Love my new glasses! The staff hear goes above and beyond. Making you feel comfortable and not pressured to buy. The woman that helped me was nice enough to pick out suggested styles and did not rush us one bit. The Doctor that examined my eyes was also very informative and suggested little things I can do to prevent further damage. Definitely will be coming back! Especially for their selection of designer frames.

The view of the store brings in a lot of daylight so all of the eye glasses are easy to see. Easy access on and off the freeway, lots of parking available. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of all the glasses you may want to try. The store is very clean and all of the glasses you want to try on will always be cleaned first before they are put it back on the shelves for others to try. I would recommend this business to friends and family.

Horrible horrible place. The worst experience ever. We made an appointment of glasses pick-up 2 days ago. This morning when we got there at our appointment, the staff was very mean, and did not allow us to get in the store. Eventually it ended up with waiting 2 days for a 6-minute appointment, and then they would not unlock the door!! I, and my family wont go back there again!

Excellent and friendly staff! Very knowledgeable! My first ever eye exam and new to contact lenses and progressives. They were patient and fit me in many times to make sure I was perfectly good to go! Dr. Nguyen even took the time to make sure I was confident in removing and inserting my contacts.....definitely a new found skill lol. The lady who fit my glasses and taught me exactly how to wear and use them is the BEST! I had excellent experience from my visit. Doctor Nguyen was very thorough with eye examination and walked me through eye exam steps by steps. Staffs were very helpful with appointment, pre and post exam preparation. Store was kept clean and sanitized during pandemic with minimum guests within the store at any time. I only had to wait for 5 min past my appointment time and Dr. Nguyen apologized for the wait. Frame selection is good. I was able to find Flexon frame that fit my budget. The overall price was a bit high as I added crizal prevencia UV (blue light) protection. Without VSP coverage, I could not afford any of it. I picked up the glasses one week after. It fits perfectly. I can see now. No regret. Thank you Dr Nguyen and staffs

I was a new patient at Image Eyecare after getting a recommendation. Overall, it was a great experience with Image Eyecare. From the appointment booking and flexibility from when my appointment needed to be changed, the very thorough and high-tech exam and consultation with Dr. Kim Nguyen I felt that there was a depth of knowledge here that was shared with me that I havent gotten at my previous optometrist - I learned more about my vision and eye conditions here during this visit that I ever have. Dr. Kim Nguyen is very detailed and presented me with all options. Their selection of frames is very good, mostly high-end designer frames that are very fashionable. They took all covid precautions with questionnaires, sanitization and masks at the office so I did feel safe as well. Very happy that I was recommended to Dr. Kim and looking forward to picking up my new glasses soon.

I recently broke the nubs of my Quay sunglasses. I was ready to pay to fix the damages, given it’d fall under “wear and tear” and these were bought at a store that doesn’t provide repair services. After a quick Yelp search, I found Image Eyecare nearby and was lucky to speak with the lovely Natalie. She took me in as a walk-in and managed to squeeze me in their tight schedule (I got really lucky because I believe they usually only take appointments!). She welcomed my sister and I in after their COVID-related safety procedures prior to entering the store. Within less than 7 minutes, she came back out with my glasses repaired and wiped down so they pretty much felt brand new. Natalie took the extra time to adjust my glasses to fit my face/head perfectly.... all without charge/nor acceptance of my tip. Very grateful and feel so lucky I found this place. Dr. Kim Khanh Nguyen is always very polite and nice every time I come in for my yearly check up. I’ve been coming here 2-3 years now and have never had any issues. She has also helped me improve my eyesight and had the best recommendation for contact lenses, since I have an astigmatism in both eyes. She’s very welcoming and warm. I highly recommend! (:

Doctor and the assistant were very nice, helpful, and professional. I would have given 5 stars, but the two front desk clerks were not properly wearing their masks and I thought it was a little disrespectful. This office had a lot of procedures in place to help increase protection from Covid-19, but then the front desk ladies had their masks under their noses, or down by their chin while they were helping me at the desk.

