Dulce does such a nice job running this facility. She is friendly and familiar and easy to work with. She even helped jump start my van when my battery went dead after unloading into the facility.

Dulce is the absolute best! We accidentally left our lock on the last day of storage and she was able to get the lock cut because we live quite far. Because of her, we didn’t have to drive all the way back. The storage itself was good, everything was in one piece and still there in good condition after almost 2 years of storage.

I just spent a lovely 20 minutes on the phone with Samantha. I had questions and was having difficulty navigating my emails and booking online, but she was able to patiently guide me through the reservation process. She was very helpful and really took charge of my situation making it an easy process. I had to book 2 units, and Samanthas customer service, friendliness, and knowledge ensured I got what I needed and at the best price.

Thank you for checking me in, Matthew. It was a easy check in process. Everything was well explained. The locker they sell for 20$ + was unexpected, but it was ok because I didn´t have one and the one they sell looks like a secure lock.

This warehouse is good and clean. The best thing is the service is very good. That girls name is Sam. She is very patient when we ask questions about warehouse. Actually we just want to check it today. Because of her we decided to rent today!

I’m glad I chose San Gabriel’s Public Storage for my first time using a storage facility.They had a great online deal for me to take advantage of for my needs (a very small space). Samantha managed my online request and patiently answered my many questions, in advance and in person when I accessed the site for my first dropoff.The facility feels and looks secure, with controlled access that hasn’t hiccuped on me. It’s on busy San Gabriel Blvd., which adds to its feeling of security.The entry hours are very reasonable, from early morning till an hour or two after a typical workday, 7 days a week, so I’ve made a few visits already without feeling pressured to squeeze in a stop right before or after work. The building my unit is in looks older but is well-maintained andI’m glad I found this Public Storage facility!

I was helping my friend to pick up some of her stuff from her overflowing storage. Some of her stuff jammed the roll-up gate, it could only open for about 2ft high and it wouldn’t budge anymore. We tried pulling things out to shift the contents a little bit, but a big Rubbermaid box remained very much stuck no matter how hard we tried to pull it. After struggling for 30-40 minutes, my friend decided to call the office and see if someone can help. Came Samantha, she got down on the floor to assess the situation, then she stepped in and pulled that Rubbermaid box all by herself! And within minutes, she pulled it out!!! We were ecstatic! And very grateful. We were at our wits end and Samantha saved the day. Not only she was strong, she genuinely cared enough to get involve and did what we couldn’t do. 10 stars for Samantha!!!

I went in in the morning and dulce and Samantha really helped me figure out my space situation showed me the spaces I need to see but In the end I went back to my location where I currently have my unit to rent there instead . I want to say though that they really helped me and have me allot of input on what to do and they were very friendly and I thank you guys for all the help

James was the one helped me to get the unit at the first time, I was very happy with the rate if the unit he gave to me. Then I got some additional stuffs and I do need a larger storage. He helped me again with the update, service is excellent. I moved all my stuffs to my new unit very fast with his help. The storage unit is not hot, and it is not wet too, I don’t need to worry about my stuffs from mildew at all!

We needed a storage space quick, found this public storage who has a fantastic price for a storage spot. James was the one who helped us to setup everything. He was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy and clear. He helped us decide the size and showed us multiple units till we got one that we liked and made recommendations of items we might need to make sure our stuff to stay in good condition for the move and while being in the storage.

My name Diane and I have been a customer of this Public Storage for 2 years now. Anytime and every time I go in to make a payment or ask a question of any kind, I am always greeted by one of the nicest people there. Her name is Laurie. She not only knows her job very well. But she always made time to ask me how I was doing. That right there shows me she cares about her customers as well. She made sure I got the unit size I needed. If you want your personal items kept safe and also have a sense of feeling welcomed there. I would highly recommend this Public Storage Unit.Diane L.

I give this place 0 stars. Im here to warn anyone who is thinking of renting a unit at this public storage or who has a unit indoors inside the building to get your property out of there especially if you have valuables. I went to my unit on Sunday 4/14/19 to find my unit was broken into they stole $1500 of my property. I notified the guy in the office immediately just told me to call police didnt come up to see my unit after the police came and went more than half an hour later he finally went to see my unit took a picture of The lock mechanism broken. The police told me they have been there 30 times already Im #30. They mentioned they have told the owners of this place to put up cameras and they have not after 30 break ins. There are no cameras anywhere in the hallways where the units have been broken into indoors. It gets better I was there yesterday 4/17/19 getting my property out of the unit they gave me right across from the one i had that was broken into two units down another unit was broken into on 4/16/19 later that same day I was there taking my property out another person found out his unit was broken into he told me they stole $ 10,000 worth of his property he makes #32. If you have a unit indoors at this public storage I advise you get your property out now! these people dont care about your property they only have one camera and it only sees who comes in and out at the front gate. While I was there I also walked around to look at the locks on other units there to find that whoever is breaking into these indoor units has tried to break into others I found like 7 other units where the lock mechanism has been tampered with and are ready to be broken into. You have been warned!!!. Dont rent here!. Take your property out NOW! and take it where they have plenty of surveillance. This place needs to be put out of business immediately! Thirty two break ins and they dont bother to warn other customers who have units there about these break ins of course Not! they dont want to lose business because they just dont care.
