I love the spa next to target in Oakridge. They do a great job in my eyebrows and and incredible job on my fingernails. I definitely recommend. Its one of the only ones I frequent.

The place is nice its full a lot of stores open but someone needs to clean the bathroom by the food court.its gross

L Salon is a 5-star oasis in a 3 star mall. Mai is an exceptional artisan and commensurate professional. One stop shopping for all your haircut, styling, and waxing needs.Macys on the other hand is Unfortunately a disappointment to the brand. Lackluster customer service and atmosphere. They excelled at making you feel unwelcome and unwanted. The mall still has the appeal to pivot and reinvent itself to the thriving destination of its yesteryear.

Westfield Oakridge Mall offers a variety of shops that includes Macy’s and Noticeably Target. They also placed nice measures for COVID like putting Hand Sanitation station in every corner. I felt safe visiting there in the Times of COVID-19. Restrooms are clean and well maintained parking spaces, you will always find parking. They also had a very beautiful Christmas Tree decorated right next to Macy’s. This is very close to my place and my go to place to shop.

Visited this place after a long time. Surprised to see the mall well maintained. It was quite crowded. Much better than Great Mall and Valley Fair

It was a calm place, on a wed afternoon before close. All of the food stores are going and most have a little line. They seem understaffed because their is a wait for the food. The quality and cleanliness is good. Door dash kitchen takes up a lot of the parenting spots

My Go To mall for everything. I have always liked the fact that it is not too big, I know my way around it and can find everything I need. Adding Living Spaces was a brilliant move, we don’t need to go to Fremont any more.

Mall is remodeling after these years. They need to finish all through out the mall. It will look nice for the east side of SJ

Great mall to go shopping, we were there on a Friday and it wasnt crowded, the mall was clean and it has a lot of stores and it has a couple areas where they sell food and they also have a food court. The restrooms are clean and they have family restrooms (very nice and clean).

One of my favorite malls in San Jose, wide selection of stores and restaurants Ive bought a lot of shoes here.

Pretty decent place with good amount of stores to shop for and it also has a movie theater if you get bored and wanted to watch a movie!! Also have a decent number of food chains to choose from!! Overall a good mall to spend time with family and friends!! 🙂👍🏻

This is a bucket-list destination for me. This is one of the regions best shopping centers. This mall is one of my favorite places to shop because it is well-designed and has great sales. There were a lot of beautiful rooms to pick from. The team is courteous and welcoming. This ad was spectacular as well as hilarious!

Honestly this is the best this is probably the only mall that I like going to in the Bay area its always nice clean and I never overcrowded definitely recommend this place if youre looking to go shopping or even go to the food court for amazing food

Always been a great place to visit! Grew up in the area and enjoyed many stores and restaurants it had to offer. Nice to see it still bringing in the customers. I will be visiting Westfield Oakridge very soon. My grandkids loved the arcade inside Cinemark Theater!

This mall has nothing.Food court is 70% Asian food. T-mobile has 2 stores 50 yards from each other.Macys within this mall is even worse. This is what they are selling out of style silicon valley crowd.Only Cheesecake Factory and Target are keeping it this place alive.Its very sad. This the next Vallco mall.

This mall needs better stores. Too many tea shops and shoe stores.

Oakridge is a pretty nice mall. The movie theater is solid and they have a good amount stores and restaurants that should appeal to most people.

Was visiting the area and couldnt believe how many places were open in the mall and that I was walking around without my mask on with out a problem or evil side looks from people. Most stores were opened until 8pm which. Large variety of stores which is great if your the kind of person that doesnt have a specific style. I knocked off one star because it was very hot inside the mall. It was cool and breezy outside so I dont know why it was so hot indoors. Trying to shop while dripping sweat is no fun at all. 4 STARS!

I go to oakridge mall a lot because it is near my house. There is some problems that I dont like. First the mall is too hot in the summer. I am suspicious that the air conditioner system is broken and they havent repaired it. Second, there is not many store to shop. Most of the store are jewelry, and I will never shop the jewelry in the mall. I come mall to buy clothes or shoe not for jewelry.

Overall a nice mall, but it would be good to have a counter for fresh cut fruits.

Went for Doordash Kitchens (Cantor’s Deli…mmm…pastrami and onion rings), stayed to walk around and browse the clothing stores and Daiso.

Century 20 Oakridge. They have the recliner chairs leather or pleather with the heated seats and the fold in and out tray. Man I love that but I could not believe how expensive the ticket was OMG it was like $18 man.In Santa Cruz you can go to the Santa Cruz Cinema for six bucks a matinee eight bucks for a movie cant beat that. Then when you leave you can even get you a drive-thru Starbucks cant beat that.

Such a variety of stores. Great food near and inside the mall and even if youre not shopping for anything in particular, you can always get a good walk out of it lol.