Made an appointment for an eye exam, and two different people called me to confirm my appointment, and they never mentioned that upon arrival I had to wait in my car and call them. When I arrived I walked up to the door and as soon as they opened it a very rude lady screamed at me and said I had to Go outside and give them a call if I wanted to be seen. I have no problem waiting outside, I just dont appreciate her rude and demanding attitude, very poor customer service from her.

I called Image Eyecare at the last minute and was able to book appts for me and my husband the next day. Dr. Nguyen and all the staff were professional, very friendly, and helpful. We found glasses that we loved and I also got contacts. We were so happy with our experience, we booked an eye exam for our daughter too. Definitely recommend them!

First time in the new location and since covid precautions. I was very impressed with how everything was handled- safety precautions but understanding that it is impossible to really test glasses with a mask fully in place to fog them up! Pick up was a breeze with curbside pickup!

Dr. Nguyen has been our optometrist for years. She and her staff have always been consistent in care and service. Last year there was something wrong with my vision. I called on a Saturday and she had me come in. She found some retinal tears and advised a specialist. Dr. Nguyen also recently found my son had some tear duct issues. She’s a great eye doctor.

Image Eye Care is a great optometry close to the Cambrian area I live in and very is easy for me to get to. When it comes to your eyes, it’s important to trust and feel comfortable with someone that is skilled in their area of expertise. I had a great experience with their staff and Andrea the lead optician was very helpful. She was able to walk me through several brands such as Ray Bans to Tom Ford and was able to narrow down options that fit my needs. I was happy with my visit and will be returning soon! This place is great. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything throughout the process while also answering any questions you might have.While picking out my glasses I felt a little rushed and was worried that I might have picked the wrong pair but now that I have them back I know I made the right decision and the staff really did help me pick the right style and colors for my face and skin tone. We just left the place, after being outside waiting the couple after us got into the office first, and not only that but they’re calling first as well, the lady that opened the door very rude, I didn’t have the service from them and I don’t recommend this office. I’m not going back never.

I requested an appointment online on their website and was called and got an appointment for that same day. Dr. Nguyen and the other staff were all very kind, and the eye exam was quick and easy. Their location, previously Oakridge Mall (they moved but still nearby), is pretty convenient too. Im glad to have found them.

I have been going to IMAGE EYE CARE since 2007 so far as I can remember. They use to be inside Oakridge Mall, now it’s the TMobile store next to Michael Kors.I was very happy when they move out at Oakridge mall. I don’t have to deal with crazy parking and shoppers when I just need an optical appointment.Dr Kim Khan Nguyen is very attentive to your individual needs. My whole family see her. All the staff are nice and accommodating. We have been receiving consistent excellent service at Image Eye Care. Dr Nguyen is the best Optometrist I have ever known, I had been going to another place for a few years and they failed to diagnose my Normal Tension Glaucoma. Dr Nguyen referred me to a specialist straight away and I am so thankful and grateful. Who knows how much damage I would have had if this went undiagnosed for more years. I have four little boys and would not take them anywhere else. I dont normally write reviews but felt I had to for Image Eyecare.... Dont trust your eyesight to any Optometrist - they are not all the same!

Thank goodness for Cindy at Image Eyecare Optometry! She helped me with me find the perfect pair which is never an easy task for me! Bought my glasses here. I got an exam, come to find out in 5 years my eyes have not changed which is nice. So I didnt have to get new lenses in my sunglasses. I was worried about that because I have aviators and Oakley glasses. They helped me save a few bucks. I got new frames that were really nice and the lenses. Only took about 4 days to get them back to me.

Went here because it was convient and happy to have gotten lucky with an eye care provider with such great and friendly service! Dr.Kim and her assistants are so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to others. :)

Super happy with the doctor and crew here at Image Eyecare! They helped me when I wasn’t 100% happy with my choice of lens and fixed the problem at no charge to me! I love my glasses and wear them daily where if they wouldn’t have fixed them I would have spent on a pair of glasses that I would have never worn! I highly recommend them!

Eye doctor is very good and glasses quality which I got was fairly good - just prefer them to have even much more variety for sunglasses.
