I have been to this place on and off. Today a girl named Jessica did my brow threading. She was not at all professional. She horribly screwed my eyebrows. Look at the right eye. She couldnt even apologize. i went there with full eyebrows and looks like she doesnt even know how to make eyebrows. How does management keep such people there? What customer service is this? i regret paying and getting ugly looking eyebrows there. Never going there again.

The worst place ever to get your eyebrows done from. If you hate yourself and your eyebrows, if you want to punish yourself this is the place to be at. Cuz the lady would make sure to pluck your brows the exact same way they do it in hell and shape it in the worst way possible. Even 1 star rating is quite generous for this place

I came in with a full, bushy and thriving eyebrows I’ve been trying to grow and I left with half my eyebrows gone. Peep the before pictures of my brows and then look at how I left that place. They’re not even the same shape anymore, don’t go here if you want nice brows.

My eyebrows dont even match..one is thinner than the other very noticeable! I dont even know how to fix this!

Been coming here for years, they have always treat my well and have always fixed my eyes....my cricked eye brows. Dang I forgot to ask the ladys name today. She was really nice and did an amazing job❤

It used to be much better than it is now. They are more interested in finishing fast than giving good customer service. I had to insist that they dont take too much hair from my eyebrows otherwise theyll live you with 3 hairs. And last but not least i wish they washed their hands more often. If you ask them to wash their hands they look at you like you are so difficult... :/

Asked to get my brows done. Showed that I wanted them cleaned up and where. She did the shaping part fine but literally took all the length I had and now my brows are too short and do not fit my face. I will have to fill them in until they grow back. This will be 1st and last time I go here.

Ive been going here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. That is the only service that Ive had performed personally, though I see them offering full facial threading as well as upper lip and chin. They do a decent jod and the prices are affordable.

Ive been going to Hollywood Eyebrows for about a year now. I myself have had one bad experience. I made sure not to go to her again and have not had another problem since. It all depends on your threader. They do have some very good threaders working there. Make sure you get someone with experience. Good luck ladies!Im on my way there now(9:29am Friday) ha ha.

I been going here for about a 8 months. I loved this place until my eyebrows gotten messed up, Plus they gave me a card to earn a free brow threading and when I earned it finally they had said they stop doing those a few weeks ago. Each time I have gone they were signing it off. Basically a few weeks ago they signed it and I was finally ready to earn my free brow threading the next visit. I thought that was shady. Im definitely not liking this place anymore. I got messed up eyebrows and had to pay. Ugh.

If they had a couple of girls who could do a decent job, they dont work there anymore. I had a worst eyebrow experience EVER there!! I dont know how to fix it now. Im done with them for sure! Feel absolutely furious with that ...girl who did my eyebrows today!

I stopped by this establishment with my daughter so she could get her eyebrows done,they were very fast and friendly!

Took my 11 year old daughter there since our threader is on vacation just for a clean up. The people are insensitive, made comments about how much hair her brows have and flat out made her cry from being savage. We learned our lesson and will never go back there again. To top it off her eyebrows are uneven. But I guess I got what paid, an awful experience.

Made my eyebrows too wide, skinny, and supppper uneven would not recommend. Now I have to deal with filling them in until they grow out again.

The worst place ever. I went in with full eyebrows and left out with thin ones. when i expressed to her in the begaining not take away from my fullness to just clean them up but clearly communication and retaining information isnt her skill bracket. when i told her i hated what she had done she tried to make me stand in dark lighting to make it appear better, i still told the threader i wasn’t happy and i didn’t want to pay because she screwed up not me.Then the she told me to show her pictures i did and she still knew she messed up. she was like i’ll charge you 5, i shouldn’t have had to pay for anything. But being that my people get attacked for not paying i paid.I forgot her name but she has light auburn hair with botchy oily skin.

The plus size lady there messed my eyebrows up!!!!!!!! I always go there but if she doesn’t know how to do eyebrows whyyyy is she working there?!!! I grew out my eyebrows to get it shaped and she straight threaded my eyebrows into two straight lines!!!!! On my birthday!!!!! Never going there again.

Ruined my girlfriends eyebrows, took off basically most the length she had been growing and left both of them unevenly shaped, dont go unless you prefer them like that...

Completely ruined my eyebrows. There is a big gap between my eyebrow. When I asked her about it. She said my hair is blond in that section. Im an Asian woman I dont have any blond hair.

She messed up my eyebrows. One was alot thinker then the other. Not happy. Have to pay more money to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Please Never go to this place. The lady is very rude and didnt do my eyebrows properly . She didnt do my eyebrow properly and lots of hairs were left here and there. When I pointed out she was very rude again saying she doesnt know from where I can see the hairs. And was behaving as if she was doing it for free .

I got a Nice Lady, she had a gental hand. Sometimes They are a bit rough.
