Unprofessional. They took advantage of my Grandson, Who is Artistic. so now he has a car he doesnt want. Had him sign paperwork saying he could not return the car. And their already selling his car. Channel 11 news and a lawyer has been notified.

Wow. So I got a car from them two days ago, they were nice at first, I did feel a bit rushed but I got an amazing car from them so it was whatever. Until I looked at my paper work and realized I never got my insurance information. I texted the number of the person who helped me informing him that I did not get my insurance information. He asked for my email so I provided it. I still didn’t get ANYTHING. So I texted the original number that initially hit you up to schedule an appointment and he said he would help and NEVER got back to me. Seems unprofessional to me. Maybe when somebody asks for their information you provide it to them instead of giving a whole run around.

I went in to get a quote & the guys here were hitting on every girl, few seem too young. This place gave me the creep vibes especially with an encampment behind their building. Not safe, i also overheard some car negotiations they just seem sketched. Few of them complained of issues during test drive. They would drive down the street to the corner gas station to a janky mechanic, bring it back and say try it now. If that is not shady, i dont know what is. Avoid this place at all coast. I actually i saw one customer walking out discouraged warning other customers, ironically the customers interested left.

I came here out of a recommendation, i test drive a car & took it to a trusted mechanic. Not even 5 minutes after looking under ther hood, he looked at me & said, this is a joke right. The oil assembly is falling apart, the trans pan is leaking as well as a busted water pump. After that i just dropped off the car & keys & left without saying a word. Amigos is completely a scam. Got a car through amigos, not only do they charge 30% apr. I had a few issues with the car within the warranty period & they said they couldnt do anything & stopped returning calls. They sell broken cars & leave you with the bill. Shop Else where, also a bunch of crackheads chill in the back of the building. I wouldnt be surprised of they cars are further damaged by the homeless encampment behind the Amigos building.

Really really really not trust worthy. They sell cars to last 30+ days so your past warranty will be expired, & that is when the issues happens. 5 months after have a new car off their lot, the head gasket was blown! If you want to have a car for a month or a couple of months then head gasket gets blown, then you have come the right dealership. I asked for copies of my contrasct etc, they said go f*ck myself.
