My father bought a pair of hearing aids from this place about 6 years ago. A complete waste of nearly $3000.00! They never worked right and he was told that “that’s just the way it is for you”. He struggled and suffered and we struggled and suffered with trying to make ourselves understood. He recently bought a new pair from Costco for about $1500.00, and he is absolutely delighted! He can now understand normal conversation, hear the television and understand what’s being said at church. So don’t waste your time or money here. Because all they are interested in is your money, and care nothing for your well being.

Their staff are very kind and thoughtful! They faxed my hearing checkup report to my family doctor right after the checkup because I had appointment with the doctor at the same afternoon. They save me an extra trip to see the doctor.
