I had Horizon water for almost a year, and the pricing was fair until they raised the prices without telling us and was higher than Sparkletts. Their cooler stands are very cheap and unattractive. I tried to cancel services, but they kept delivering and trying to charge us. Finally had our service canceled and received a voicemail from Pete at the company saying that he doesnt know if we are trying to steal their stuff, and I need to have their bottles outside for pick up the same day he called or he was sending us to collections. I would strongly not recommend this company and would recommend Sparkletts as thats who we now use.

I’ve been using Horizon Water since 2004. The water is delicious, the price is reasonable, and the service professional. Ryan is my delivery driver and he is courteous, professional and reliable. It’s easy to reach the driver when needed if there are any questions regarding my account. I would highly recommend Horizon Waters to anyone looking for home delivery.

Horizon water is the best tasting water! Our delivery guy Ryan is awesome! He’s dependable and his costumer service is second to none. We’ve had Horizon Water service for about 5 years now and I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Tried all different types of water in the area and this water tastes the best. Ryan, the driver/delivery agent is always friendly and works with us on our requests. Sometimes making another stop to fulfill our orders. He is a great guy.

Ryan from Horizon Springs Water Company is always reliable and helpful! He always brings our bottles in for us and even puts a new one on the cooler if needed. We came to Horizon after being with another water company for years with awful service. Our neighbors are now with Horizon as well. If you want a reliable, helpful water company, Horizon is it.

This company has terrible customer service. They have been leaving less water than I’ve ordered and just sitting it on the porch without ringing the doorbell. Today I left a note on my door asking the delivery person to ring the doorbell because I would like to settle my account and cancel my service. The delivery man just left the water without ringing the doorbell. He also left another bill for the water I asked him not to deliver, which he rudely underlined and circled information on it. This is criminal, you cannot just keep charging me for a service I wish to discontinue while dodging all contact and phone calls with me.

I love this water.. Taste great. The service is wonderful.

If you get decide to get water from them, make sure you aren’t one of the last ones on their route. I would never get the amounts of water I asked for so I stopped paying only to be left a voicemail accusing me of stealing the water dispenser they placed in my house... so I returned everything, now they are telling me I still have one of their bottles (why would I keep a bottle with no dispenser, the bottles don’t even have working tops) and are charging me for it.

We have been having water delivery for a little 2 years now and it is by far the most convenient, reliable and best water I have taste. Ryan is our delivery driver and be is alway polite and helpful asking if I want it carried inside or leaves it in our designated spot if were not home and at work, he is easy to reach or geg ahold of if I have any questions. I would and have refered Horizon water to everyone who comes over and tells me how great the water is.

Awesome service. Ryan stays in touch and will alter any request a customer might have, plus he even lets me know if hes running late.

DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FREE TRIALS FROM THIS COMPANY. They will charge you an RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR NOT LEAVING THE BOTTLES OUTSIDE. I had a free trial and they came to my doorstep without informing in advance and a few days later I receive a notice for a bill for not leaving the water outside. TERRIBLE company.
