with a purchase. At the beginning of the corona virus shutdown i had tried to purchase a full exhaust system for my crx and even though they had them listed on their site, the companies who manufactured the exhausts had discontinued those exhausts because of how old the car is... That didnt stop jhpusa!! They dug into their resources and found an employee who was willing to sell me their original HKS full exhaust system which is really hard to find now and it was BNIB still! It was like hitting the jackpot. And just recently i bought a Rywire B series tucked engine harness and they emailed me right away and let me know there was a lead time because Rywire was backed up trying to fulfill orders. So they gave me the option of waiting or getting refunded. I chose to wait and i was told mid october as a guestimation but i received it 4 days after i was emailed which was only a week after purchasing. So i thanked both rywire and jhpusa for working so hard at getting me my parts quickly. I will be a solid repeat customer for as long as they sell parts!
I have been ordering from JHPUSA for years and they are awesome. Recently I ordered a PCI passenger seat mount for my CRX. When it arrived it was missing a piece used to mount the base. I emailed JPHUSA, they contacted PCI and the missing piece is on the way. Great people, great service, I will continue to use and recommend them in the future!
Had a terrible experience with some k-tuned parts that would be available supposedly end of December but never became available. Never received part of my order and they wanted to start a return on a part I never received. Why put parts on the website that are back ordered and not clearly state that on your website? How can you expect someone to return something they never received at all?
Bought a twin disk clutch, had it sit while I built my engine . for that price i paid I would expect the right parts . Went to go install clutch, found out it was for a totally different engine contacted them, said they couldn’t return it . Very disappointed . Paid $300 extra for a clutch that’s not even for my engine.
If they cant match part numbers? Why would I order anything from them? Going somewhere else that can match numbers.
Super poor experience, bought an intermediate shaft for my RSX. Was damaged the first time, took over a month to get a replacement. Only to receive a second damaged item. They then never get back to me about a replacement. I had to repair the part to use it because I couldnt wait any longer.

Ive probably bought from here at least 5 times. They do have good products at a fair price. However what pissed me off is what happened on my last order. They would not ship my order over 5$ that I didnt get charge when I placed the order. Keep in mind this was not my fault I paid what I was told, it was an error on there part. So I decided just to pick up my parts in person. They refunded my money which will take 2-4 business days. On top of that I had to pay out of pocket again. They need to work on this part of there business.

Great place for import aftermarket parts. Staff just dont have the knowledge of products they sell. I.e. torque specs, model specific details.
Experience with these guys has been perfect. Theyre quick to hear from customers and walked me through my purchase for the right Nardi wheel! No questions asked, if you have any hesitation on product purchase you should try to contact them directly or message them on Facebook. Its a great seller/customer interaction and their site with quality photos made my decision even easier (though it did make me consider more options than I started with!).

Second time placing an order from this company. First time things went well now this second time not so great. My first attempt to order wilwood breaks was canceled because of some issues. I reorder same part but pay through PayPal n it took them a week to process my order. Never any updates that the processing might take a few days or anything. Very bad customer service this last time around. Don’t know if I’d be interested in spending money again with them

Spent thousands with then close to 7k, and they still treat me like I am the scum of the earth. These guys know nothing about cars nor own a show/race car. They tried to RIP me off right infront of me saying you ordered a part its back ordered and for that you have to pay restocking fee which is 20% never again.

I ordered a part from this company on April 1st and saw that I had gotten charged that afternoon for my order. Well after many days of no shipping (April 13th) I then called them and was told that my item was on back order and I would receive it once the shipment came in. I was like you really couldnt call and notify me before taking my money? They sit infront of computers all day it wouldnt be hard to do that so since this happened with just one item I will no longer purchase anything from this company. Also know the fact that their website says 1-5 days shipping but they forgot to add only if its in stock. I hope this helps.

Ive been buying parts from JHP usa long before they were called JHP. Ive always been happy with the service. Prices are some of the best and free shipping on many items. Shipping is typically spot on but occasionally takes a little longer which is a non-issue for me.
Ordered a Nardi steering wheel, Momo hub, and hub adapter from JHPUSA. The adapter wasnt in stock, but they received it within a day and was able to pick up the parts next day. They are a vendor for Nardi in my area and their prices were very competitive. Very satisfied.

Very unprofessional! i ordered my cam seals on a monday, i live locally, so i figured they would arrive towards the end of the week. I get home today (friday) and they still havent arrived. So i call in to check on whats up with them. turns out they dont even have any in stock! no email, phone call or anything to let me know. so no they wont be shipped until this coming u p monday. i will never order from them again, there are better shops and online stores to deal with.
I had a bad experience that turned out very good. This company did the right thing even though it was not their fault. I ordered some hardware for my car. My shipment got lost. This was not jhpusas fault. I called usps to see if I could file a claim to get my package, their wasnt any insurance on my package so usps could not do anything about it. When I called jhpusa they tried to see what happened. I did have to wait a day to see what they could do, but they fixed the problem. I will buy from them again. I like how this business is ran. I had a cheap part and they could of pushed me away and not done anything about my situation. But they made it right and I appreciate their time and business. People mess up, its how you handle the mess up that I care about.
