Could not be happier! I took my daughter there to get shoes that fit correctly and did not aggravate her achilles tendon issues. She is on her feet all day teaching 3rd grade. We left with three pairs of shoes and even a slip on for her to wear at home after work. she was amazed at how great they felt. She also got some inserts with good arch support for her new Brooks running shoes. We are both very happy. The staff understand foot issues and are so very helpful. Their shoe selection is excellent. I would recommend them highly!

I went to Footwear, Etc. today, 8/17/21, because I needed new shoes for a painful foot issue. It was important to have staff help in this purchase so that I would select the correct shoe for my issue. I was waited on by Robert and not only was he very helpful, he has experienced the same foot problem that I have so he was able to help me select not only the right shoe, but also the right orthotic to put in the shoe. I needed two pair but they only had one in stock, so he offered ordering the second pair and then ship them to my house. It was an excellent customer service experience. The best I’ve ever had.

Mariah in the Willow Glen store provides the best service ever. I found her when I lived in California. Now I live in Florida and I do ALL my shoe shopping with Mariah. I don’t buy my shoes anywhere except Footwear! She is kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can’t say anything but great about her. Check her out for yourself!

Willow Glen is fully entrenched in Covid policies. Everyone had masks everywhere, the store had a velvet rope across the front entrance where you had to wait till they ask the usual questions and take your temperature before being allowed across the threshold. Even with all this, they still maintained a friendly helpful environment. Prices were good--- better than on Amazon and I had a discount on top of that.

I love the new Olukai slippers I bought from this store! These are seriously the most comfortable slippers I have ever owned. If you recently developed plantar fasciitis and heel spurs (like I did), going to Footwear Etc is a must. Before coming to this store, I bought footwear on Amazon and just ended up returning them. (Specialty footwear is just one of those things that one should buy in person, not online imho.) The staff here are all friendly and seem to know their stuff. They’ll give an honest review of the product and expert recommendations. Thank you to Robert, an awesome sales associate!

I had purchased a pair of Taos sneakers (size 8.5). I really should have known better because my perfect size is 8 Wide. You never know from brand to brand or style to style, so I thought Id take a chance. Unfortunately, they were tight, so i ventured to the Willow Glen store to return them, I was greeted by Grant, who said he would try to bring out some shoes that I might be interested in. I ended up buying a beautiful pair of AETREX sneakers that were an 8 Wide. They are adorable. I told Grant, who by the way, was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgable, that I simply never would have chosen this shoe online! I was really impressed with the personalized service. Ive been a fan of Footwear etc. for many years partially due to the rewards, but also because this store has some of the best brands in the market. I dont need to see 100 brands, just the top 10 that I love. Great experience all around! Thank you, Grant!

Excellent customer service with people who know about feet, comfort and health!

I am impressed with how they are handling customers during the pandemic. When I called ahead they gave me clear information on their hours and how many people were allowed in the store at a time, per clerks available. They also told me when was a good time to come, for when there werent many people, and when I arrived they offered hand cleanser, checked my temperature, and made sure I was wearing a mask. The clerk working with me was professional, courteous, and friendly, measuring my foot and explaining options for the type of shoe I wanted. I felt quite comfortable shopping there, and I will likely go back next time I need another pair of shoes.

They had just what we needed for my BFs plantar fibroma. The only thing is, they didnt know it! We had to show them which product they had in stock for that specific medical issue. On the other hand, they were extremely welcoming and attentive listeners. The store was rather tidy and gave off a cozy feel. The cherry on top? I found a pair of notorious RBG socks! LOL. Well be returning.

This store is great! To get comfortable shoes I have to pay more but this quality shoe stores prices can be less than comparable stores. I was surprised since its in Willow Glen. They have great mark-downs, excellent service and give extra attention to those who are hard to fit. If they dont have it in the store they will order it and get it in in a day or two. Sometimes they do get too busy so I come back another time. I highly recommend.

I was looking for Brooks athletic shoes, my old ones had had it. I first went to an upscale trendy place on Chestnut Street, that advertised that they sell Brooks. Alas, no wide widths. They were kind enough to send me around the corner to Shoes-n-Feet. With expert help from the owner, I was able to find two pair of shoes that fit, not so easy, and had an enjoyable time to boot. Never thought I would say that about shoe shopping. This is the only place for shoes me now.

Great place if you need help with bad feet. I needed some soft orthotics & someone helped me right away & I received excellent service. I will definitely go there again. I would recommend them to anyone.

The people that work here are great! Not only are they very knowledgeable about proper shoes that fit your foot, they dont try to rip you off and make you buy the most expensive shoe they sell. Ive been coming here for years and have yet to be let CA. Great place for anyone to get a proper fitting!

I visited this place to buy some athletic orthotics. Very attentive staff. The product I needed was a bit more expensive with them than with other retailers online, but since they also gave a discount, they came up ahead in price. Very good post-sale support as well: They called me to make sure the fit was good and to tell me what I could return it even after using, if necessary. Parking in this particular store can be a bit problematic. They have some parking spots in the back if the street lots are full.

I checked out some shoe brands on their website and found one I liked. When I went to the retail store in Willow Glen, I found a small store with limited displays and one employee. If there was a second one I didnt see him/her. I saw a shoe on their display that was marked Down from $240. to $99.99- whats the markup on their shoes? I found one Rockport shoe that wasnt the one I was looking for. Without being able to sit down and be waited on to try on shoes they may not even have in my size in stock, I simply left the store. I may try their Cupertino outlet if Im up that way. Otherwise Ill shop elsewhere.

I came from the foot doctor looking for shoe inserts. I tried a few, from a large section, and made my choice. I got very good service and professional info. I couldnt ask for more. I didnt give 5 stars because this is my first and only experience shopping there.

Awesome shoe store! My wife went in, on the recommendation of her podiatrist. She has foot issues. Robet listened to her, used their foot measurement computer and recommended the perfect walking shoe for her. While there, I explained to Robert, issues ive had in the past... we both walked out with new walking shoes that fit awesome!We will be back! We will tell a friend or three!

If you have foot problems, it makes a world of difference if you go to a store that have employees that know what they are talking about. And, they take time to educate you, as well. I will do all my shoe shopping here from now on.
