At the end of February, in Spain we were lucky enough to enjoy a very pleasant temperature and sunshine, so we went to sit on the terrace of the bar La Trucha. At first, they took a long time to sit us down because they were full! Good sign!On top they put a fairly large plate of paella for us. It was delicious. Afterwards, we ordered scallops and fried (squid, anchovies etc) a very complete and rich assortment. The prices were very good. The service was going piecemeal and for that reason perhaps they lacked a little sympathy towards the customer. Otherwise, it is the soul of the Plaza de Las Rozas. I advise you to sit down for an aperitif or eat in this place.

A quiet and relaxing place on pza. Spain of Las Rozas where while you listen to the sound of the water from the fountains, you enjoy some portions and a meal where the value for money is excellent and the service as well.

Very expensive prices
12 euros for a breaded chicken that was raw inside. After a while they bring it to us calcined. Quite unfriendly staff. A lady at the bar complaining that we ask her to change small coins to one euro to get a toy from her machine. Anyway, if you dont know how to serve the public, dont work in the hospitality industry.

Magnificent terrace in the Plaza de España de las Rozas. The waiter super friendly. With each drink an aperitif, at the end we had dinner, they brought us croquettes, olives, mini empanadillas, French fries, salad canapes and bread with salami. Soft drinks at € 2.80. We tipped the waiter 10 € and he said not necessary, really. We were great, sitting next to the fountain.

Horrible. Twice we were there, the experience was disastrous and we will never return. The first time they took note and we spent 20 minutes waiting for a couple of coffees and toasts, seeing that they were not useful, we asked the waiter and it turns out that they forgot the order, they brought us coffees and cold toast, and they didnt bother in doing them again. The second time was almost the same, they took note, and when we saw that 25 minutes passed and they did not serve us, we asked the waiter and it turns out that they also forgot the order, and that is when we decided not to wait any longer and left. In addition, while we were waiting for the order, two different waiters approached us to ask if we had already asked for it or not (there were only 3 tables on the terrace, it was not at all saturated) and that is what we had asked because they had lost the note (twice!!!). Bad management, very bad work organization of the waiters. I dont think about going back there nor do I recommend it! Also, horrible value for money.
