This company is so unprofessional.I ordered $20,000 worth of merchandise from this company. They sent me only $13,000 worth of merchandise.Plus they sent products I didn’t even order.And now the owner operator keeps making excuses and does not come on the phone.I would definitely not recommend this wholesaler to nobody. The owner keeps making excuses that his wife is sick and family members are sick but he is still at all the the exhibitions.Stay away from Rajesh he is a terrible businessman and has no work ethics or professionalism.And I will be placing a lawsuit against this company. I hope he enjoys that!

Super quick, efficient and great work for very reasonable price. So much better and faster than what the dealership quoted. I am very happy with the service I received after my driver’s side car window was busted into in the Caltrain lot. Definitely recommended!

Great service. I took my 1991 Toyota Pickup to get the windshield replaced. The lady in the front (did not get her name) made sure my windshield got the correct parts. It took about a hour and 15 minutes to get it done. Quick service. Thank you Lotus Glass.

This is a Korean owned business, the owners are absolute angels. Im surprised at the negative reviews here. Ive been a customer for about 3 years now. The Korean lady is so sweet, from offering Korean coffee while I wait for the work to be done to Korean cuisine recommendations. She works hard and the shop does good work. Ive never had a problem everytime Ive come here. I feel like the people writing negative reviews here arent including the full story here. For as long as Ive known her for her, shes always taken care of me, my family, and my friends that I refer to her (and no name drops). This is not a shady shop nor do they pull shady business tactics like Ive encountered from other glass shopsWhat keeps me coming back here is the customer service. The Lady is a real bad a$$, yall.

Horrible customer service! We brought our camper truck here for glass replacement. First she told us we had to remove the glass our selves? Her employee was not around. We had to wait to schedule a time when he could remove it and brought the truck in and left it for her for a couple of days. She made the glass, supposedly but made it as a fixed solid window. This was a camper shell window that slid. It didnt match the other side. We told her that would not work, obviously and thought we had communicated effectively. Two weeks goes by, we are assuming she is remaking the glass, and I follow up again. She told me she had done nothing and wasnt going to. This was an insurance claim. So basically, I am back to square zero after trying to work with them over a period of months. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE! After reading the reviews, I guess I should be grateful they didnt do the repair work.

This was the day I made the mistake of leaving my purse in the car in the bank parking lot only from my car to be broken into and these people immediately fixed my window best service ever!💙💙💙

Never trust them. We have a Grand Cherokee and had them fix our broken glass window. They cut the broken part and put out the used glass. Outside it looked like it was fixed. When we went to other automobile shop, the owner told us how they have destroyed our car on purpose for the conveinience changery the car glass. We complained and told us that since its corona and pandemic and this was it. They completely disregard without a single apology. I hope the owner please read this☺️

Lotus Glass is on 10th street. Really easy access and good prices and work completed quickly. I was referred to Lotus Glass by Precision Transaction in Milpitas. They are my Vehicle Service Specialist And are on my Minnus Circle.

These people are very fast and cheep but they DO NOT stand behind their work! They replaced my vehicle windshield and failed to plug the windshield antenna back so the radio just hisssssssssss! When I called and explained what happened Christine sad they did plug in back in and would not do anything to help! Buyer Be Ware.....

Lotus Glass saved the day. My rear glass shattered the day before thanksgiving and nobody had the part/closed for holidays. I called Lotus and they told me to come right away and they took care of it within the promised time window. They cleaned up the glass as best as they could & were very kind to me. It’s been two weeks now and the glass has settled perfectly and it’s just like the original one we had.

Called on Wednesday, was in shop Thursday morning, job done by noon and by early afternoon I am driving home in my car all fixed and ready to go. You couldnt ask for more except a reasonable price and I got that too. This is a GREAT outfit with which to do business. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

Very rude lady when calling. Says they don’t work on bay windows. What kind of glass place is this? She asked who pays? who pays. Would not come to give quote cause don’t work on bay windows.

Korean-run local business with good service and reasonable prices. I used Lotus Glass to install mirrors and a shower door for a remodel, and they did it at a reasonable price and did a great job. I drove to the store and talked to the owner in person. There is a friendly dog who stays at the shop which was dressed in a totoro outfit when we visited.The owner is very friendly, but busy. He gave us a fair price and came out personally to measure the areas for installation. He had no issues with taking his shoes off to protect our floors, and the guys who came out to install also laid down cloths and used the booties we provided. They were very professional and did not damage any part of the house (which is brand new right now!). The job was done to our satisfaction, and Id definitely use Lotus Glass again if it ever becomes necessary.Apparently they also do car windshields, but I have not used that service.

Who got good service here! The Korean lady that answered phone has horrible people skills. It starts with lack of English skills. They came off across lacking confidence on install of a windshield. You should not tell me the last car they worked on was damaged and tell me Dont worry if something happens my insurance will take care of it. Id avoid this place . There are plenty of glass replacement stores.

When I awakened to find half the glass broken out on my Class B Motorhome, every place I called offered song and dance: we dont do that, we have to replace the entire frame, it will take a year to order, whats a class B van? After a month of frustration, my insurance company finally put me in touch with Lotus Glass, their first question: single or dual pane? Knew right then and there I had found the right place and even though they were 40 miles from home, the kindness, patience and professional expertise demonstrated by Christina were well worth the travel as I knew my van would be treated well in her capable hands - and I was not the least bit disappointed! A rather tricky task in that the broken glass was a special shape/sizing, Lotus had absolutely no problem cutting, preparing the replacement glass to match the original - and now my van looks GREAT!!! Quick, clean and without drama, LOTUS GLASS is now my Bay Area go-to vendor for all things glass, be it mobile as well as residential, there is no job to big, small or complex. I had Lotus Glass recommended to me by my auto repair guy and Im glad I went there! Their prices are the cheapest around and their service is quick! Ive been here twice, once for a chip repair and another time for a windshield replacement.

They did not install the side trim for my windshield. They also tried to charge extra for the bottom trim installation even though it was covered by insurance. They ended up installing it incorrectly (not fastened properly).
