8/26/2020 I ordered a seat for a klr 650. I was told 4-5 weeks for delivery. As of today, no seat. Where is it? When I asked why so long, I was told that they built a seat to order. I must add ... that the tone of her response was rude and abrupt. SO WHERE IS MY SEAT. Update, went to San Jacinto store got there no store. Turns out they moved to Idaho. On the phone again this time a young lady tracked the seat to Ontario,Ca to be delivered today. In fact it arrived around 3 pm. Packing was good, seat quality looks very good. Dont know about ride comfort, we will see. So 2.5 weeks late, waste of time & gas. Not very impressed as a far as management goes.

Ive had a V2 Tall seat for my 11 KTM 990 for two years and about 18k miles and am super pleased. I did a 14 day 1500 mile trip and never had a single complaint. The seat looks as new as the day I got it too. Very happy and do appreciate their involvement in the riding community.

Just got of the phone with Scott, a very helpful employee at seat concepts. Ordered a stock height seat cover kit for my drz400. He answered all my questions, helped me figure out which height to get, and even gave me advice on installing and where to get the proper tools to install the seat cover. Cant wait to get the cover and foam and put it on my derz, I got to sit on one the other day and knew I had to have it. Would definitely recommend their products and service to a friend. Super helpful and happy to help. Thanks guys! My butt thanks you too.

Great customer service and even better products. I just got 2 of their comfort seats and after 65 miles of off road riding in 1 day, my butt is still feeling great.

Hello seat conceptsI finally got to put a bunch of time on the new seat you built for my 07 BMW r1200rt. It was the first one you built for the RTs. All I can say is WOW. 18 hours and 700 miles. And my back side was as happy as could be. Very very comfortable. Great support for the body. Another out of the ball park design. Bought a custom foam density seat for my KTM 690 Enduro. Gave the Salesperson my weight, so they they could adjust the firmness of the foam. After receiving the seat, it was very uncomfortable. Contacted Seat Concepts, and told them my concern. Was told they would re-foam the seat......but for a price. Really? I spend $337.80 for a seat, now i have to pay to ship it back, and pay for it to be re-foamed? They should stand behind their product, and not charge me anything to fix the seat. They are the ones that determined the density of the foam based on my weight. I have to pay for their mistake? Horrible dealing with the company. I was even in contact with one of the owners. Robert Lightfeldt. He was condescending, in one of the emails that we exchanged. Said that he felt that one of my emails was a statement, and not a question, and he didnt feel the need to respond to me. Ill be selling my seat and going with a different company.

Had a seat made and it is fantastic quality. Good service.

Tall seat for drz400 is to low.After you sit on it.It is the same as stock .Not happy, and its going on craigs list.It needs to be a inch higher.Is this something you can help me with?
