I was a little unsure about placing an order because of the reviews. I came in to see if they had anything pre-made that I could buy. They only make fresh but do accept walk-ins. 9min until closing and she took my order and had it done in 12min! I was very pleased and so happy she was able to make it for us. I will definitely return:)

They want to sell what they want, not what customers wants. in the website, it shows variety of arrangements before visiting the store. However, when going to order at the store, they said they dont make any small items. Only selling the largest ones. They didnt need to be that rude while explaining it to me about what they can and cant do.

I order for my aunt who just found out she had cancer some sympathy flowers and an edible arrangement.. the flowers that arrived were DEAD! ... the fruit was past due . I called the place to let them know but the owner is just money hungry and had no desire to pick up the flowers and fruit and send new ones or give a refund . I disputed with the bank and 2 months later he tried to dispute it back I have never met someone so inconsiderate who lacks empathyFor the horrible service he provided for someone who is sick . Truly a disgrace

Horribly prepared for Mother’s Day. Too few staff. Rented a commercial moving vehicle to deliver food -don’t think that would satisfy Health Department. Wouldn’t answer phone. Late delivery poor communication.

The worst service ever someone can get. the owner wants $ even if they dont delivery the order!! I ordered online last Saturday a present for a friend to be delivery on Sunday. According web site order was out for deliver since around 1 but never updated no email or call. According delivery policy they can delivery till 9pm but delivery never arrived. this morning I confirmed with my friend present never arrived and nobody called or showed yesterday. I called today the san Gabriel store to claim and they told me I can go and picked up on store? If it suppose the delivery was include on the order and must delivery yesterday!!I claim a refund because I have to get another present! they start to play around and the owner talk to me telling me they have to pay employees and rent and bla bla bla and he can only give me 50% refund!! If they didnt do their job why a customer lost $? Why pay for nothing? We proved they never called or showed for delivery yesterday and after my claim and refund request in an abusive way he called the contact number for my friend (today yes they can call but yesterday not)and ask them to go and picked up. Which is totally unprofessional!! After my friend call me and told me about that call I called back again and now the store and owner not on site and secretary told me oh no it is fix ur friend will come and picked up!! I told no bcos already got present from a place they delivery on time and I need the refund so she told me can not solve anything and ask me to call tomorrow again to see if the owner will be available. This is not the way to do business maybe it is not big amount $ but I will complain to bbb and dispute the charges. Stay away of this place!!!!

Avoid this Place!!! They are thoroughly incompetent!! They left my wife gift less on Valentines Day! When I tried to contact them they simply stopped answering their phone. I called the National number and demanded a refund. I would give them no stars if Google allowed it! Stay away, use a different branch to send fruit from.

We ordered a congratulations package with specific instruction. Nothing were done according to the instructions when we picked up our order even though they were written on the order slip. I would recommendto skip this store totally, otherwise, go with the basic package so you wont get into the situation like we had.

TERRIBLE!! I ordered my arrangement a full WEEK in advance and was promised it would be delivered by 3pm before my love gets off work. I call at 3:30PM and the owner said that it isnt delivered and had the balls to say that she wasnt sure if I wanted it delivered or not since it was still in their shop. Worst service EVER! I heard stories about this place, but always wanted to try it. BAD MOVE. Apparently delivering this EXPENSIVE fruit is just too hard for the people who run this place. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the $100 and pay a Home Depot worker half that to do it for you. Least you have a CHANCE at something happening.

We stopped in to get some strawberries for our granddaughter. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon (the store closes at 5:00) but the young lady behind the counter said she couldnt provide us what we wanted because they were closing soon and needed to prepare their outgoing orders for delivery. We begged and pleaded, and I was beginning to get annoyed. I finally insisted on speaking with a manager. When the manager came out from the prep area and we told her what we wanted, she said, sure...no problem. Even she was confused! They need to teach their staff the definition of customer service. Unless the doors are locked and your store is closed, you need to assist your PAYING customers.

Horrible service, I tried calling the store to make sure my order was being delivered on time. The person who answered the phone did not sound customer service friendly at all. I decided to pick up the order myself but made sure I was getting a $15 refund. When I get to the location the so called “owner” noticed one of her employees refunded the money to my account and was upset about it.
