I had a choice of pharmacies and I decided on Walmart because I do much of my shopping there. Surely its not always instantainious but I get waited on in a very quick method. I have experienced a good wait at other pharms Ive used. Look, its kind if a timing thing so if you see many in line ahead of you, go do some other shopping and come back around, thats what I do. I really like and appreciate this pharmacy and will continue to.
This walmart Pharmacy is very slow at what they are doing with people medicine they are rude and disrespectful they dont care if you dont have your medicine i will never recommend this walmarr Pharmacy i havent got my medicine from delivery they need to be sued fedex and walmart Pharmacy i have asthma i have gotten none of my medicine these people are cruel walmart made fedex lose my meds and they are lazy and I need my medicine please help me asap😪😭😭😡😱🥺
I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years: I am in awe of how the pharmacy has changed!!! Phones answered, prescriptions ready they say they will be, I can understand who is speaking, the service has gone from very poor to absolutely terrific!!!!!! Keep up the awesome job. Whoever stepped in to implement these changes needs a promotion and a raise.!!!!! Hurrah and thank each employee so much!!!
If you give them all day long they still might not ever even address your prescriptions that were electronically sent from your Doctors office, unless you actually call them yourself or go to Walmart in person.Be prepared for them closing 5 minutes before their actual closing time as well, with their windows completely shut and nobody in sight.They might forget one of your prescriptions completely altogether, like they did with mine as well.So 1 star for actually answering the phone, 1 star for their location & 1 star for me still needing to use them in the future.Typical corporate owned store practices I guess.UPDATE: They no longer answer their phone. So from 3 stars down to 2 stars now for the pharmacy. This makes me upset because I dont want to sit around Walmart for 30-45 minutes and I dont want to go somewhere else and return later to pick up a prescription. You all need to get your acts together. Like seriously. It feels like they are only doing this because they are told to do so just to try to get people to buy more products from the store to kill time waiting.I should be able to call and ask if my prescriptions are ready that were sent electronically, or get a notification, so I can simply go pick them up and then leave afterwards, if this is all that my time and/or finances allows me to do.There should be no reason to force me to sit and wait there for something that should already have been processing beforehand.

Pharmacists are lazy and refuse to pick up phones, then are rude and dismissive... do not even try calling them they do not care...
Long line, medicines are not ready even more than 5 hours called in by the doctor. Waiting time is about 30 minutes and the pharmacy technicians esp.Maria and the other lady are slow and doesnt smile.
This should be negative stars worst place for customer service compassion and respectLong waits and excuses !!