Theres not that many stores anymore like they used to be I mean its cool if we need to spend your money its still a good Mall to go to especially if youre looking for something to eat

Havent been to the mall since pre-pandemic. It was a nice visit. Great to see they have Tesla Superchargers now.

Super convenient for my shopping needs. Mall needs an upgrade as lots of stores are closed and the food court is lacking options. Overall, this mall serves my needs without having to travel to Valley Fair.

Been around this mall for over forty years. The Cheese Cake Factory is great, expensive but a heathy meal. Love their assortment.of desserts too.

Its a mall. Not my cup of tea, but its clean and most of the mall is occupied with many well known retailers and restaurants. Also plenty of parking (multiple story garages on either side plus plenty of parking around the perimeter in the lots.

The bus does a good job on the safety for all the people who ride the bus

Outstanding house for cinema! For me, visiting this cinema house for the first time was a fun experience. Their workers were very supportive, frank, and welcoming. Uh, believe me! You will definitely never be disappointed. Im never going to look for another movie house again, for sure. Ill come back over and over again.

Nice mall, some changes and looking a bit run down. The addition of some Zenspaces convenience and I thought the Apple Store space was gone but it was just moved to another place within the shopping mall.

We come to this mall at least once a month, or when I want cinnamon rolls from cinnabon. It gets us out of the house and lots of stores to look at. We dont mind the drive (we live in Gilroy) and it is the only mall close to us.

Amazing place to shop at. They have a Target, movie theatre, forever 21, lots of shops and enjoyable places to dine at too. The walk is long but its worth it in my opinion.

Not my place. If you are into super expensive brands or just want to act like you have money to throw away then please come. But if you dont have money like that and you are not looking to be extra with your fashion, this is not the place for you.

Its a lovely tourist spot to hang out. To satisfy your appetite, there are plenty of restaurant options. To keep everyone entertained, theres a wide range of shops.

Good place Its good quality lots of stores, I went to a shoe store and picmed up some shoes with my grandparents before we left san jose, The shoes are good quality, not that it has anything to do with the mall but still, :) 8/10 because they didnt have shoes that I really wanted but a HUGE selection.

Good food options... As good if not better than valley fair mall from that perspective... Down side is parking.

Plenty of parking spaces are available in this large, diverse shopping mall. The walkways and restrooms are very clean, and regularly maintained. The security services are great, and the restaurants are of high quality.

The mall seems pretty dead after Covid. Stores are open at regular hour and operate with mask and social distancing.

Ive been to the Westfield Oakridge a few times now and since the recent renovations, it is a beautiful mall and easy to navigate. It has all the stores you would expect and some good food options. But it could have more food variety and a bit more ambience. It was quiet each time I was there and felt a bit sterile. Good for shopping, not great for the vibe.

This mall has good lineup of stores and restaurants. I recommend people to visit this place.

Fun, clean, energetic mall. They have social distancing and cleaning procedures, but the mall feel hasnt left. I like their selection of stores, restaurants, and that they have a theatre on floor 2.

Its a mall. I dislike malls in general. I come here when I cant avoid it. But for a mall, its a good one.

I love this mall. Its got the only Hugo Boss boutique in Northern California. The Banana Republic is huge, 2 floors. Its got a Jamba Juice in the food court! And an Apple store! All selling points for me. One hopes they get the SF one right.

Lets start with The Cheese Cake Factory is one on my favorite places. I am used to going to Santa Row location. I tried to make a reservation but was unable to do so myself, because you must login and do it through Yelp. I begged to let them make a exception due to TMobile a towers being down. It was a no go. Im spoke with manager after a while. He was nice enough t to make the reservation through his phone. This is what earned the 2 stars. Otherwise the experience verses price=not so good.The time it took to get out food was over a hour. The food tasted off.. not the norm...they didnt check on our table once nor did they stay long enough when dropping off food to see if we would like a refill or bread . The masses potatos where way over salted. Im a salt lover, but these tasted like they were marinated in the Ocean. Last but not least my stomach started cramping a few hours after we got home and I sat in that bathroom untill 2am. 120.00 for 2adults 1kid 1desseet but not to be able to enjoy the food taste, service,or be able to eat leftovers due to getting assumed food poisoning. Im disappointed in the whole experience. I will continue to support my Stevens creek Cheese Cake crew.

Indeed, when it comes to delivering goods and services, this shopping centre is the best. Im so grateful because it really has it all in this house. Food courts, boutiques, and many more, from imported goods. I had the best time here because the place was so beautiful and everything else, particularly for my family, was great. Highly advised!

Visited Costco. Parking lot a challenge with plenty of spaces for the early birds waiting to storm the roll up door.Optometrist was excellent. Staff member good at managing office Location was super clean. Unable to accept cash. Machine malfunction.
