Interesting place to find batteries, unfortunately they dont have the battery for my car. I ended up getting it at the dealership for the same price as here and they actually had it in stock. These are the same batteries you can get at costco. The prices here are not a deal compared to any other places.

Roys the man. Twice went to location to check for different cars and he was able to determine whether the issue was the battery or something else. For the first time, he said the issue could possibly be related to the starter because he had tested the battery on site and it ran fine. For the second issue on a different vehicle he determined that it was in fact the battery that needed replacing and proceeded to give me options without pressuring me to buy. Highly recommend this place, they dont upcharge and tell you pricing up front

Batterys for cheap and they do last longer then 6 months even tho they are refurbished. Ive had my battery for going on two years. And it only had a 6 month warranty. Beats buying a battery for 150 + at Auto Zone! If u have a turn in battery its even cheaper.

Ive been going to Interstate Battery for quite some time. I think since Ive had my second car and that was 1980s. When I came in. The gentleman came out right away after backing in my 00 Honda Accord EX VL V6 by the wall and was getting out to open my hood. Told him that someone told me the battery had a dead cell and was not going to hold a charge. The label on the battery said 8-2019. The battery read that the 6 month warranty. The guy said I was at the end of my warranty but that he said hed do it for me this time. Then I said said to him... while thank you, I appreciate it. Told him that I have been coming here before he was born and that I send people all the time. Moral of my story is that you speak soft and they will listen. Lol. Other than that...all is well and I drove off happier than a pig in poop.

The service is excellent they let him know right away if you need a battery or something else. And then coming here for a long long time and not once have I ever been treated the wrong way. I woke up this morning feeling good when my dad told me about interstate all batteries. So I called at 9am this morning and spoke to a female who name I didnt get. I told her everything about the make and model of my car and she quoted me $150.23 which included installing my battery. So I said great Ill be down as soon as I can. When I arrived this little short older man came to help me and with attitude he told me know we dont install for this model. I became emotional and frustrated that I had driven all the way down to there to do business with them. So as I was yelling with anger in the air and at nobody the man walked away from me and went back to work. So I went in to see the manager. Once I got to talk to him he and saw my 2013 Chrysler 200 he said without hesitation that we dont install this model and theres nothing I can do. I explained to him that his people need to be better trained and give out the right information. He stated to me that people make mistakes and cant help me. The only nice gesture was he jump started my car so I can get off his lot.

Local stores didnt have used batteries. Called this place, drove 20 minutes, and saved $100 off a new battery, and it started up so strong I couldnt tell the difference. Very glad I didnt have to buy a new battery weeks before selling this old car.

I needed two 78DTs for my 6.5 Turbo Diesel. They had them waiting for me when I got there.

Friendly guys who will take the time out check your battery and alternator and then change battery for you if you need. Be aware that they charge a nominal fee for changing the battery for you.Theyve even shown me the specific gravity of a cell when it was due to a failing cell.Any battery warranty from any manufacturer is nice but if you want a long lasting battery, always go for the highest cold cranking amps (CCA) that your car can take.

Everytime I come here Im always greeted and give the best service. It does get busy in a split second but the staff here knows how to take care of their customers

Lost some hardware for a power sports battery and couldn’t find it anywhere in LA. Drove out to this location and picked up the pieces I needed and also got some help from the technicians to diagnose and troubleshoot my electrical issues that cause me to lose the hardware pieces. Rented a loaner battery for $25, they recharged mine for $5, if you bought from them originally, its free!! Frank/Elvis was outstanding! He got me in and out in under 15 minutes!!!

I do not recommend coming here at all, they sold me a very high price battery that went bad with 6 months of buying it. When brought the battery and warranty they tested battery telling me it was ok when clearly it wasn’t holding a charge when tested. So what does the guy do he gives me a USED battery test it and when he test it this battery was clearly worse than the battery I already had. When I asked about the warranty I was told that there is no warranty now. I would not come here they do not care what they sell as long as they make money and if you bring back your battery they will tell you it’s ok rather your car starts or not.

All of the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me.I went there when they were already closed, yet Rod took my battery and fixed it for me in a timely manner. The next day when I went there I went a bit earlier but they were still closed (they were inside) and yet they let me in. Turns out there website states that they close at 5:30, but they close at five, but despite that they still helped me.

Store associates are friendly and helpful. We have only used interstate batteries in our cars.

They charge money to charge the interstate battery they sell you for a 5$ fee. All other parts stores are free for charging and can tell you if your battery is good or bad withing 45 minutes or less and your back on the road shortly. Interstate will hold your battery hostage for two days to slow charge it while your car is stuck without a battery. They wont just exchange the battery under warrenty they must slow charge it to put what little life they can into a battery so they dont have to exchange it. So if you like wasting time and getting charged for a service that should be free this is your place.

They do NOT honor their warranty. My Interstate battery was about 3 years old (out of a 5 year warranty). I took my car in after having it jumped and an employee there tested it, but said the battery was fine. Its something else wrong with the car. So, okay, the car starts now and I drive away because I have to get to work.Of course, my car wouldnt start again after work and I took it to a local OReillys to have the battery checked and lo and behold, their tester says my battery has a bad cell and should be replaced. Pop in a new battery and problem solved. I have bought at least five Interstate batteries over the years for my cars and my business trucks but NO MORE.Their warranty is worthless if they wont honor it, and this company will not see another dime of my money.
