I am a student at SJSU and have used CS Odessa - ConceptDraw MINDMAP to take class notes and draft outlines for research papers and journal articles. I like that I can use it on my Mac and PC computers from home and school.I have also used the Presentation feature which allows me to present my ideas and findings on PowerPoint.CS Odessa (ConceptDraw) offered plenty of DIY videos on YouTube and their website. They also offered a free one-to-one product orientation via GoToMeeting with a Tech Support Member.I think they are a company on the rise, and were just published within the Software 500. Thank You CS Odessa!

They DO NOT provide refunds! LMAO. So I just spent 25.00 on a product my version did not support, so essentially, I just donated 25.00 to CS Odessa! I would not buy anything from these people.
