Keith is the best and very helpful and knowledgeable. I have 4 cars and over the years, it seems that I stop by to see him every year. Its nice to know that he remembers his customers.

Warranty is not a warranty if you read the fine print. They could definitely use better customer service. They could have someone there that could help install a battery. All of that would give them even more business

Place used to be great but the guy that works there is getting grumpier every day. Chill dude.

So I came here to save money by buying a used battery. However I ended up not saving that much because I had to pay another place to install it. And now I have my old battery just sitting in my trunk until I can take it back here...so it saved me maybe $30 which is nice but was super inconvenient. And the used battery isnt going to last nearly as long as a new one. However, service here is really great and everyone was very helpful. The guy was very kind to carry the new battery to my car as I tried and failed to pick it up.

Best place for. Used battery $45 bucks and comes with a 6 month warranty! Nobody can best this prices. Would recommend calling first to see if they have a used battery for what ever you need it for. Or you can buy a new one.

Their customer service us always quick, professional & customer focused! They get you in & get you out in the quickest most effective way they can without jeopardizing quality service! There are plenty of battery retailers around that may be cheaper but, just like their cheaper battery, you will also get cheaper service & possibly a battery that might fail quicker due to not being properly conditioned!For the extra couple bucks you might have to shell out for a good quality reconditioned battery or even a new one, its well worth it to check out interstate batteries in san jose! I could have gone to costco & got my battery for $98.00 but, they would have had to special order it! I headed over to interstate, who supplies costco with batteries & paid $108.00.Why you say? Because they had it in stock & in my hands in less than 5 minutes! Good service, Good batteries & Good price!

Fist off they refused to help us take out old battery and help install new battery. Second when we came back with old battery to get the 15$ back they almost didnt do it even with recipe. We also saw them helping someone take out there old battery. This is horrible service. Never going back to this location ever.

Dont ever go hear. I went in for simple battery . and first off they dont provide handy service to help you take battery off. But aside from that the lady gave me price over phone 138 out the door then. I arrive then Keith guy says o did you get priced I said yeah then he rings me up 168 . I even said wheres my core since Im giving you old one cuz I dont see on receipt then he said oo we already put it on there so basically rip off I know he made side money off me really needed battery to get home. Dont ever go hear. There pretty ride there not even nice helpful just grumpy old DG folks. That tired of there job I guess.

Worst Batterey Ive ever owned. Lasted less than two years in my boat that was kept on a trickle charger the entire time! They wouldnt work with me on the warranty which was 2 years supposedly. Every other brand of batterey lasts 4 to six years. Im 57 years old and have gone through a few!
