I hadn’t received my package in the mail yet so I called my local Santana Row store and spoke to Heidi. She was so friendly and helpful in connecting me to my product, just in time for my trip. I’m very excited to use my Fjallraven bag and love the color. Thanks for the amazing customer service, Heidi!

I stopped by to purchase a standard wallet and passport wallet at around 12:40 PM today. I was greeted by two employees, and young woman and man. The young woman was very polite, and was diligently work and arranging items around the store. The young man, however, followed me around, tapping his foot against the floor. He eventually followed me to the back of the store, stared unflinchingly at me the entire time, and again tapped his fingers against the countertop. He would not stop taping or take his gaze off me, as if exasperated or impatient for me to leave. Annoyed, I left without purchasing anything. The only reason I grant two stars instead of one is because of the kind female associate.

The store location did not have my size, so they placed the order online with their corporate office. The order was never delivered and because they placed the order I was not given any updates on the order, and it ended up getting lost. The staff and manager at the retail store did nothing to help and said it was on me and that they could do nothing. Dont go to this store. Order online from your account only or go to the store in SF.

Love this place! The store is always nice, clean and cool. Sales associates are very attentive and helpful! HUGE kudos to Kyle who always goes above and beyond to help out with everything from sizes, to colors, to sharing knowledge!

The store employee was super helpful. He answered my questions and very useful input in narrowing down what I was looking for. Great, friendly service!

A very nice place for outdoors backpacks and jackets, got myself a small backpack for my daughter and its so cute and sturdy!
