Ive order balloons here for my sisters baby gender reveal and several birthdays. The staff is super knowledgeable and do great work. Everyone is always super friendly and you can tell they take great pride in their work and want to create something the customers will love.

Do you ever wonder what happens to escaped balloons? They are bad for the environment. I too have been guilty of sending a balloon with a message to heaven. Never again unless its biodegradable. Yes,there is such thing! Made form trees Im told. This is the place for your balloon needs! They have safe balloons. Beautiful displays, family owned business. I have been going here for several years now and they are wonderful but today they made my day. I lost my dad just over a year ago at xmas. I wanted to put balloons on his grave today, 4th of July his bday. When i called there were none that said happy bday dad so the wonderful gentleman said he could put a sticker on it for me or check the warehouse to find one. I told him it was ok but he being amazing went on a search anyway.When i arrived to pick them up this morning he had not only searched and found one that said Dad on it, but with glitter and glue he made my other one say Dad. He went above and beyond for me on this important day. I will purchase my balloons here forever. I love this place. I was in a real crunch for balloons last minute and Kim really helped me out! The bouquet she put together was exactly what I wanted, simple but beautiful. They do so much more detailed pieces that were also lovely. They were quick to my rescue and I truly appreciate it!!!

If you are ready to spend more than 100 dollars,you will get a good deal and great ideas from the company. Rolando is an excellent balloon artists and he will exactly tell what you need and he knows what the kids will like with the balloons in the party

When I first moved here I found Diddams, and I found Party City; later I found another little hole-in-the-wall just off 237 where people dont care if stuff falls on your head, of if your balloons start deflating as soon as you get to your car... (if youre familiar with this area you now know that Im willing to drive for balloons! )Party Fiesta Balloons offers exceptional customer service, higher quality balloons, more experienced balloon artists, than any of the other locations Ive been to in the SE Bay. Last year my daughters birthday balloons (she had blue, yellow and white latex balloons of two sizes made into flowers) lasted until I popped them about a month or two ago because the cat was getting after the ribbon... And I mean they were actually still floating! Not floating high but not hitting the ground either! I couldnt believe it but I had to.... I was looking at them! TODAY is my daughters birthday. (If I didnt know, think, or believe it was possible balloons could last that long my bet is that you didnt either!)If you like balloons, you would like to enjoy them for more than 2 days, and youd like the people you do business with to treat you with consideration, and respect, as far as I can tell this is the only balloon place that meets that criteria within a 60-mile radius of Great America. I know I am pushing this point and possibly going over the top with the length of this review. But I will personally promise you (unless you are a completely unreasonable and unrealistic person ie. You want them to roll a red carpet out for you and fan you with dodo bird feathers when you arrive) you will be completely satisfied with your interaction with Party Fiesta Balloon and the balloons will be by far above par from anything Ive seen very near and pretty darn far from Great America. But do go to Party Fiesta Balloon !!!!You dont have to read any further, but Ive never run into a balloon place I could do this with confidently; this is how I ended up with the incredible balloons I now have in the back of my van:I had no clue what I really wanted. I just wanted rainbow and butterfly. So I called, and I fumbled and I choked and I totally freaked out when they answered my question of how late they were open today... It was ~11:30 when I called and they close at 2pm today and I had been having a very lazy day because I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning to wish my daughter happy birthday as soon as the minute arrived. I had not even had my coffee yet!!!! Im not easy to deal with without coffee.. (YES, I HAVE SINCE HAD A FEW CUPS!! GO AWAY. LOL). But, Im relatively sure 9 out of 10 average persons would not have been able to figure out what the hell I was talking about much less actually nail exactly what I was after in the lack of coffee / not a lot of sleep state of confusion then panic I was in. I know the conversation included words like rainbow, flower Maybe, X number of balloons, be there in an hour, how late are you open today, butterfly! The owner at Party Fiesta Balloon has to possess Some Kind of Wonderful Magic. When I walked in to the shop I smiled huge, there was a big pretty butterfly on top of a flower made of the colors of the rainbow, tied carefully, and as is with all balloons that leave their shop, made to elevate, and lift the corners of peoples mouths and spirits. I cannot thank you guys enough. And I do not know why but how in the heck do you always have exactly the card I need? I have a butterfly card that it says exactly what I wanted to say and the text on the front is made of the colors of the rainbow... In case you guys dont know it, you really are something special.

Came here to purchase balloons for a birthday. Staff was very helpful, they went through various options and customizations. They had the entire set ready in about 10 minutes. Overall a very good experience.

We rented balloon helium tank for a birthday party. They were very patient with us 😁 and trained two of us to use the cylinder properly.

Bad customer service - Didn’t get what I ordered when I picked up the balloons. Showed a picture of the order & worker/owner said we’re busy have to wait 1 hour to fix the order! Place isn’t cheep & to not get what I ordered upsetting!

They do not have helium. Not sure why the description says they do.

Went to check out the place and the help was not so helpful almost looked like if he didnt want to work. Never again will I go back
