The boba hear is pretty good, also the Vietnamese coffee... but its just disappointing how bad they are with food portions. The previous day I bought some popcorn chicken for around $7 n the quantity was in a small sample plate... got fries here recently and the quantity was surpsing as well. Food tastes good, just disappointed with the portion size.

Conveniently placed in Downtown, fast service with proper covid measures in place. We ordered from a distance, no touch pay with phones are accepted. At the time of our order ~6PM there were 2 tables and one of them was occupied. ~$5-6 per medium size tea. Good quality Boba.

I had ordered milk tea with foam but when I picked up and brought it to my car, on my way to go home I realized there was no foam at all. I did not want to drink it any more

Friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. The menus are very clear to read and they have physical copies of the menus as well. They have an amazing level of customization for their drinks, everything from sweetness to how much ice you would like.

Unfortunately this is the first low star I have done just because this is a good tea shop however overpriced and understaffed. We waited 15 minutes for two drinks in one mochi waffle. The waffle was a bit small for being 5 dollars however it was yummy. When we had been waiting for over ten minutes for our order I asked if I could cancel my waffle order as it was taking too long and I needed to get back to work. The owner had said he would not refund it due to already starting the order, which he had started right when I mentioned it was not out yet. Too bad, this was a disappointing new tea shop visit :P

Besides just boba teas, popcorn chicken is the most delicious item here.Note that they accept only cash. no cards.Popcorn chicken is available in different levels of spicy ness.

This location is right opposite of San Jose State university and therefore almost always crowded with students. Rightly so, since their tea drinks area great and tasty. Since the location just opened recently, it seems that they still need some time to get a bit quicker and more efficient. Therefore, the preparation of their drinks is a bit sloppy and rushed it feels. Still, overall it tastes great. I love their oolong milk tea. Ask for less creamer, 30% sweet and less ice. This place will be some serious competition to the Philz coffee just next door.

Great flavored tea compared to other boba places. Wide variety of toppings - ai yu, clear boba, egg pudding, lychee.Better to walk here - Right across San Jose State, parking may be a bit tricky or youll need to pay with meter.

Cute coffee shop, wait time is 3 to 5 minutes depending on foot traffic small team but vety good quality pearl drinks that is easy to digest. Some other pearl places make me feel like all that tapioca hardens in my stomach, this place cooks their pearls to a nice soft pearl just the way its suppose to be.

Black tea (hot) in milk form was pretty good. As a tea lover, I really liked the cheese topping on it.10/10 would recommend

The earl grey milk tea tasted decent. The 3J toppings were generous. But pricey compared to other stores.

Parking on the street is not ideal so if you are close enough to walk Id suggest that. The line was out the door. Their 5 star system and square pay were down. Did not honor coupon that expires in two days because system was down.

Awesome popcorn chicken and fries. I know a better place for popcorn chicken but around SJSU, this is probably the most convenient and the best. Also the drinks are pretty good as well. I reccomend the marble mango for and the sparkling lychee to scratch that itch for a sweet drink or a refreshing drink, respectively.

Ive had better milk tea but this is okay. Id go elsewhere if you want better quality

Some pretty good food, I recommend the popcorn chicken. Also the tea is good, even though I dont like tea. I got the strawberry one with white pearls.

Go to Boba Bar around the corner. This is the worst Gong Cha ever! If I could give no stars I would. Service was the worst. Took forever to get to drinks. They also were out of large cups but they didnt tell customers until after you order. This location serves food but theres no sign saying its only served during certain hours and the staff didnt mention that after you order. Maybe they should serve just drinks like a real Gong Cha location.

Very tasty bubble teas in many varieties and flavors. They even let you choose how much sugar and milk ratios you want. Ive never seen that before.

Love the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with pudding and the Royal Thai Tea with pearls. Im wanting to try their other drinks. Friendly workers too.

Damn this place has gone down hill... Ordered 2 drinks and the first drink came out in a reasonable time, but the second drink took an extra 15 mins... But the worst part about it was the barista told me they ran out of pudding, not really a big deal to me I didnt ask for a substitution I just wanted my tea. He puts my drink down and then goes out to smoke. A new barista comes in starts making other orders and Im just sitting there had to ask for my order and then he started to make it. And while this was all going on the register person was just dancing to the music. Also the milk tea was just ight. Should have just gone to my go which is Boba Bar which is just around the corner.

They add sugar by default even if drink/smoothie is naturally sweet but they will make it to order if you specify sugar free.

I ordered QQ Passion Fruit Bubble Drink with Aiyu. Passion fruit tastes good. There is no big problem, but when I drink it, I only find that Aiyu doesnt add QQ. I havent added any ingredients before in other branches. In addition to this, I still like the beverage brand, which is very delicious in the United States.
