Got a pretty significant rock chip on the freeway yesterday. Requested online quotes from several other glass companies that would not fix but recommended replacement. Thought I would pop into Golden State without an appointment since they did a great job on my Lexus glass before. Golden State inspected closely and thought it was worth trying to fix. Fix was successful and chip and cracks are virtually invisible. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

I was referred to this business by a friend. The tint job was excellent, they explained the details of after care of the window, they placed a sticker to remind not to roll down the windows for up to 48 hours. The staff was friendly and completed the tint job in a few hours. I would recommend others to come here.

Just rolled by the back on my way to GLR and the shop was empty, normally its really busy.Asked about 2 front doors, they knocked it out in no time at a great price. They put plastic down so my interior doors dont get soaked with soap, never seen that at another shop! They also cleaned all my windows, super happy with the service. Ill be back!

Just wanted to let the whole world know about my expirience with Mark/person in charge.I went in and really express my self how really dark i wanted my wifes car windows tinted. After it was done, windows did not look that dark, Mark/ manager in charge said it will drie out and get darker. Well it did not turn that way.I went back in two days and express my self how dissapointed i was, but Mark/manager in charge was really on a deffensive way, really arguing with me. He even told me not to be arguing with him. I was told if i wanted my windows darker i would have to pay again. That if he replaces it for everybody that complains he would be out of bussines. He was blaming me (the customer). My car already was tinted, why would i pay to get it tinted again if i could still see through the glass into the interior. He made me feel so un-welcome.There is a saying or was (the customer is always right)I guess that saying is way gone at this location.I found this place within 3 miles of my home, but for this customer. My windshield needed to be replaced. Contacted several replacement companies, all gave a quote but some have other fees not stated and all were over the quote from Golden Auto, recommended by my cars dealer, which also included the taxes. My car has lane line sensing that operates from the rear view mirror platform. All the other companies said it would have to be re-calibrated at a tune of $300 plus. Kevin said they do not do re-calibrations, the dealers do that, but they do not unplug the cameras from the computer so the lineament could be alright. The replacement windshield was the same as the original and the lane line warning system works just fine. Thanks you Kevin and the team at Golden Auto State.S. Waters

They never answer their phone, their voice mail tells you to leave all your info. So they can get back with you, as soon as someone becomes available. Well they must be really busy, its been 2 weeks & Im still waiting for them to get back at me.

Super fast turnaround! Got the car done in a few hours and no bubbles! Spent time with me prior to the installation on figuring out what would look best on the car from a legal/looks prospective as I can be indecisive. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and really made sure that I was happy with the result! Will for sure come back again.

They really take care of you. I scheduled a consultation and tinting and the staff are very knowledgeable in describing the process and different types of tinting. They get the work done quickly and very well with great explanation of aftercare and stand by their work. Everything went perfectly and was reasonably priced.

Really happy with how the tint turned out. Having all windows but the windshield done on a 4door took about 2 hours. The staff are also friendly and happy to help assist in consulting. Would definitely come back for my next car!

Professional place to get car window tint. I was told that all Porsche Steven creek do glass tint here, and I feel this is a reliable place. Also, they are very patient to customers to explain different types of films.

I’ve had multiple vehicles tinted by Golden State Auto Glass and have had a great experience. They have quality product and do great work. I plan to get my entire work fleet tinted by them.

I had 2 all around tints and 1 PPF done here. About 1 year in for the first car and 3 months in for the 2nd. Everything still look great with no issues. Mark and his team will really take care of you and your vehicle. They took the time to explain the different options and types of PPF.

Fernando and Team at Golden State are my go to for tint and PPF. I appreciate how clean and meticulous their work is especially on windshield and ppf. I’ve shopped around and used other tint places and I believe they are worth it!

The guy at front desk said there is two weeks back log for a simple windows replacement, the estimate was double the fair market price, I took my car to auto glass helpers directly from there. They did the job in one hour for half of the price quoted in golden state. This place is waste of time.
